Just been to the shops. I got some of those travel band things, so I am hoping they will ward of any morning sickness I might get while in London. I also treated myself to a new makeup bag. Took it to the till and it was half price so only £2.25!! I know wish I had got the bigger one.

luvingtinkerbell · 19/04/2008 13:19

Moos, I can't believe you haven't test yet, you have the will power of an iron man.

Do the test and then you will know if you are celebrating or comiserating tonight.

Or do the test to get out of whatever is next on the list, see if he takes you out for dinner, you 'owe' him a favour, and he'll want it tonight.

Broodybabywannabe · 19/04/2008 14:46

moos do it because "its the right thing to do"!!!

OP posts:
NatalieJane · 19/04/2008 14:51

Oh yes it is the right thing to do C'mon dear, do the test

Ouch BB, I remember years ago breaking my middle finger (went to catch a basket ball, misjudged it, and it snapped my finger back) mum was told just to strap i to the next finger. And I have broken my toes twice (well in fact the second time DH did it ) didn't even bother going to A&E, there is nothing they can do.

Broodybabywannabe · 19/04/2008 14:56

ive broken my toe too..not today i mean previously! lol i shall just grin n bear it, least bathroom is done and nice and spangly now!!

NatalieJane · 19/04/2008 15:14

No, I think she said they are going on Monday coming back Thursday.

lardylumps · 19/04/2008 15:22

I broke my foot once. Staying at parent?s house with sister and her 3 daughters. dp and her dh had gone to the pub so us girls had a girls night in. We got lots of pop, sweets and children?s films.

We were all in one bedroom and my niece wanted a drink so I went downstairs and thought it would be a good idea to volt the stair gate at the bottom. I naturally miscalculated it and landed in a blithering heap on the floor....

My 3 nieces (6, 5 and 3) were at the top laughing and shouting happily is there blood is there blood.....

There was no blood but 2 days later i was in plaster for 8 weeks..

Broodybabywannabe · 19/04/2008 15:27

Hi everyone,
Thought I would poke my head in and say hi, and see if I can join you.
Ooh - feels like I should do a sort of new Alchoholics Annonymous member sort of intro, so here goes...
Hi everyone (again). I am TTC but still breastfeeding and no sign of periods yet, so all a bit confusing really. I am driving myself mad by a recent addiction to pregnancy tests, despite having had very little bedroom action to qualify me to need to use them in the first place!
So are there lots and lots of you on this thread? Does it move very fast?

Broodybabywannabe · 19/04/2008 16:12

hiya and welcome! great name!

there are quite a few of us, and we all talk alot vurrently about one thread every week and a half ha ha!

OP posts:

lardylumps · 19/04/2008 16:17

Hi ya imagine glad you have joined us.

imaginarybluelines · 19/04/2008 16:17

Hi Broody,
Am trying for baby number two. DD is 10 months old. I am so used to having no sleep and am so fully immersed in baby life that it just feels right to have next DC soon. If we are lucky enough! How about you?

imaginarybluelines · 19/04/2008 16:18

Hi Lardy! I have put the test down at last you will be pleased to hear. (Well - it's in my pocket anyway if that counts as down!)

Broodybabywannabe · 19/04/2008 16:21
