My friend has just heard it was a negative today, she bought some early tests and wants me to one of them for her tomorrow!! She knows to expect a negative, but because i've tested once she wants me to do it again for her!!

I've used the lemon stuff....but that was non-tingly!!!

You'll have to try not to think about it if possible Nat. Just try to keep busy so you don't have time to dwell on it.

G'morning! I am 7wks today I think, or tomorrow...or something .

I feel as rough as a badger's arse this morning...I had about the equivalaent of a large glass of fizzy wine, diluted down to bleugh-water with sparkling water ,to stretch it out over a few glasses so no-one would notice me not drinking .

And I have smelly, uneaten bbq food everywhere (well, the fridge!) so I can't bear to go into kitchen. DS is sleeping so I might slope back to bed for 40 winks...

Finally got my "make an appt" letter through from NHS yesterday (I say finally, but that is only 2 weeks since I saw GP, so not too bad), tried ringing to make appt and got as far as being given a date for appt (5th June - my birthday!!!) then the system failed twice (two separate calls) and have phoned up this morning and got appt confirmed but for following week - 12th June, so another week's delay - that discounts another month's TTC - grrrr . Ah well, important thing is to make sure that everything is okay and then DH will not know what has hit him, when I jump him every other day after that !
So, is only a couple more months' delay and then hoping for getting pg in first couple of months and a due date of March to May next year - moi, planning, surely not!?!!
The most embarrassing thing is that I'm now off to look at the links on buggies, which you have all posted and I won't need one for ages!!!

I think the going back to bed is a great idea!

I went to a bbq at mums last Saturday and we went back round on the Sunday and DH ate some of the cold sausages and the smell made feel sick.

will i be wrong to not send ds to nursery today and put him to bed for an hour instead?....he's so pired he's turned into a little devil, is kicking and punching dd who has been crying non-stop for the last 30mins because of him!!!! what do i do?....

You sound really postive -it's good that you're planning and focused. I think ttc is a process for most of us, rather than a one-off gof, as this thread proves!!
Kay, v on your behalf re: supermarket mums. Love the comeuppance though . Had a bit of that myself this morning in Somerfield..old dear deciding I needed to be told that dd3 shouldn't be given a choice of sweets if 'I knew what was good for me' (eh???). Ffs, dd3 has sweets once a week, so if she wants to spend 30 seconds deciding between a finger of fudge and buttons then is that such a terrible thing?? Arghhh!!! other people!!!!!

Just watched that abortion program (had sky+'d it) I only missed about half of it for blubbing away to myself! Not too bad since I couldn't even make it through Corrie last night GRRRRRRR Liam!

heard that a co worker got a free 3-D scan theother day - because they'd scanned so many ladies whose babies had no heartbeat.... that was so sad!

I swear allijiance (spl) to the thread and vow to keep up!

i watched the abortion program last night aswell (also sky+'d it)...had me in tears watching it!! Even DH said it was sad to watch these women thinking killing their baby was their only option.

Glad i did keep DS off nursery, he went up for a nap at 1pm after a later lunch than normal, he's normaly at nursery from 12.50. He's only just woke up just over half an hour ago, and is back to his normal self. Nursery were fine about it.

Also my fence panels have just been delivered, luckily i was in, if ds was at nursery i'd not have been here!! So now i have 8 lovely new fence panels ready to go in their posts!!!! cant wait to get my privacy back!!!

Hi everyone - can I come back? I'm on 2ww and have convinced myself I am pg. Driving myself mad. I think I'm heading for major disappointment, but can't seem to help it - my body just 'feels' pg. Not being able to talk to anyone about it justs sends me crackers!!! Help!!! Hope everyone else is ok.
