I'm 5DPO today, I had sore boobs for a couple of days at 2/3DPO which I know is probably hugely coincidental, but I never get any symptoms like that really.
Also probably TMI but a lot more discharge than usual too, again, could be totally reading into it all!!

The sore boobs could be a sign if you don't usually get them! I'm quite in sync with my body so I notice every little thing that's off, but even still I can't help but wonder whether I'm looking in to every little niggle and making it something that it's not it's sooo annoying. why's the tww so long!

I'm 7dpo now and had no symptoms since 3/4 dpo which was dull ache pains down below. Had nothing at all since expect sore boobs which is normal for me usually a week before my period. My period is due in 9 days so just not sure whether it's pregnancy or early PMS.

When do you plan to test?

I’m going to test on Saturday 💓 I should be 9DPO then and I remember last time I did get a faint line at this point

Amityhill · 18/10/2024 00:49

I had tender boobs last time and nothing this time.

Amityhill · 18/10/2024 00:49

It’s hard to not read into everything

Reyttc · 18/10/2024 09:51

I’m trying not to symptom spot but when I was pregnant before from 7dpo I was convinced I was pregnant and I remember having cramps, backache and occasionally sore boobs but not constant. Then I got a very very very faint line at 9dpo on a first response.

However those symptoms are similar to my usual pre period symptoms! I’ve had a few twinges over the past few days and I have a bit of cramp today but it’s more like a low dull ache. Could also be from the gym though 😂

Waiting to 10dpo to test as I only have the Boots early response or easy at home strips and I don’t think either of those are as sensitive as first response.

Amityhill · 18/10/2024 10:16

I’m DPO 7 or 8. I can hardly get out of bed. I think unfortunately this is an endo flare up and not early pregnancy symptoms.

blackberryhill · 18/10/2024 10:53

Going to try and hold off on testing until Monday (11DPO) - my luteal phase is normally only 10 days so technically my period will then be 'late' and this is also when I got my first positive with #1 (negative at 9 and 10DPO).

I had zero 'pregnancy' signs when I was actually pregnant but plenty on all the cycles I wasn't so I don't bother symptom spotting any more as it means nothing for me 😂

It's funny you mention that as I'm the same. 0 signs when actually pregnant, I should probably do what you do, and not symptom spot.!!

Good luck ❤️❤️

I'm still symptom spotting despite the two times iv been pregnant I never had a symptom till about 6/7 weeks in. Soo silly haha

Awww well fingers crossed for you. Where are you buying first response from, online? As iv been in boots Superdrug and every supermarket looking for them as iv always used them, and can't seem to find them anywhere. The only one I found online had expiry dates of 2023 xx

I can see a line too! I would test again tomorrow morning though to be sure if that test wasn’t in the time frame

I don’t have any first response at the minute, just the boots own brand early response - they’re pretty similar though!

I think the only different is boots early response sensitivity is 10mIU/ml whereas first response is 6mIU/ml.

bbymama12 · 18/10/2024 13:20

@Reyttc thank you! I will hold out till tomorrow morning 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Ahh okay that makes sense

Iv got that vvvv fl on a internet cheapie

Iv got some pre mom ones too but they're to be taken from the day of missed period x

Can definitely see that!

1woodpecker · 18/10/2024 15:09

I read about in Chinese medicine for fertility there’s a big thing about keeping warm, like wrapping up warm, socks on, warm pads for tummy, eating warming foods.. so I’ve been trying to stay warm and cosy at home this week, had a hot water bottle whilst I was working from home. No idea if there’s truth to it but worth a go

mspotatocake · 18/10/2024 15:29

I’m 9dpo, I think. Probably need to track temp instead of just lh because I drink a lot of water so don’t think they’re always accurate with diluted wee.

Getting lots of twinges on one side and cramps since last weekend which I don’t recall getting normally. I have endo and really painful periods so maybe I only remember the worst pains 😆

It’s so stressful isn’t it!

LuckyDuck93 · 18/10/2024 16:12

@mspotatocake I also find it quite difficult to track LH because the amount of water I drink, I try and do one around 8pm and not drink so much in the afternoon and hold it for a few hours, very hard though, so I track temp and it’s definitely helping!

8dpo this morning stark white so I guess yesterdays may have been a Evap line with it being out of the time frame

:(

Sorry to hear this, give it a day or two and you might get lucky. I found boots own tests really good.

i tested this morning and a BFN x

Reyttc · 19/10/2024 12:17

@bbymama12 sorry to hear that! 8dpo is early though so there’s still time.

I checked back on my flo app and I actually got a negative at 9dpo and a positive at 10dpo when I was last pregnant so there’s definitely still hope for you!

I’ve read that implantation doesn’t happen until 8, 9 or 10dpo for the majority of women.

Reyttc · 19/10/2024 12:24

I also caved and tested this morning at 9dpo and I got a negative. I thought I could see a slight shadow on my easy at home but now it’s dried I don’t think there’s anything there!

Still holding out a tiny bit of hope that it’s just too early so I’ll test again tomorrow morning.

bbymama12 · 19/10/2024 13:32

@Reyttc

I used a cheap strip test one this morning too.. I keep going back and looking at it even though I know I shouldn't
I've got none left now either I've got some easy@home ones but pretty sure they say to use them from the day of last period so not sure if those are the ones your using? may not show up as not sure if they're sensitive enough xx
