All good thank you! Just have a terrible headache but just feel in shock and feel worried to get too excited because it’s so early. Did a digital this morning

@Lila34830 if i were you i would DTD today as well to cover everything, pretty much like the smep method, (didnt have the chance to try it though haha )
It's interesting what you said about ovulation cramps, i read somewhere that ovulation may happen before, after or during the cramps, so i guess dtd before/after/during the time u felt cramps might be beneficial. Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻
I rarely feel ovulation cramps but i did this month, i think it s because of the hysco (hsg) i did earlier this cycle)!

11 DPO, did a FRER to check and definitely negative so looks like I’m out this cycle. AF due Sunday.

Im still gonna keep up as invested with other peoples outcomes, but may be a little quieter as I think I’m gonna take a few weeks to unplug and reset from this TTC craziness!

To be fair I probably experienced the pain in the past but never linked it to this ! And it's the first time I experienced it since we started DTD 4 cycles ago. Fingers crossed it means proper ovulation for you and I !

Thank you, I’m actually feeling okay and positive tbh. Very glad the TWW is over and I can finally switch off 🤣 it’s actually a relief even though not the outcome I wanted!! I think I get into the depth of my emotions 5-9 DPO with the hormones being so high at that point and finally come back to my normal self once those few days pass. Keeping my fingers crossed for a BFP before Xmas, and if not we have a lovely holiday planned in the new year ☺️

I'm currently looking at Jan holidays too ☺️ definitely a way to start the new year on a more detached / relaxed note ! Xx

As for me i didnt track with opk since i had the chemical last cycle, i think my cycle might be different... but it's been 3 days since the ovulation pain so 🤞🏻

any symptoms from anyone?

im around 5 DPO and have been having pinching pains and pulling and tugging from pelvic area which I had with my daughter so feeling hopeful. Only thing throwing me off is it’s so early in the DPO cycle.

Speaking of gym, i always avoid hitting the gym in the tww, being silly thinking it would mess implantation or something haha! do you train like would normally ? Cardio? Or do you slow down a little?
As for me planning on being outside a lot, long walks, relaxing a bit..

Does it sound mad to not want to - to not face that disappointment again? I don't know sounds odd but it is so disheartening getting a BFN!

How do you figure out how many dpo you are?
My app suggests last Friday was ovulation.
Do you literally count from Saturday?

I'm probably completely wrong with what I do - but once I get my peak I keep OPK testing until it goes down/negative then I think it means ovulation has happened?! I could be wrong I don't have a clue with all this 😂😂 it normally goes down after a day of my actual peak.

You said you were only 10dpo, i would hold on just few more days to test, i have just unlocked a new fear of faint lines since CP and i wouldn't wish it on anyone. So i suggest you get busy this weekend and maybe test next week. But if u mighr have any symptoms i understand the urge to test! TWw should be called shitty week wait haha

That's what I'm thinking! Just to wait until Tuesday and see! I think all the early testing is so stressful!! And just to relax over the weekend! Nope no symptoms 😂😂😂
