Hi! This 2ww is driving me crazy. Can't think of anything else. Have already done 2 tests Yesterday I had so many symptoms but today apart from being incredibly tired nothing. Anyone else?

Mandy I am coming in to work on Saturday then me and DP are going to see his nephews on Sunday so I'm hoping that will be enough to keep my mind off it!! Positive thinking...I'm impressed!! As you said, it ain't over til AF sings!!

We really need a BFP ladies...according to percentages at least 1 of us should get one!! I am ever the optimist!!

Ella 9DPO is still very early...I had BFN on 6,7,8,11 and 13DPO...but I'm still going!! If you promise not to test again I'll wait til Tuesday with you?!?! And from a POAS addict thats a big deal!!

Hope everyone is well!!

Yarnie · 13/06/2008 07:37

Any news or exciting symptoms, people?

Nothing from me. Temp is a bit higher this morning at 9 DPO, but that's normal for me at this point. I definitely feel a BFN brewing.

Hope you're all feeling more optimistic than me!

LullyMummaOfOne · 13/06/2008 10:22

No sysmpons for me although im very tired today, think that normal for a Friday though!
I have just found out that my best friend is expexting, its such great news. I just hope im not too far behind her.

You may all think im mad but i have bought some cheep OV kits & PG tests from EBAY, they should arrive today. Another MNuser recommended them to me.

Have any og you lovely ladies used them? x

Yarnie · 13/06/2008 10:30

LMO I've used cheapy OPKs and they appear to work just fine.

LullyMummaOfOne · 13/06/2008 10:34

Thats good to know. Im hoping you can test early with them as i want to find out tomrrow before i start this very strict diet on Monday.

Ella74 · 13/06/2008 11:24

Hello everyone, I did another test this morning - BFN. 10 DPO. I know I know I shouldn't have but I just couldn't help it. It did make me a bit sad and am starting to think it might not happen this month which is probably silly. Early days and all that.

Yarnie are you temping? What is your temp? I never did that so don't really know how high it should be.

Lully I am also planning on dieting if not pregnant...What is you strict diet about?

Mandy Any sign of AF?

Emma I can't possibly promise not to test till Tuesday. It's the first thing I think of when I wake up. I am just tooooo weak.

Bamamama Your symptoms sound very promising. I have lost all my symptoms...

Just one question. Are you TTC your first or second etc. child? This would be my first and cycle 1 . That probably answers all that excitement with testing etc. In 6 months time I won't even bother until I am at least a week late or will I?

LullyMummaOfOne · 13/06/2008 11:29

Hi Ella

I am TTC number 2, i already have a DS who is 2yrs. THis is my 2 month of trying. I have no idea how long it took with DS as he was a very pleasent suprise! Everyone around me is preggers so there must be lots of baby dust around!

Im starting the cambridge diet on Monday, its the one where you have only shakes or soups instead of food! I only plan to do it for 2 weeks then will join weight watchers with my sister to help shed the last stone!

Good luck

Yarnie · 13/06/2008 11:33

Ella - TTC no. 1 and cycle 1, too so snap!

I had no idea when I ov'd, etc so I thought temping would be a good way to get to know my cycle. I think I'm pretty regular, so I'm not sure I'll carry on temping long term. Here's my chart on FF. I'm following a similar trajectory to last month, so fairly sure I've not been successful this month.

emma2617 · 13/06/2008 11:37

Ella and Yarnie SNAP!! TTC #1 Cycle 1!! Can't believe there is 3 of us!!

Yarnie · 13/06/2008 11:39

Emma and Ella - I think we should start a gang!

bamamama · 13/06/2008 13:21

Hello - I managed not to test today, despite having a test in the house [proud]. A lot of my symptoms seem to be going and I'm a bit crampy so I reckon af will turn up in the next day or two.
Like Lully I'm ttc #2 and I have a ds who's 2. This is our second cycle (snap!).

Just step away from the tests now ladies, if you're not successful this month you can spend the money on wine

LullyMummaOfOne · 13/06/2008 13:35

Oh Snap Bamamama. Im alrady having a glass of red tonigth along with a curry, this is my last craving before i turn skinny! Well try to anyway! Of course this will all depend on if AF arrives on Tuesday!! Fingers crossed to you all

Mandy73 · 13/06/2008 16:00

Afternoon all,

LMOO, why would that be mad? Good luck with it, wanna do it myself for next cycle but never got anything off ebay.

Yarnie, good to know!

Babamama, well done for not testing.

Good luck with diets girls!

Right. I'm 13 dpo (lucky for some eh?) and no AF. I feel the witch coming though, crampy, dry, oh yeah I know this. Won't even test. Too depressing. Will try to enjoy the w/e anyway, hope you all are too! Waves to everyone. xx

bamamama · 13/06/2008 23:03

Ah well, af has arrived so count me out.
Good luck everyone else and enjoy your weekend.

Yarnie · 14/06/2008 06:51

Sorry to hear that Bamamama. You'll have better luck next month, I'm sure

A little temp rise from me which looks a bit peaky on my chart but which I think is actually normal for me at this time of the cycle, as last cycle I was using a thermometer which only gave readings to 1 decimal place.

Anyone testing today? Not that I'd encourage such things, of course.

Hope everyone is well

emma2617 · 14/06/2008 10:00

Bamamama sorry TEW got you again, like Yarnie said, you will have better luck next month...I'm sure! Positive thinking!!!!

Fingers crossed for you Yarnie!! I know the chances are only 1 in 4 but I really want you to get BFP first time!!!

I'm not testing until Monday, felt very crampy yesterday but no sign of AF yet

Yarnie · 14/06/2008 10:08

Emma Long may AF stay away. Cramps minus AF sounds promising! Well done on your resolve not to test til Monday!

I'd love to be first time lucky, but I'd be staggered if I was (not a symptom to be seen).

emma2617 · 14/06/2008 10:26

When is AF due Yarnie?

Ella74 · 14/06/2008 10:47

Hi girls, another test - BFN. 11 DPO. Spent ages looking at the test( more like staring at it) in case there is at least a very very faint line but don't think so. Losing all my optimism , thinking perhaps IVF? Only joking...

Sorry to hear about your AF bamamama Let's meet up here this time next month?

Yarnie and emma Wow you are also TTC 1 Cycle 1. Great!

Yarnie have been studying your charts. Interesting. I think this month looks more promising! I will definitely be temping from next month if AF visits. It seems it's the kind of thing I would enjoy. Also probably healthier than testing every morning.

Emma Crampy might be O.K. implantation perhaps? I am impressed with you not testing anymore. 1 in 4 could be YOU.

Mandy you are 14 dpo today. When are you going to test?

Lully hope you enjoyed your red wine with curry last night. I had a glass of red wine with roasted lamb. Nice. I don't know how I will give up my red wine either on diet or if pregnant.

Have a lovely Saturday everyone.

Yarnie · 14/06/2008 11:48

Emma AF is due on Wednesday, so a little wait yet

emma2617 · 14/06/2008 12:17

You can do it Yarnie self control. Repeat after me..."I will not test, I will not test!!"

Mandy73 · 14/06/2008 15:51

Hi girls,

So sorry to hear it babamama. Fingers crossed for you for next month. x

Ella & Lully, I had glass of red wine too - it was looovely.

Emma & Yarnie, hang in there.

Yeah, 14 dpo today and no AF yet. I can SO feel it coming any time now. Haven't tested because I know it would be BFN and just feel like a brain-f*ck (sorry!).
MIGHT test tomorrow if no AF once I'm up, showered etc.
Symptoms conflicting, trying not to think of it but difficult: Spare white stringy CM (a bit unusual if I'm honest) but v typical period-like 'tingly' cramping in lower abdomen & back yesterday & today. However boobs are unusually calm. Temper is MENTAL, from euphoric to murderous in 2 minutes. DH has buggered off to B&Q.
Have a nice evening all.

Yarnie · 15/06/2008 08:20

Have you tested, Mandy?! Your symptoms sounds very promising.

Oh, for a symptom(!) Not a sausage at this end. Temp down a bit today as well, so AF probably on its way. At least it takes away the urge to test

Mandy73 · 15/06/2008 11:50

Hi Yarnie, sorry to hear AF probably on its way. I know what you mean, it really does take away the urge to test.

I was going to test this morning but had some blood streaked CM = AF is imminnent so I left it. Oh well. Hope everyone's ok today? x

Mandy73 · 15/06/2008 12:10

Speak of the devil - AF is here.
Actually I'm OK with it. Bring on next cycle! Thanks for the support everyone. xx
