A very stiff and painful hello from me this morning, I can't move Got up late this morning (8 o'clock ), my alarm didn't go off, and both boys were still snoring - typical, I bet they are both awake at 7 at the weekend!
So had to run around literally, my back is completely knackered, I can't bend down, can't sit down, can't lie down, can't move, can't stay still, but it's OK because I can moan LOL
Diege late one for you last night, make sure you make it clear to your boss that you can't keep that sort of work load for long, you need a dogsbody an assistant! A nice fit young man with muscles and baby oil.....

Star, I am sure you will be fine to give blood. It must have been a 'something in the air' night last night, DS1 was awake for a while in the night, luckily he is old enough for a quiet shout through to his room "Thomas get back into bed, it is not the time to be singing and dancing, go to sleep" Didn't hear anything else from him till I woke him up this morning.
Legs, just keep up the GOF'ing, it is a good excuse to have some fun
