I have searched and can’t find a thread for anyone who’s Ttc this month!
I’ll be onto month 4 since I had a mmc of trying to conceive! I won’t lie when AF showed yesterday I had a full blown meltdown about it and felt like I would never get pregnant when in reality 3 months really isn’t that long!
I am very lucky to already have 2 wonderful little boys age 7 &3 but really would like a 3rd to make out family complete!

@TicklishDreamer I have two kids around the same age with a miscarriage in Jan and potentially another (chemical I was a few days late but refused to test) in March.

Just got my period today and cried. I’m unsure if i want to ttc but I also really want to complete my family. I had a TFMR in 2022 and it’s broken me, I’m so scared to get pregnant. Could someone just pass me a baby instead?

I think I’m ready to ttc….

@Mrscmay17 of course you can join! Hopefully this one is quick for you! My first was a whoopsy baby and when we went on to have our second I thought it would be easy but took 5 months! Then the mc happened!

@Georgethecat1 it’s a lovely age gap! Mind you I find my oldest harder work than the little one 🤦🏼‍♀️
I know what you mean about being terrified to be pregnant again! I had to really sit down and work out if I wanted that third baby and if it was all worth it earlier this year!

I really feel for everyone who's experienced loss or who is struggling to conceive. I hope this is a lucky thread for us all 🍀

If I have a successful pregnancy this cycle my due date would be the 30th of January. Is everyone else around the same? I was meant be due in October with my miscarriage.

@Objectiontime that is so tough. I'm so so sorry. I can only imagine how triggering that is 😞 hopefully you will be able to have positive experiences at scans going forward ❤️

@TicklishDreamer thank you ❤️ we're flying back from holiday tomorrow and have a busy weekend planned. It very much seems like another life to me now, I'll reflect on it but I feel okay x

Can I join? Hoping to start trying again next cycle after a loss in jan, period due around 6th May but my cycles are long and unpredictable so could be a little after that

Hello everyone and so sorry for your losses.
I also had a 10 week MMC in February and this is cycle 3 since. I’m 3dpo and I think my cycle has regulated because I ovulated at a normal time this month.

Hi! 👋 I hope it’s ok to join! It’s my 35th birthday today, and am in the midst of TTC for my first babe! I’ve been tracking for 6m, and trying for 4m and after 2 weeks of constant light cramps (which doesn’t normally happen) AF was 4 days late today of all days (normally I am 28 days almost to the hour). Then of course it has started this evening and I am truly devastated, I can’t stop crying. I think it is worse that I feel my body has tricked me into thinking it was my month, as literally for the last 6m I’ve been regular to the day. I don’t really know what I’m wanting to say, only that for all of you going through similar heartbreak, I hear ya! I know in theory I haven’t been trying long, but I am finding the disappointment sooo hard, which surely isn’t helping my fertility!!! Has anyone any tips for coping with this every month? 😢

@PoppyPeaches i gave myself period presents 🤣 when your next period is due or a few days after book something like a massage / hair app / afternoon tea / lunch with a friend. Might be things you are already doing but I planned around my period so I could say to myself that’s ok I now get to enjoy x,y,z and eat something you can’t while pregnant or get my hair highlighted etc. While I was still sad I tried to trick myself into thinking about a positive

@PoppyPeaches I'm sorry to hear that it's very tough! I remember thinking the same ttc my 2nd you just feel it will never happen but keep trying you will get your BFP 💝 Happy birthday btw, I hope you treat yourself to something lovely.

i would be due around end of January as well if I was to fall this month! a January baby would be nice I think!

@PoppyPeaches its tough every month I also book something really nice in for when it’s due so I feel better!!

Hi everyone! Can I join? Came off the pill at the beginning of April hoping for baby 2.

Definitely ovulated in the middle of the month but missed the window (DH works away from home and ended up being away for the whole 5 days leading up to ovulation day!).

Hoping timings might work out a bit better in May

@Georgethecat1 This is such a good idea. I am going to start period presents Even though I can't be pregnant this month I know I'm still going to be disappointed when AF arrives

Aww thanks everyone that sounds like a really good idea! I didn’t realise this would be such an emotional rollercoaster 🙈 having spent the last 20 years trying not to get pregnant, I didn’t think it would be this stressful trying to manage it! I’ve spoken to the GP and they are very chilled about the whole thing as I’ve been trying a relatively short time, but it’s still really hard. Think I’m going to give it until the end of the summer and then go back if it hasn’t happened - although the thought of it not happening by then fills me with horror with how stressed I am now! Wishing everyone the best of luck with their own journeys!!! Xxx

I just found out my liver enzymes are still elevated after three repeat blood tests and I’ve been referred to get an abdominal ultrasound. I’m now wondering if that has to do anything with my fertility and miscarriage. I have no symptoms it was a complete coincidence that they found out my liver enzymes are high when I went to a&e last month for a bacterial pneumonia.

Oh wow, that definitely could have something to do with fertility. I would definitely see if you could speak to somebody about this?

I'm the same normally 28 days...and have been for months....was due Sunday last im late...afraid it will come yet,I've no pregnancy tests in the house, i usually buy them online so not going to shop as impossible be annoymous where i live, I have cramping so not sure why so late as usually spot on.......fingers crossed though...

@Noisinmaro are you 6 days late then? Have you ordered any tests? Certainly seems like a good chance you're pregnant if so!

@PoppyPeaches I'm the same,very regular so any late period really plays tricks on the mind ❤️ you've just got to remember that the odds are on your side x

@ThelastRolo20 yeah today is day 6 if I last the day...I've no pregnancy symptoms....I'm tired but I've energy💁‍♀️
I have a feeling of fullness in lower abdomen and aches which comes and goes....everytime i go to loo i think its here but not yet......might be in my head that's why I think af must be on way.....
Last period 24th april so on day 35......if I last day....
I've been 28 days for last year even longer.....I'm not walking the walls wanting to test as every month I test on day 23 or 24 the 6 day early one then it arrived day 28 and I've ran out...so the stark white negative is very very familiär to me....
It's head wrecking this......isn't it....I've been going on Super long walks and drinking loads water as usually brings on af...but nothing yet.....
I will order tests for next week....

@Noisinmaro only way to know for sure if a test! I’d get some ordered and take a test then at least you’ll know either way!
