hmm So he does them just through letters? I always thought you had to 'touch' the cards or something?? I am hoping some more of your things come true and then i shall save up my pennies and may be tempted to give him a go! I have just found another thread about conceiving after depo- it does not look good Think i shall be on here in another 2years by look of it still waiting for my babies! xx

I don't think so .... some people have been trying for years and years, this is really early times for you, don't get blue, if it helps i came off the pill and fell first time then MC so am now waiting for the third month to see if it worked this time. Coming off any hormones is bound to make your system up in the air for a while, did you have a normal AF? do you tend to know when you Ovulate?

Tim is great, i've had a remote reading and 2 face to face readings .... lots has come true so far, i'd recommend him for sure.

Good morning ladies, any new symptoms?? i am feeling very queasy this morning and quite light headed. Didn't fancy breakfast (V V unusual for me!)

Report
crunchynutter · 18/07/2008 17:22

heebychick I still have not had a period (Not had one since i was 17!) and have no idea when i ovulate or anything so it is all very hit and miss until AF arrives im guessing! you are right though- it is early days so i'm trying not to get too down about it!

Report
Heebychick · 18/07/2008 17:54

What does your Dr say? have you been on Depo since 17? hence no AF? It must be difficult to tell when anything is happening! I'm lucky in that i normally feel when i ovulate but of course the best time to have nooky the day or so before so that's not that helpful!

crunchynutter · 18/07/2008 18:01

I haven't discussed it with the doctor but you're right- it is all a little confusing. I was hopeful my periods would return quickly and then i could plan things a little more but 5weeks on theres still no sign. I think it's going to be a long waiting game! xx

What about an ovulation kit? i bought some really cheap pregnancy tests from a site called access diognostics i think (do a search on google for 'LH advanced' and it comes up, they do ovulation tests quite cheaply too. The link was from a fellow MNetter, great link!

My friend has just been taken to hospital with severe tummy pains, she's 31 weeks so quite worrying.

Hi Heebychick How is your friend? I have only just logged on. I hope there is good news?

I am very silly also and thought you needed a period 'date' to use the ovulation sticks too! I shall look into those- at least i might feel a little more pro-active then!

Hi crunchy My friend is still in hospital, they think she apendicitis (sorry for bad spelling!) which is good in that it's probably not early labour but bad in that she might have to have an operation.

I just spoke to her and she's still in pain and a bit fed up. She has a young DS already so is missing him lots whilst she's in hospital.

I think you can use OV kits at any time, it might help?

I feel rotten this morning but could be anything i keep telling myself.

How do you feel today?

Im fed up as its the first day of my 6weeks holiday and i have to go tom work to help a friend lol!

Im glad the baby's ok- is it safe to have appendix out while pregnant? I hope all goes well for her. I am going to check out that lin k you gave me and see what it says about the ov kits. Thanks a lot!

I hope your rotten feeling is a lovely little baby and not the flu... i will keep my fingers crossed!

Thank you for the luck - i think i need it!

Yes apparently she can have an op but it's the last resort. Horrid.

Good luck with the OV tests, let me know how it goes.

I've decided to test on Friday. (if i can wait!)

Thank you ... we been trying since May, we fell pregnant first time in May then MC at 5ish weeks. Then had to wait whilst AF sorted itself out so this will be attempt 2 kind of .... we have DD already so am blessed.

Being a mum has to be the best job in the world.

Good luck to you too .... this is your first isn't it? how exciting!

I am sorry about the MC- i am glad you are feeling positive about things though. This is my first, am very excited to be honest but also quite scared as all females in my family have had traumatic births- i have just been reading the post about elective C-sections and really feel that may be the best option but i dont know if it will be allowed! right now i suppose i should be concentrating on getting pregnant though!

its lovely you already have a DD- i am beginning to get quite jealous of all my friends and their little ones! How bad is that! xx

Ahhh how broody are you?! I remember when we decided to try for a baby, i was so broody and wanted to be around babies all the time, mind you i was also really scared, the day i found out i still had one of those (OMG) moments, but it was quickly forgotten and i was lucky enough to have a lovely pregnancy. I was determined to keep stress free and relaxed as much as i could, i had a long labour resulting in an emergency C-sec (upsetting after wanting to try au naturel, but i have to say it wasn't as bad as i thought, it was very sore but i recovered quite quickly and when DD was 8 days old we were having a pub lunch!

I think you're right to be nervous after the experiences you have had, but i guess there's no real reason for you to have the same? Maybe if you aim for a natural birth (still my preference i think) and see what happens, the MW's will listen to you as you get closer and maybe just keep your options open.

I wish you all the luck in the world, hearing my DD take her first breath still has to be the most moving moment in the world.

Aww thats lovely- it is nice to hear of good experiences! I dont get many of those! you are right though, i am very broody! Keep trying to discuss names and nursery furniture and have even looked at prams and stuff- absolutley crazy but i just want the babies now! HAHA i have never been very patient! xx

Tee hee you are far too nice ... i thought it was well prepared, my DH thought i was nutty!

Friend is out now, the pain got a lot less and they now think she had a burst cyst, to be honest they don't really know but feel this is the most likely of explanations, baby is fine so that's a relief.

I feel so tired, i've been having mild twinges and cramps all day and feel so tired. Am i just imagining it?!!
