No I didn’t! I’ll test tomorrow and see! I feel like it probably was my AF though

Finally seeing some progress on OPKs, only up to 0.33 but have all been 0.08 or less so far it’s encouraging 😊

0.74 now!

to my eyes it’s pretty much as dark as the control line so I reckon peak later today/tomorrow.

DTD this morning and will aim for tomorrow and Sunday.

Have you checked in with a doctor, hun? X if you're three weeks late, it should show up on a scan, but the lines are really light still. I think there is no point doing any more tests and uploading it, as we cannot say anything new at this point

I have been taking Zita West ultimate egg health pack since my period returned, hoping my postpartum cycles can go back to pre pregnancy. I believe some supplements in the pack regulate the period because my current cycle seems to be back to normal. Vitamin D, omega fish oil , Myo-inositol and CoQ10 might play an important role.

So today is CD21 and I have been using core BBT as the only method to determine my O day. Based on the chart, it looks like I ovulated on CD 17. I am waiting for the app to confirm tomorrow. Also there are a few mum friends who have announced their pregnancies in the past few days. Of course, I am happy for them but at the same time I don’t want keep my hopes up if it doesn’t happen this cycle. I need to keep staying calm and have no expectations to avoid any disappointment.😅

Yup, I know exactly how you are feeling! I have been there before and it was really hard not to guess any symptoms I had or test early. I think I was at the extreme obsessing over 2WW and potential BFP. I remember I tired myself out often and it was also mentally exhausting. What I did was to do the things I liked and force myself to be busy. I know it is easier said than done but I hope you are taking good care of yourself.

I think that’s probably the best idea, the days go much quicker if I try and keep myself busy, thank you Smile I have anxiety and OCD so I do find it hard not to overthink everything x

I also had anxiety at that time and I found talking to people on mumsnet useful because many of us were on the same boat. Another thing I did during TTC/2WW was to try different methods to detect my O day. I went completely crazy and spent a lot of money on different OTKs, trying all of them for a few months and sharing my findings and thoughts on my threads here. A lot of people were really curious about my experiment and asked me a lot of questions. I enjoyed answering their questions and comparing different OTKs so eventually I built a support network here. 😅 I am glad that I did this once.

Thank you ☺️ Will have a look into these. Feel my cycle has gone completely haywire at the moment (so typical!) so need to try something!

Today is 4 dpo ( the app finally confirmed this!) and previously the earliest day I got BFPs was 9 dpo. So I will start test next Saturday (10 dpo) with first response. If I lose my calm, I will do it next Friday(9 dpo). 😂

@HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy thanks! I recommend inositol powder! It’s supposed to be really good, those with PCOS see the biggest output but I’ve found it’s really helped curb my sugar cravings! It doesn’t harm taking etc and is good for regulation. I’m also taking b6 as that’s meant to support regulation too!
also I’ve started reading it starts with the egg and it recommends higher levels of b12, vitamin d etc

Well I took it 3 months before I concieved my DD and I’m about to hit month 3 of taking it this time around too! It starts with the egg has a section on PCOS too! I also eat 30g of protein for breakfast which helps! Usually something like yogurt + protein granola or eggs etc. consistency is key and ensuring you manage sugar levels!
