AND I'm still doing it! I'm still looking in the mirror for 'new blue veins' in my bbs. There's new veins alright but there protruding from my f**king temples! I'm still weighing my bbs too, they're heavier but I'm wondering if it might be to do with the fact that I'm trudging around the house with the posture of a chimpanzee such is the deflation I feel right now.

This is a crock of shit. I'm off for a bath (or maybe a shower I don't know. I'll have to first debate in my own head if submersing my cervix in water is likely to bring on a period - I know, I'll say it for you 'FFS!')

So...what imaginery symptoms do I have. Well none now. I convinced myself that I had cramps earlier but Id been driving for 5 hours so it couldve just been back ache! I had sore nipples (!!) last week around Weds (10 or 11 days or so after my positive OPK). Now I have pain in one side. But I think that poss due to the large chicken jalfrezi I just hoovered up.

It would all just be too good to be true for me. I went to the fertility clinic last month for the first time. Even did the weekly acu even though in my heart of hearts I think is mumbo jumbo. Plus DH's gran died this week so he could get off on the cosmic-ness of it all.

bottom line - it just cant be this simple.

scared, you CAN make it that long. i know this last bit is tough, but HPTs while sensitive dont always give accurate results, the longer you can leave it the better!

Just spent 20 mins on some charting website trying to work out if 16 days is abnormal from OPK to period. Talk about set up for a big fall!!

its entirely possible that you are pg. 16dpo is a good sign!

due tomorrow, had spotting yesterday (i ov'd on the 24th) but this is my 29th cycle ttc, during which time ive had 7 mcs and 1 ep. around this time im pooing myself!

I have so much to do for work tomorrow and am too busy checking -the internet, this site and am in full knicker checking mode. Help.

I should give up, in fact DH has opened up the idea of stopping as I get very upset sometimes. I agreed so this is our last month before the dreaded contraception. Hence the desperate need for symptoms

yes is ttc1. we went to the fertility clinic for the first time about 2 months ago. So far I know that I have a mobile womb (who knew that was important) and that DH's side of the bargain is ok. Im having the pipe thing this month, which sounds gooey.

it is hard on the DH's isnt it? Seeing their normally rational missus sob uncontrollably monthly. not to mention the fact that it totally takes the romance out of sex. i find i dont want to tell him how much i obsess - which is why this has been such a great outlet every now and again.

no, my kids are older. I was told I had symptoms of menopause so was tested. The result? I was pregnant! I lost it soon after, followed by 2 cp. I'm quite used to disappointment now I think. I don't have your absolute faith Lissie.

i am so totally irrational that everytime one of my friends gets pregnant, I think that "statistically" that makes it less likely that I will.
