Hi ladies would love to join. I'm 3dpo today. Im hoping to not test till 12 dpo if I make it there. But I'm such a sucker for testing early even though I've never got a bfp before 10dpo! I'm hoping this time I'll be able to just because for the next week we're away on holiday and won't be back till Friday night when I'll be 11dpo. So I'm going to try and not think about it too much but know it will be in the back of my mind! Xx

@PeachLeader awwh don't beat yourself up too much. Are you trying again tomorrow ? I'm not sure if to test or not tomorrow now for 8dpo ? Don't want to be disappointed

@NoisyBee no I won't be testing tomorrow now cause I know 100% it will be the same so I'll try Saturday when I'm 10dpo , I know it's still really early but it's still that horrible feeling again xx

Morning everyone 😊 another negative test for me again today. I'm 11/12DPO and so know I'm out but still can't help myself with the tests! Last night I noticed that my husband is going to be away for 4 days squarely over my next fertile window 😭 my cycles are still settling after coming off the pill but even if ovulation comes forward it's still going to be really tricky. So I'm now facing accepting that I might not have even a chance of getting a positive until TWO months from now. That really makes this feel a lot worse. Anyway we're off to the zoo today, just having tea and a pastry in bed, so trying to focus on these nice things. Hope you're all ok? Who's testing today?

As expected.. I caved this morning at 8dpo and it was a BFN. Whitest of whites. Will maybe rest again tomorrow morning but with my usual short LP, AF may arrive too.

I am 7dpo today and still feeling drained and hot. I can’t help but feel pregnant but I know this is far too early. My frer has arrived and I am waiting for Monday morning to test at 9dpo.

Hello! Ah that sounds like a good plan, maybe if you don't take any tests with you so can't cave?

Think I'm 10dpo today but trying to make it until Wednesday when AF is due. I don't feel really upbeat though, I kind of don't want to test so I don't see the bfn. Had some cramping and bloating so think it's PMS

That is really tough thinking about missing a cycle, it's hard not to get very wrapped up in thinking about it isn't it? I think your idea of making nice plans to distract is a great one and hopefully you can DTD close to your ovulation day as possible so it's not definitely a skipped month.

Thanks for being understanding @ridl14 , I was quite upset when I first noticed but my husband I have talked it through and although he's gone for 4 days, we will be able to still have sex on the first and 4th day so only two days missed. I think we'll still be able to give it a shot!

I totally get why you don't want to test and see the bfn. Bloating and cramping can also be pregnancy symptoms but I understand your doubts of course. I've got everything crossed for you.

Guys I've cracked this morning 11dpo - done 2 tests and look!!

Cautiously excited ATM but I'm going to keep testing until Wednesday and speak to my doctor ASAP. I have a thyroid condition and was recently tested for PCOS as well, have had irregular cycles this year from stress so I both really didn't think it was going to happen for us and don't want to get excited too quickly until I've had anything confirmed by a GP. But I don't think I'm imagining those lines!

I've been absolutely shattered this week especially Friday and Saturday 9 and 10dpo, really swollen heavy boobs, some cramping Friday and Saturday and I felt a bit sick on Friday too.

I am 8DPO today, went to sleep @ 7pm last night with DS because I was that tired and felt a bit breathless. Very abnormal for me. I am not testing today and will hold out till tomorrow. Still very crampy too with backache xx

Yes and no, I wasn't using OPKs but my app. So we were basically DTD at least every other day as soon as my last period ended. We actually did it the day before and day after my app thought I was ovulating (not day of because DH was ill, I was really trying not to be pissed off with him 😂 poor thing) and I remember the day before I just felt like I might have ovulated that day.

9dpo today and another BFN. Also potentially saw some brownish blood on the tissue after my FMU (sorry if TMI) so thinking I might be out as normally start spotting today before my AF arrives

Totally get it, I've stopped testing and am just awaiting my period now! Would rather not think about it now until the next time I ovulate

@imy it's really hard to stay positive isnt it , me and my partner had a very good chat this morning , it's taking it out on both of us and he hates seeing me so stressy and upset when I'm faced with a bfn , so maybe next cycle I won't be tracking opk I get so obsessed with it all , it's like when do we stop trying that's what we spoke about this morning , it's been over a year trying , I'm just feeling really shit this cycle xxx

I'm 3 days late, bit of spotting but BFN yesterday. Just hurry up with the period already!

@PeachLeader I'm sorry it's so hard. Something that's really helped me is accidentally having some really amazing things coming up that I'm now 100% focused on. Could you plan something really lovely ready for around CD1 next month? I also am not drinking during my 2WW (long story but our daughter was born very unwell and alcohol during pregnancy makes her illness more likely so my husband and I feel more comfortable with no alcohol at all even so early) and so I have a little bottle of champagne in the fridge that I can look forward to for when I know I'm not pregnant. I know it doesn't compare to how good it would feel to get a bfp but it's just little things to distract and cheer you up xx

We have a really busy month next month 2 holidays so that's something to take out r minds off TTC , my mother in law knows we're trying for no3 and she doesn't have anything positive to really say so it's just a kick in the teeth and it really gets to me she said about 6 months ago i have 2 why do I need a third well i couldnt even reply i just left that conversation i understand i have 2 children but then when your trying for another and faced with bfn every cycle i wouldnt wish that feeling on a enemy! Yes I'm definitely opening a bottle of wine the day af comes lol xx
