went to see cons today, different one- again!

he told me to take asprin (doing)
high dose FA (doing)
cut down on alcohol (doing)

i told him about my spotting. 3 times. finally he agreed to do a hysteroscopy, i have to have more bloods done, but will def be getting heparin the next time i get pg (still no scan til 7w though)

so what lengths would/have to go to while ttc? when do you say "enoughs enough?"

dont feel cheated. you have carried a baby. you will give birth, even if its not the way you imagined it, and although you will never forget your babes and she will never replace them, she will be worth the wait.

I think you say aoughs enough when you're on the verge of losing your marbles - some peoples marbles are firmer than other. I think yo uknow when you cant go on. For me it was after one D&C, cone biopsy (coincidentally rather than deliberately as I started fertility treatment), 6 months of clomid, 2 months of injectables, three IVF's with egg collection under general, one post implantation haemorrage, one ovarian hyperstimulation with 30 follicles above 20mm (they didnt bother counting the smaller ones)and about 2247 transvaginal scans.

And not a prgnancy to show for it - definitely barking mad by then!

OK I may have exaggerated a little about the transvaginal scans....

lol you do reach the point where you feel that every cons in the uk could pick your uterus out of a line up!

oh, and this period has lasted 5d instead of 7. fucking hell, the one thing i had going for m was a regular cycle!
