14 dpo bfn is there still hope ?

Hi all , I hope someone can give me a little bit more insight and baby dust

I am currently 14 dpo I tested this morning and got a bfn

At 6dpo I had severe sharp twangs and stabbing pain on and off in the same spot in my right side near my groin area

Since 6dpo I've had cramping which died down and I get the occasional ache and cramp daily on and off
I have been more tired and less motivated
My boobs have been tender to touch I felt like a sudden pain in the right boob quickly
And today my left boob felt itchy

Af was due today but hasn't arrived

Am I out or is there still some hope of a bfp in the next few days ?

At 14dpo almost 92% of people who are pregnant report a positive test, As per countdown to pregnancy.

You're not out until your period starts, but personally I always mentally get ready for my next cycle when the 14dpo BHN hits. Past a certain point it's just not likely to get a positive.

I didn't get a positive until 2 days after my period was due so there is definitely hope ☺️ good luck!

I would also like to add that I never used any ovulation kit

So I am going off the predicted date of the clear blue website that said I ovulated 14/08/2024

Im on a 32 day cycle do you think there is a potential I ovulated later than I thought and hcg levels are low still

Hey @ramdom yes I got a negative on the day my period was due and a vvvvvvvvfl on the day after. A positive 2 days after on a stick but negative on digital then positive on digital 3 days after ☺️ have you tested today?

I've not tested today I'll hold out until next week so I don't keep getting disappointed

I have no af symptoms etc and I really hope I get my bfp ( fingers crossed ) xx

You might have ovulated a day or two later than you thought so definitely still hope until AF actually arrives!

I am just hoping my hcg levels was to low to detect when I tested ✨ baby dust to me please 😭 I know I felt implantation day 6dpo and 7dpo right side pricking and digging and since then I have had on and off aches and cramps

I just can't do another test because yesterday ruined my whole mood with the pfn

I had a dd after dtd on day 23 of a 28 day cycle.. Dp worked away so was def then.. No positive test until 2 weeks late!! Dd was born a week late on hospital dates..

Thankyou this really gives me hope that you had late ovulation in your cycle and you conceived

I'm 1 day late and no signs of af
So let hope at least one of these swimmers have caught me and on the day of missed period hcg wasn't high enough 🤣lol

Joining cos I’m in a similar position! Expected period for tomorrow but have absolutely no PMS signs or pregnancy signs? Feel like a weird state of limbo 🤪 normally I do get sore boobs, cramps and bloating a few days before my period and definitely the day before, but none of that right now! had a BFN 2 days ago and today, but both didn’t use FMU so I’m holding on to hope 🤞🏻also I normally track using OPK but was away for 3 days this cycle and unable to track and as a result think I missed my peak on tests, so not actually sure when I ovulated and hoping for a late one! When I tested positive previously (ectopic) it was a day before my expected period, so I am also feeling the doubts. Going to wait until Saturday to see if my period comes, if not I’ll test again then! Fingers crossed and baby dust for the both of us xxx

I'm so convinced 6dpo I had implantation cramps

I am not testing for a few more days because it ruins my whole mood

Started mild cramps last night and had some minor bleeding this morning, so presume AF will make her full appearance later today 🥲 fingers crossed for my next cycle! How are you doing? X

I am still showing no AF symptoms and no AF has arrived for me I am 17 dpo (predicted) I am 4 days late

I am trying to hold out as long as is can till I test to avoid disappointment if hcg levels haven't risen much or just in case AF arrives x

I am 18 dpo no AF or symptoms
I will test on 20 dpo with morning pee I hope I get a positive if not I'll be feeling in such limbo x

Hi ladies, jumping on as I’m in the same boat. AF due today but no sign, been a long TWW. Had light bleeding for an hour or two the week after ovulation which I had hoped was implantation bleeding. Took a pregnancy test on Friday and it was negative (it was an early detection test) so I don’t know is that me out this month or not. no pregnancy symptoms but no PMS symptoms either so just have to wait I suppose.

Hcg could be low right now wait a couple more days x

Just pink not bright blood at all so that made me so hopeful but with my previous pregnancy I tested positive about 3 days before AF was due.

Yeah don't compare you might not be producing hcg fast enough x

Try again in few days time

And the blood does sound like implantation bleeding so these are good signs

How you getting on OP?

I have long cycles and definitely ovulate late. I don't track but I do know that the app predictors are only a very rough guess and can't be relied on.

In both pregnancies I've waited till a week after I've missed a period to test and I've had a strong BFP.
Never tried testing before that.

Thanks!! Still no signs of AF so here is hoping but will hold out for a few days if I can before I test again. What about you, when do you plan to retest or how are you feeling? They do say to wait until period is 3-4 days late for best results so heres hoping for us both!
