Thank you ladies. I did it just now and yes it is clearer in RL. Have used these tests before when we weren't trying but AF was late and window has always been totally clear.
Says you can use up to 4 days before AF due and my AF is due any time between Sat and Mon. I mainly used it because it was in the house and I knew if I used it I wouldn't be tempted any more.
So, you think it's a BFP then?!

Thanks everyone - you're posting so quickly, I missed half the posts being typed while I wrote my last one!
Picked DH up from hospital, home about 2pm. He is fine but can't even get up to make himself a cup of tea - I heard the Nurse tell him that .
When I did one with DS, I was 9 dpo and I did in in toilet and thought it would take a while to come up, but came up straight away and DH knew from my shaking hands that it was a BFP. This time I peed in a cup and then dipped it and DH was first to declare it. I'm sooooooo excited. Reckon on due date of somewhere around 23/24 March 2009 - it differs everywhere.
Right, back to RL - must do food shopping now. Catch you all later.

Starshine, my birthday is 21st March so looks like you'll be really close to that! If I turned out to be pg this cycle very unlikely, then my EDD would have been March 17th, my little sister is March 16th!

Lots of March babies in my family - we all go home 'en masse' for the 'march birthdays' as we're all a bit scattered.... would be nice to add another .

Hi Cals, still plowing on with the exam scripts. Have about another 40 to get throguh tonight to keep me on target...I have to say I am, ahem, applying the old speed reading technique . Think someone like you must have been grading my papers! God knows how I got through my French exams!

I haven't smoked since the day I found out I was pregnant with DS..more or less but over the past few weeks have really been craving a ciggie. To the point where I'm trying to work out if I went and bought them, smoked it outdoors, if DH would suss me, and if he did (he has a nose like a blood hound and can detect garlic on my breath from the end of the drive ) is there anything I could blame it on.

Now, I realise that posting this in the TTC section is likely not to get me a whole lot of support...which is kind of the point...

Cals, don't reach for the ciggies! Reach for choccie or alcohol instead . As soon as you get your BFP (and you will get one), you won't be able to have the alcohol, so may as well enjoy now.
Although, my manager (soon leaving manager) smokes lots at work and reckons that his wife doesn't know he smokes.... Not sure how that works, but he never smokes in her presence.

Cal, cycle always 30/31 days so due tomorrow/Thurs. have my usual Af symptoms - skin outbreak, sore boobs, irrittable and crampy tummy. Plus 2 BFNs with early pg tests. Not looking hopeful this month!!
I am going to have a fag if AF turns up!!!!! So don't feel too bad!

Star - March babies are FAB! DD was born on the 19th. (Admittedly she was due 23rd Feb, but v glad she was born in March!) Heading into Spring is a lovely time to have a newborn.

Cal/Kooky, I am so with you, have always given up when pregnant, and in between times just had the odd one, never found it difficult to go without, never found it hard to give up, but this time..... I haven't had one, but my god, what I would give to have one! I find myself following people around town if they are smoking just so I can smell it LOL It doesn't help that if you mention to someone round here that you've given up because your pregnant they look at you like you're the most strangest being they ever come across, I do sometimes wish I could be as guilt free as them, and think fuck it, but I know I'd never forgive myself if something happened.

But to sit out in the garden in the wind and rain sunshine and have a ciggarette.....
