Most tests do allow for dipping, you have to read the leaflet. FMU is always best, but if not, hold your wee for at least 4 hours, longer if you can, but don't eat anything salty, or drink any more than you would do normally.,

Oh get 2, you will need at least that either way.

MSU, makes no odds really, unless the test specifically says to use it.

Read the leaflet, some are meant to only dip, some are meant for direct pee, some you can do both.
