Hi everyone, I'm 5DPO today so similar-ish timings! I'm on cycle 1 of TTC our second baby. With our first I felt like I just knew I was pregnant. I don't have that feeling at all this time which makes me think I'm out but I know that's silly really! I'm going to test on Friday 😊

@imy hiyaaa , omg I knew I was pregnant on both of mine to ! I just had that feeling , and tested way early and still had a bfp and that was 10 years ago now , Friday isn't that long away exciting I don't know how I feel this cycle I feel weird I feel like everything has gone right so far , my oh works away alot and we've managed to bd alot lol , so I'm hoping this is our cycles.

Approximately 9DPO and driving myself mad with symptom spotting.

I've had the same feeling/symptoms with my 3 confirmed pregnancies, and I've felt the same 4 of the last 9 cycles so I get excited and then started bleeding a day or so before I intended to test. I feel like each one has been chemical pregnancy and they just aren't sticking, but I'll never know. Starting to have similar symptoms this time, but trying not to get too excited yet. Is 10/11 DPO too early to test?? I just want to know😩

I’m 1DPO today according to OPK testing / Premom, 2DPO according to Flo. Cycle 2 of ttc baby number 2 😀I kept a list of symptoms I had for Weeks 3-4 for DS, so I’ll refer back to that from next week 😂

Welcome , oooo can I see your symptoms the only symptom I had carrying my ds was sickness and my boobs felt like someone was constantly pinching them lol and that was before I had a bfp that was 10 years ago , with my DD I had a bottomless pit and couldn't stop eating xx

@NoisyBee I'm sorry I'm pretty clueless when it comes to temps because I've up all hours , well I'm keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏼 and listen your not out until af shows her ugly face , are you going to keep yourself busy this week? Also ive been looking online about fertility cups have you ever heard of them ?Xx

@PeachLeader thanks ! Yes going to try and keep busy this week but may end up testing Saturday haha ! Do you carry on taking OPKs through this stage ? I have stopped but might try taking them again ?
Yes I have heard of them but never tried it.. maybe for next cycle ?? :)

@NoisyBee yes I take them until the very end of my cycle only because I'm cycles are all over the place , so I'm not sure when I actually ovulate so it's better for me to track all the way plus it keeps me busy , I'll probably test Saturday like you 🙈😂 here's my opks on the pre mom app xx

I feel like I just knew I was pregnant last time, so some of this could just be the anticipation 😂

Week 1 - 3:
Tender breasts
Waking up in the night / early
Vivid dreams
Sensitive teeth
Gagged once eating cake (Wk3)
Cramping

Week 4:
Tender sometimes hard breasts
Waves of nausea - mainly later on in the day
Tiredness
Some heartburn on a night
Frequent urination / burning pee
Cramps
Mood swings 😂

@YorkshireSunshine yes I totally agree with just having that feeling , I hope I feel like that coming the end of the week , I'm actually really positive this cycle which is very strange for me xx

@peanutmm I got a positive result on an early test at 9DPO with my last pregnancy and I think a lot of people test around that time. I plan to test from 10/11 DPO this time 😊 let us know how it goes!

I just checked my cervix and it’s really dropped. I’m 6DPO today so it’s made me think I’m out!

2dpo today, this TWW is going so sloooowww, doesn't help that I'm off work with DS who has chicken pox I think work would be a good distraction for me right now! So hard not to obsess!

@HRHXO oh no poor little dab 😔 chicken pox is not nice for them is it , is he ok with them ?? Ive gone bad at obsessing over it , my oh really believes I've lost my mind , every day I'll tell him I'm what dpo and showing him my charts lol , I think Sunday the latest I'll be testing I'll be 10dpo and it's father's day also how amazing would that be , I've already planned how I would break the news to him , I feel like hes really praying for a 3rd , let's talk about when we get our bfp I know you can't pick and choose but would you like a DD or ds , I have one of each so very lucky , there both totally different xx

You're right @PeachLeader and I just read a really helpful article that said even if you are pregnant, by 6DPO your body doesn't know it yet as it doesn't implant until later. So your body will carry on as it normally would until implantation. So I feel a bit better now!

To answer your question I would really like another daughter! I've always wanted to have two girls. I'm a very girly girl and have a sister, close female cousins, almost all female friends etc. I love having a girl too and I love having a sister and want that for her. Obviously would still be over the moon with a boy! That's just a preference.

So I'm the opposite I'm girly but I love being the football mum role lol , I adore my DD but I'd love another ds if I could choose 😂xx

I got a bfp first cycle at 9dpo with first baby and the only symptom I had was nausea which led to me test 😄

@PeachLeader I was like that when trying for my first! I told my partner everything all my OPKs etc and in the end it put so much pressure on him he couldn't finish and he was never in the mood so I had to stop and just get it all out here on mumsnet lol. Since I have DS already, it would be lovely to have a girl but I'm enjoying being a boy mum too!

@HRHXO my oh secretary likes it lol , he's very supportive I'm lucky in that way , we've gone through the stage of it feeling like a chore , we've made it alot better and tried different things so it wasn't just dtd if you get what I mean , becuase even I said I felt like I was forced to do it we are very open as a couple together , I really hope we get our bfp soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 I don't know how I'd react I think I'd scream the house down xx
