Just thought I'd post this to find some buddies in the TTC journey as a clueless gal trying for baby #1 ! 🫶🏽
Ovulated today, so I guess the 2WW starts ! ⏰
Anyone else starting their 2WW ? ☺️

@KT199 arghhh I'm the same now I'm 7DPO! This is driving me mad!!!

I'm weirdly calm this time too, I think coz I know I've got a while till period due so just patiently waiting. Though last month I was not haha!
I felt really dizzy and sick yesterday morning, and again today was super nauseous. Poor partner was all excited like "could it be morning sickness?!" But I think it's too early. So even he is symptom spotting haha

@continuallyconfused when is AF due for you? Will you be testing early?

Same here AF is due 12 or 13 October ! (But who knows, could be earlier )

It’s so frustrating isn’t it 😂 symptom spotting is what makes me really want to test! When are you planning to test?

Only due 12/13. I'm going to try my best to not test early. I feel like I've spent so much on ovulation piss sticks I don't want to start on the pregnancy ones too!

Awww bless him! My partner is the same too when I was bloated last night he was saying the same thing.. and then I was worried I’ve got his hopes up if I’m negative 😞😂

Envy your willpower 🤣 I will absolutely test the day before my period is due 😂!! I am terrible for needing to be in the know!

i’m also feeling better and calmer today we’ll see abt the nights haha! Im planning to see a friend and her sweet daughter this afternoon, i love them both so much and it’s kind of the relationship i aim to have one day with a child. She’s 5 and she’s calling me besty haha!

Hello ladies please can I join! First cycle TTC #1. I’m about 7DPO. I tested this morning and of course BFN. Sooo nervous but excited. I’ve had a really hard few years and just so hope this happens easily and happily. I’ve convinced myself I’m pregnant but probably am not as I know it’s very unlikely first cycle. Fingers crossed!

@KT199 haha I am the same! Try so hard to busy myself & then I'm like wait check Mumsnet and Google something else that's random 😂 I feel a bit better today, up test Saturday morning at 11dpo & see if I want to carry on testing or not. Next month I may just chill about it all as it's quite an ordeal lol 😂

I can confirm though I have had no feelings/symptoms today worth searching so far 🤣 absolutely nothing going on with me today bar the bloating and sore boobs from yesterday! Xx

My friend tried it and I think I will once I tried for another couple of cycles ! Looks like a lot of sex which is a bit intense 😂

Yes I’ve looked into this!! I might consider it after Xmas, just feels like there’s a lot of pressure to have sex on a schedule 🤣 feels like it would take every bit of fun out of it!

Yeah I know that, it's easy, I pretty much do it out of fluke during my fertile period now. It's basically have sex every other day from day 8 of you have a 28 day cycle, up until you get your peak LH test, when you get your peak have sex for three days in a row and then skip a day and then have sex once more. You can slim it down if you know when you ovulate x
