I think the most strange thing is that the minute you get a BFP, all the TTC stress just goes, and you wonder why it was so stressful, and why it seemed so hard. And then you rarely even remember TTC'ing!

It is why I like this thread so much, you can have a laugh about it all, and let some steam off, without boring DH into changing his mind, it makes it all that little bit more managable.

Who else could I turn to when I am shocked that my pelvic floor does actually exist, and not only that, but that it still works?!!!

I know what you mean, I would never be able to talk about the things we do on her in RL... I am not a prude but just cant talk about it iyswim. I even hate going to gp for personal things..

NJ how do you check for EWCM, I really tried this month and spotted none!! (see i would never ask that in RL )

Well I normally find it quite easy as I do get very very stretchy EWCM so I can see when I wipe, but this month so far like I said I have seen nothing. Don't know if I have missed it for not delving a little deeper(!) or if I just haven't had any yet.

I think people who don't notice it when wiping it is a case of getting a bit personal and having a good ol' feel around for it (wash hands with anti-bac before though!).

Thanks for that I have just been checking when wiping and checking under garments etc. Maybe next month I will be delving then...

I did read on one of those links on here about EWCM, that it doesn't have to be proper egg white like to be fertile CM, it can just be slippery and very wet.

Right I am off to do the kid's tea. Think I might do hot dogs, I've got sausages that need using, might as well put them to some use!

LL I have read that if you really want to check, you put 2 fingers in until you can feel your cervix (or as near as you can get) then 'push' a little bit, scissor your fingers together, pull them out and inspect! I did that this morning to see if AF was on her way.

And no, I would never say that in RL, not even to DH

There are some words I just can't bring myself to say: cervix, vagina (I can barely even type that one) and period to name but a few!

Cosmo, you are bound to be having full effects of PMT, after a longer cycle I think the whole period on it's way thing and the period itself is nomrally a mega one that makes up for the tardiness! Hope it comes soon though so you can get it all over with

Ladies OMG. Used the last of my tests this morning (clearblue) as no AF yet. BFN so went and fed dd. Went back to test an hour later and there is a very very faint line. It is so faint that I can not tell what colour it is but there it is there.

Going to get a FR test today and doing it tomorrow morning if no AF. OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG I might be pg....

Trying not to get to excited as I really can not see any colour in the line and it took over an hour to appear. Also am getting stomach cramps today so AF could be on her way but still..... OMG
