I think she did. There was only 1 at the scan.

Lol...think I'd pass right out at the thought of twins too...my neighbour has two girls decided she would go all out ttc a boy, and ended up with twin boys! And all this in a very small two bedroom house. They're happy as anything though, even with 4 kids under 5. [really faints at the thought!]

Gah and here I am worried about 3 under 6! LOL

I know Kay, I haven't actually opened it today I really should have remembered how bad the addiction get's from last time.... can never pass up an opporuntiy to be addicted to anything though!

So will I, well nearly, DS2 will be 2 in December, baby due in the January ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

A lot of people have told me that I am crazy. But I don't care.

I'm hoping to have two under two! Need to get cracking though...lol.

I think when you look at the people who get pregnant within weeks of giving birth, we'll have it fairly easy by their stanards!

I think the very worst part for me will be the double buggy, though am crossing everything in the hope that we will just get away with it, not looking likely at the moment!

Sod what people think, I hate the way that a pregnancy makes it 'OK' for people, most of the time, strangers to say what ever crap they have in their heads.

my DS was 15.5mths when dd arrived!!! LOTS of people called me crazy/insane, but we've coped, and its well worth it now they are both interacting etc!! they will hopefully even get a term together at nursery before DS moves onto school!!!

I had the opposite type of comments with the gap between DS1 and 2 (nearly 5 years) everyone said "but how stupid is it to go back to nappies and sleepless nights?" Well it was that stupid that we're doing it again, must be the most stupidest people going hey?!!

NJ we bought a pram with a toddler seat on for our 2, and my friend had her dd2 when her eldest dd was only just 2 and she got a mutsy with a buggy board i think!!

I'm kinda dreading what whipsers may be said about me, i'll look pregnant with my own so some will think i'll have 3 under 4!!!

I'm not too bothered. I think it'll be a nice age gap.

Mutsy do a lovely double seat to go on the frame itself, but the Musty frame is just toooooooooo huge for me. We only have a little town and some of the shops are hard enough to get round with a single buggy, a double (either a side by side one or a tandom) is just going to be a nightmare. Plus I am on and off the bus a couple of times a week, really not looking forward to it! Especially because DS2 would only need a buggy for a max of 6 months after the baby is born, DS1 was completely out of his buggy by the time he was 2, but he would walk and hold my hand, whereas DS2 just sits down as soon as I try to hold his hand!

Glaskham, I think with something like surrogacy, you'd only need to tell a few people and everyone would soon know! It is such a special thing to do for someone, you'll be the talk of the town for years!

Sorry meant to say on the end of the buggy rant thing () I think a buggy board is the way to go! Doesn't seem to be much choice!

ooh....or you could get a sling for baby and cope with DS2 in the buggy he's currently in, then swap DC3 into that or a new alternative once ds2 is walking???

and kinda...but i dont really talk to anyone in our town...so no-one will know unless they ask about the baby in which i'll be coming out with something like 'i dont know its not my baby'!! DH is looking forward to telling people i'm not carryign his baby for the reaction before he explains its surrogacy!!

Problem with the sling is a) it is going to be January, would rather the baby be tucked up in a carry cot out of wind/rain/snow, b) doing school runs twice a day isn't going to be much fun having to get DS2 in the buggy, and then sort out a sling as well, and c) after carrying the baby for 9 months, the last thing I want is to carry them again! LOL

haha!! i should put in ever post that its me thats the surrogate!!haha!!....no i shouldn't i'd just end up annoying everyone and myself!!
