Yes

Kay, I am with you, I really can not stand the thought of picking up a glass of milk and drinking it, before yesterday I don't ever ever ever drinking milk on it's own. But now if I had a glass of wine, or a glass of milk infront of me, I would drink the milk first It is horrible, makes all our mouth feel all gummy and bleurgh, DH said I had milk breath last night, don't think he was very impressed.....

So if the suppliments are OK, I suppose I will have to get some.

Is there anything in milk that your body can crave? Or how do I find out if it is actually calcium I am after?

Teuch, there is no point in me saying stop worrying, because you are obviously going to, but try not to stress over it, that won't do you are the baby any good, just try to think positivly, and take it easy.

Moos, fingers crossed for a quick recovery for DD, I am on FB, but have no idea how to do it, I only have 2 friends on there, one of which is an MNer who went into labour and wanted to be able to tell people what had happened, and the other is my sister who suddenly asked me to join out of the blue last week, I wouldn't mind but it is sister no 1 from a while back who I really don't get on with, I feel used, she added me to just boost her numbers LOLOLOL

Diege · 25/04/2008 11:46

Calcium is fine Nat when ttc and also pregnancy (think it's linked to lower incidence of pre-eclamsia too), although seem to remember making sure you get enough magnesium if taking supplements in pregnancy as it interferes with magnesium absorbsion (so pregnancare or the like would do the trick). Myabe good old Dairy Milk?? It's got a glass and a half of the good stuff in it .
Teuch, think that stuck on bits contraption was the same we got - what a waste of time!!
Not on facebook moos, but am on Myspace. Maybe I'll try and get into it, everyone else I know is on it!!
Must share a funny with you (a bit rude...). Ok so I have your attention now.... Was loading dishwasher last night and saw empty dish from cauliflower cheese..''urghh', I say to dh, that reminds me of baby batter'...'What??' say dh (so I explain, to which he says he though baby batter related to, ahem, fanjos...now how awful is that!!! [disgusted of Warrington] I won't repeat the precise phrase I used, as you truly are laydees here...

Diege · 25/04/2008 11:48

precise phrase 'he' used I should say..

kayzisexpecting · 25/04/2008 11:48

I have just realised I am still in my PJs

NatalieJane · 25/04/2008 11:50

I am taking pregnacare, and I don't like Dairy Milk fussy cow. So if I am taking pregnacare, do I still need to take the calcium? Anything to lower the chances of PE again suits me!!

What did you say to DH, I am no laydee on MN at least anyway

NatalieJane · 25/04/2008 11:50

OK, what did he say?? LOL

Anonymoos · 25/04/2008 11:51

Kay, I am on page 6 of the What's your MN name discussion!

Diege, I don't do MySpace, never really 'got' it. Come over to FB, then we can all play Scrabulous together [geek]

NatalieJane · 25/04/2008 11:52

Kay, you need to read the pregnancy test instructions more carefully, it says something along the lines of "If you recieved a positive result, consult your GP, put your jammers on for the next 36 weeks (or there abouts) and don't even attempt to get dressed properly"

kayzisexpecting · 25/04/2008 11:54

Added you!

I am on Myspace too!!

Anonymoos · 25/04/2008 11:56

Nat, go here and request to join the group, then report back when you've been accepted

Playingthewaitinggame · 25/04/2008 11:59

Looks like lots of us are on fb then! I don't really "do" fb either, in fact only joined a month ago. I do check it regularly, and its great for keeping in contact with mates I don't see very often or photo sharing. What I don't do is collect loads of friends (I only have 25) and I don't fill it up with loads of applications. I am also a little wary of who I become friends with and I haven't joined any groups.

Diege · 25/04/2008 11:59

Kay, jams are good for pregnant ladies!! (get yours on too Teuch .
Ok, dh said the horrible phrase 'fanny froth' . He is actually in a strop at me because (oh I shouldn't laugh) he was having a dream last night that he was starting a course at Oxford uni, and was just going to meet the Principal on his first day when he was was distrubed by the sound of a very loud bell, and they all had to leave the college and he didn't get his glory...only turns out the loud bell was in fact your's truly, ahem, with a bit of early morning wind .
Ooh maybe I should try this facebook thing you talk of...I am an old technophobe though, but will try and work out how!

Diege · 25/04/2008 12:00

Ooh Kay I will try and find you on facebook!

Diege · 25/04/2008 12:00

No, mean on Myspace!!! Arghh!!!

Playingthewaitinggame · 25/04/2008 12:01

I can't exactly join a MN group as I'm not a Mum , my friends will be

kayzisexpecting · 25/04/2008 12:03

Didn't or don't you work for a company who sell baby stuff? Or am I crackers? You could say you were doing research and made some friends on here.

Playingthewaitinggame · 25/04/2008 12:06

You're not going mad. I used to work for a company thar sold baby stuff and I now work for a company that makes electronic Toys, generally under license e.g Barbie Cash Register, Spider-Man TVDVD, Noddy interactive car etc. But it is a bit of a stretch, hmmm, maybe I could get away with it

kayzisexpecting · 25/04/2008 12:07

I am so glad I'm not mad. I was just sat here thinking "I'm sure it was Playing, but what if it wasn't?"

NatalieJane · 25/04/2008 12:17

If I join on that group, will my nosy sister be able to see who I am on MN?

kayzisexpecting · 25/04/2008 12:20

Only if you tell people your MN name. But she might guess

Playingthewaitinggame · 25/04/2008 12:27

OK ladies. If you look at my MN profile I have put my surname on there under that about me section (will be removing it shortly) and have also put up the same pic that I use as my fb pic. Therefore, if you search for my surname on fb I will pop up and you will know which one is me cos it will be the same pic.

Playingthewaitinggame · 25/04/2008 12:28

If you add me as a friend, please put a message to me saying you MN name, otherwise I will ignore you!

Anonymoos · 25/04/2008 12:30

There are 498 people with your surname!

kayzisexpecting · 25/04/2008 12:31

Found you!!
