👋 Hey!
Just wondering if anyone is in their TWW and want some company and support? Currently 3dpo after 2 back to back miscarriages. Extremely nervous this time around x

@ThisZippyViewerwe DTD at least every other day if not every day. Last month was less due to DH being unwell x

This is a lovely supportive thread so thought I would ask in here if people don't mind…
what are your timings/amount of DTD?
this month was my first using LH strips
I began with EWCM on day 11 but don’t think I ovulated until around day 17/18

we had agreed initially to not put too much pressure on forcing things during my fertile window but its hard not to get in your own head about it if that makes sense!

👋 hey! So we would try every other day during fertile window then when a positive that day and the following! But you are so over it by the time you ovulate 🤣 I actually had norovirus when I ovulated! Typical! So we only managed to dtd once and we weren't successful! But they do say just once during your fertile window is enough x

Thanks ladies ❤️ it’s brown and stringy when wiping, bit of pink too. No cramps though.

I don’t feel excited yet though because of it. Going to wait til tomorrow and do a clear blue x

How are you today? 😊

I still haven’t got my period. I’m wondering if I should call my GP! I just want to start afresh now!

Any sign of period today? X

Hey @ChaE05 pretty decent flow like my period! Cramps too. Line of positive tests is darker. Called pregnancy unit for advice and she said wait 7 days and test again as it’s really 50/50 with blood.

Its lighter than my period but not by much!

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. Such an uncertain time for you and frustrating when they just tell you to wait. I mean it is positive your test is darker. With my chemical the line didn't progress at all over the course of a week x

Couchtattie · 12/04/2025 11:18

@ChaE05 thanks, yeah my biggest concern is ectopic but I don’t have other symptoms of that so hoping it doesn’t come to that. Yes, very uncertain. Hoping the bleeding stops today or tomorrow but it’s just your luck isn’t it !

Sorry to hear about your chemical. It’s such a confusing thing.

I’m telling myself it’s outside of my control and what’ll happen will happen. That thought seems to calm me down a bit 🫠 thanks for asking x

Couchtattie · 13/04/2025 10:56

Line was way fainter today and pretty much having a period now. Must have been a chemical!

I'm really so so sorry. These chemicals just seem so cruel. Thinking of you x i know many people seem to be success the month after a miscarriage! You are supposed to be extra fertile. It certainly rang true after my first miscarriage. I caught the following month without having a period. That did result in another loss, but that's just my story and hopefully bad luck x

So sorry to hear about the CP. It’s so crushing.

My period finishes today. Due to ovulate on the 22nd. Anyone else in the same sort of timeframe? I’m really hopeful for this month! You have to be, don’t you 😂

Couchtattie · 13/04/2025 16:16

@ChaE05 @FigPig thanks, yeah it’s a shame because you can’t help yourself getting excited as soon as you see that second line. Then it disappears pretty much overnight!

I should ovulate on the 28th this month, but could be messed up so I’ll wait and see.

Sorry to hear about your losses. Twice in a row must be so hard :( it isn’t fair. A part of me is glad it’s happened now rather than later on, which is probably a desperate attempt at a silver lining to it x

Yes that's how I felt. Easier earlier on but still hurts alot. Just keep an eye on your ovulation. My first miscarriage I ovulated on time but the second (chemical) I was a few days earlier. Counting first day of your bleed as CD1 x

Yep you do! I go into each month with loads of positivity! I'm going to really focus on eating well, enjoying the gym and just positive mindset. I'll be ovulating about a week after you I think! But I'm going to enjoy watching everyone's progress. Rooting for everyone! X

@ChaE05 good to know, I’ll maybe start testing a bit earlier with OPKs this month then. X

it arrived on the 37th day of my cycle so I’m going to ask my nurse about it at my next appointment (I have to see her every month) as I read premature menopause could be linked to my condition and have got myself a bit worked up. My husband has told me off for asking AI about it and reminded me we have asked all nurses and consultants about fertility and no one has mentioned this!
Hope you are all well x

mummm2 · 14/04/2025 22:01

Hi Ladies

@Couchtattie I’m so sorry to hear you experienced CP 😞 so cruel. Hope you’re doing okay!

@FigPig I have different apps and they all say different predicted ovulation dates 🤷🏻‍♀️ if I go by the clear blue cycle tracker it says 20th but that seems so late for me!

Couchtattie · 14/04/2025 22:28

Thanks @mummm2 ❤️

ChaE05 · 15/04/2025 10:46

@Durhamgirliehow you getting on? Did you take anymore tests 🤞

Sorry if I missed this, but what is your condition? It's also so hard to diagnose yourself with everything you read on the Internet! I'm terrible for that. My partner is definitely more level headed...why are they all like that?! Haha. I'm glad you have your period now and can start a new month! X

It’s Rheumatoid Arthritis- I find it super tricky to talk about as it makes me feel old and decrepit!
has anyone started a may thread :)

Joleyjojo · 16/04/2025 17:16

Can I join ?? I am either 7/8/9dpo I did a test 😬😬 it was obviously negative but I do think I am prob only 7. I’m struggling with this TWW x

Edelweiss2020 · 16/04/2025 19:25

Wow it's weird being on here again 🤣 My son is 3.5 and we have just started trying for baby no. 2

Last period started 25th March, i had my copper coil out 27th March. I didn't ovulation test this time but we dtd most days between 27th-8th. They said I'd (in theory) be fertile immediately once it was removed but last time it took us 9 months to conceive so wasn't hopeful!

For the past 5 or so days I've had really sore breasts, bloating, lower back pain and some nausea - then today I've felt sick all day. No idea if it's possible to feel rubbish this early/especially with a second baby or what

Trying not to overthink, but secretly hopeful 🤞 Not sure when to test, period is due from Sunday (i think, cycles have been pretty all over the place since they came back so 🤷‍♀️ )
I have a couple of CB ultra early but don't want to do them 'too' early 🤣

Posting here mainly to get this all out of my head and try to forget about it for a day or so

Durhamgirlie · 23/04/2025 17:35

@ChaE05im now 5+4 and have my first midwife appointment booked! Done about a million tests as I’ve been struggling to believe it ha but here we are 😂

Any more news from anyone else? How are you all getting on x
