That definitely looks like a peak to me! What cycle day are you on? I'm only on day 8 so think you're a little ahead of me this month..

Below is this morning.

As I said I wasn’t going to be as hard on myself this month, we have only BD Tuesday not leading up to peak day.

No lubricants either.

GP has referred me to gynae just for checks which I asked so that is in April.

& repeating my progesterone bloods this month as levels were slightly low, needs to be above 25 she said, mine were 20.

Are any of you guys DPOing yet? Xxx

I am CD10 today too! I ovulate late around 16/17 so I have a little way to go before my peak.

I also had a diagnostic hysteroscopy yesterday to check for adhesions (it was all clear!) so I gave to wait a couple of days before BD anyway.

We had a full fertility MOT recently. My AMH is a little low (but pretty normal for my age) and my husband's sperm test was really good, which was encouraging but also like - why hasn't it happened then!

I have ramped up all my supplements and started fertility acupuncture this week... I think perhaps our issues is my egg quality.

That all sounds positive!! 🙌🏽
Maybe your head and body needed some of that reassurance and it could take the edge off things? Without you thinking ✨
GP have also asked for my OH semen sampled too. Not done one yet though.
Glad they checked your AMH levels though, what level should they be at and what was yours? I guess they will check mine then?

Yes hopefully they check your AMH and sperm too. I am not sure what the NHS do, we went privately because I have one DC so there was very little the NHS would help us with. I got some basic blood tests and a scan but that was it.

My AMH is 4.6 and I am almost 40. I think ideally it would be higher than this!

Fertility is such a whirlwind!
all this TTC makes me want to specialise in women’s health more 😌
What is the next step for you? ✨

I'm CD 9 today - I have quite a long cycle and don't usually ovulate until CD18 or 19 so a bit of a way to go for me as well.

Started testing with Mira yesterday and my levels are:
LH: 2.2
Oestrogen: 167
Progesterone: 4.3

All pretty much average for this point in the cycle so we will see how things progress this week.

If it doesn't happen this month perhaps might consider not trying next month due to Xmas and not wanting a baby around then.

We are using fertility friendly lube this month for the first time too.

I was terrible with reading the sticks and really wanted to understand my numbers clearly so I bought this. It is so so so expensive, I found a deal for £170 with the monitor + 20 wands which made it a bit more bearable. I have found it amazing to see my hormone levels actually jump day to day rather than relying on interpreting the sticks.

Here is a picture of my chart and numbers from CD 14-24 last month. You can see my PDG jump it then stayed really high which makes me think even more that I must have had a chemical last month.

the cheapie sticks are ridiculously cheap, they seam reliable enough, only just started using them really, just to guide me to fertile week if anything, not 100% rely on them tbh.

Yea I use the conceive plus! 1st time last month, haven’t used it this month tbh but yes great results!
I made a massive mistake and was using spermicide lubricants for the last 6/9mths which I will put down to the no luck just to feel better about myself 😃

Mira is great- highly recommend it. Cost is a massive downside though.

last month my DH and I had sex every day in the two weeks up to ovulation day, from my research think that might have been too excessive. We are going to try to reduce to every other day this month.

This is me this month barely BD mainly due to us both working and me falling asleep early 🫠😄
Hopefully enough (says the girl not trying this month but trying) 😂

I used that lube and got pregnant first time with my daughter. I used it last month for the first time too with the chemical. Also taking coq10 and DHA supplements which I did last time too 🤞🏼

100% was the norovirus, it was coming out both ends felt rotten for 24hrs!

Hoping you start to feel some symptoms soon 🤞🏼 have they said anything about what can happen based on your test results?

I'm expecting ovulation Friday/saturday, should hopefully get my peak tomorrow so DTD today and going to do tomorrow and Friday too. I've got a bit of a cold so really don't feel like it which isn't great.

How is everyone else?

Well my results when I did day 21 was 20 and my GP said it needs to be above 25 to predict ovulation happened, so this time she’s asked to do 6/7days post ovulation as my cycles are short (21-25days)
should get my results tomorrow 🤞🏼

Do you know what the eligibility is for fertility medication?

I’m sure I ovulated probably just didn’t catch the right time to test.

Risks of fertility medication can be twins/triplets 🫠 can you imagine!

but have to wait till April for the hospital gynae referral.

@SCK2024 oh my gosh I had norovirus in January and it was the most horrific thing, I really feel for you I had both ends at the same time too (tmi maybe!)

@jennacx I’m due to ovulate on Saturday too! Been testing and hormones aren’t showing any sign of a peak yet but mine tend to stay low and then jump right at ovulation. Looks like we are on a similar timeline !

Has anyone else got their peak? I got my yesterday / today.

I usually get a clear blue solid smiley the day before I get a proper cheapy peak. Anyone else get this?

I presume the cheap ones just pick it up a bit later than the CB ones but does make it hard to predict which day is actual ov.

So my progesterone levels came back 28 DPO7

not much higher than when I did them last month at a different time in cycle.

im feeling doubtful 😩

I got my peak today - but with really low other hormones Low Oestrogen and v low progesterone. BD last night and was planning not today as we are trying to do every other day but looks like we might give it a go as my peak has come earlier than expected.
