Thought I'd start one for people TTC in May - fingers crossed for lots of BFPs!

Hope you’re all doing well! Couldn’t resist and did a FRER today but was negative. Period due on Monday. Still have sore boobs and feel sick but could just be period coming.

@Moneyworrier123 your not out until AF shows. How many dpo are you?

Same, due on Monday too and BFN on FRER. Not feeling any symptoms at all. We’re technically not out yet 🤞🏻

Congrats to those getting their BFP!! Anyone else not due to ovulate until the end of the month? I’m bored of waiting already and this is not even the worst bit. This will be my first cycle since having my hormonal coil removed so I’m not particularly hopeful this month anyway.

I’m now 12 dpo. Did a cheap test (not one of the early ones, £1 for 3 from Boots) yesterday and not a hint of a line.

Still have cramping, ever so slightly sore boobs so I’m keeping everything crossed I might have tested too early. I’m still a week away from starting af, and I ovulated absolutely ages ago - this month is dragging!

@GoldieMam welcome! The wait is unbelievable isn't it? I'm currently 7/8 dpo and ill probs start testing from tomorrow cause I have no will power. Cycle #4 ttc first baby.
@rlar your not out until AF arrives! Don't give up hope since even early response tests are 6 days before missed period. So probably stilp very early for you!

Thank you, that’s true. I feel like I’ve lost hope but I do have these symptoms still! But I second guess thinking maybe I have these before period anyway! By the way what does AF stand for, I know it must mean period but what does it actually stand for? Stupid question sorry!
If I believe my Flo app as to when I ovulated it’s 12 dpo today. Personally I think it’s more like 10 based on cm.

Fingers crossed for us both!! 🤞 i haven’t got any more tests so just going to wait and see if my period arrives on Monday now.

@Moneyworrier123 AF stand for Aunt Flo meaning period. Lol I had to learn all these abbreviations too😅 it's a hard waiting game. I caved and tested today at 8dpo and it's negative and although it's probably too early, I already feel out. Barely any cm this whole cycle.

Try not to give up hope 🙏 easier said than done I know. I’m keeping myself busy but just wishing time away now!

I’d like to join please! I’ve been ttc number 3 for nearly 2 years. I had my second miscarriage in January ( my first miscarriage was between my two children) and was hoping to have been more fertile after and fallen pregnant sooner :(
I’m currently 9dpo in this cycle and feeling hopeful

@Moneyworrier123 I got routine bloods done today and they are going to test AMH levels so hoping they come back OK.
@Lemonyfire welcome! Sorry to hear about your miscarriages and long journey ttc. Have you tried anything different this cycle? And have you tested yet? Exciting times! Fx for you x

@Irish812 thank you. No the only thing I've been doing is taking a high dose Vitamin D spray as I was deficient in it. But for some reason I feel super hopeful this month!

So I just did a test ( well 2) because I thought I could see a vv faint line on one this morning. And I can see 2 maybe vvv faint lines. I promised myself I'd take it calmly this month 🤦🏻‍♀️ will have to see what happens tomorrow/ next few days as I've had some terrible evaps so wouldn't trust anything

I'm at 1dpo in first cycle TTC after a missed miscarriage. We found out at 7.5 weeks that there had been no growth past 5 weeks. It’s been a rough process but we’re getting through it.

It’s only been just over 3 weeks since my D&C but we sort of accidentally ended up DTD during my fertile period this week (confirmed with OPK). I could have sworn I would have ovulated last week when I was away with work!

Anyway, wasn’t expecting to be back on the TTC train again this early as we’d sort of said we’d wait until after my period comes back, but here we are!

How is everyone doing? Anyone else at 1dpo/2dpo? 💜

@Lemonyfire ooooh I definitely see vvfl !! Keep testing 🤞🤞 I'm 9dpo tomorrow and really hope I see something too!! Stark white today!
@purplecolouroffunk they say your more fertile after a miscarriage so fingers crossed you get your bfp after a rough couple of months ❤️

@Irish812 thank you! I’m really hoping so. I fell pregnant the first time we tried with proper timing and no withdrawal etc, and miraculously from 5 days before ovulation. I’m probably naive thinking it might happen first time again but I have my fingers crossed!

I kept a very meticulous diary in the TWW where I ended up pregnant so it’s good to have something to compare with - even though I know annoyingly every pregnancy can be very different 😅

@Irish812 good luck testing today! In all my pregnancies I think 9dpo has been the day I've had suspicions because of shadowy lines.
I tested this morning and there's definitely something there- I always do 2 with cheapies because one might be an evap! Won't trust it till I've done a more expensive test.
Because of my miscarriages I've been told by consultant when I got pregnant again to contact GP to get progesterone ( it's on my record so will be easy) , to up my thyroid medication by 25mg and to maybe try baby aspirin. I know it seems silly but the weekend seems like a long time to wait! I can do my thyroid meds but not sure if I can just start taking aspirin without GP say so.

@purplecolouroffunk hopefully you fall quickly again this time! Great to keep records of symptoms before a bfp! Although I'm terrible at it and get disappointed when bfn.
@Lemonyfire did a test this morning BFN. I'll test again tomorrow but think I would have seen something today if I was :( it's so hard when you convince yourself this Is the month. Can you ring pharmacy for advice since it's the weekend? Get the progesterone if you can!

AF is due today so am anxiously waiting 👀 I’m usually pretty clockwork but no signs yet.

Ah how exciting @Moneyworrier123! When are you planning to test? Slow over here, ovulation isn’t predicted until 22nd. We are going on holiday next week so that will be a nice distraction!

I’m going to leave it until Wednesday, luckily I have no tests at home to tempt me!!
A holiday sounds perfect, it’s so important to keep distracted.

AF arrived for me yesterday, but had come to terms with being out this month days before. Feeling relaxed now it’s here and hoping next month will be our month 🙃 hope everyone else is going ok during the TWW x

Driving me insane 😄 I usually come on first thing in the morning as well.
