I have searched and can’t find a thread for anyone who’s Ttc this month!
I’ll be onto month 4 since I had a mmc of trying to conceive! I won’t lie when AF showed yesterday I had a full blown meltdown about it and felt like I would never get pregnant when in reality 3 months really isn’t that long!
I am very lucky to already have 2 wonderful little boys age 7 &3 but really would like a 3rd to make out family complete!

I had something similar to this in two cycles recently which I’ve never experienced before but then it just went away, very random! It makes it harder when you aren’t sure what’s happening in your cycle doesn’t it

Hmm have you tried any meds or herbs to normalise your cycle?

No medication, only because my gp just tells me to BD every other day for a year and come back before she will give me anything.

I have seen some people mention different vitamins but I don’t know much about how effective they are, have you tried?

Ohhh Drs take ages to help! Why don’t you try herbs?! I know quite a lot of people who sorted out their cycles and got pregnant. So… from the 1st day of your cycle sage leaf tincture and when you will catch ovulation othilia secunda (borovaya matka) after ovulation. Othilia secunda you can order from eBay (from Ukrain or Poland).
Sage will help with ovulation, othilia secunda helping with endometriosis, polyps and other women health and also with progesteron. Do your own research about both herbs on Internet of course xx

I'm now 8 dpo, I think. I got a static smikey a week earlier than usual, then I left it a couple of days, it went to 0 for another couple of days, then it started flashing again and i got another static when i would normally expect it. Got very curious! Left it another 48 hours and then got a couple of days before, yelling, you guessed it, another static. Still showing static now. Not sure what all that's about! I dont have pcos and I have never had more than one surge before. Far too early for OPK to be confusing LH with HCG though.
Got a couple of symptoms which are nothing unusual for me so I will have to see in a week or so...
This waiting is so bad!!

I also think it is interesting that the instructions on CB digital ovulation tests say to not test again once you get a static reading but I am 99.9 percent sure that my second surge would have been the right one and I would have missed it!

@OneAmber this is interesting your GP has said this, I usually focus BD before/ during ovulation and then the day after ovulation.

after that I’m done for the month 😅, I wonder if I’m making a mistake here, I thought that after ovulation it’s basically impossible to get pregnant until the next cycle as the egg has gone. x

as predicted my period came this morning! On to next month I suppose

@Marshmallow99 you can’t get pregnant after ovulation, but dtd every other day means you will
definitely catch the egg even if you aren’t sure when you ovulate/make a mistake with ovulation tracking, which is why it is recommended. I know my cycles pretty well so also don’t bother dtd once I know ovulation has happened!

so sorry - but good you didn’t waste money on the tests and onwards and upwards for next month. No AF
for me yet - this is CD30 - but I really don’t feel pregnant so expect it will
arrive tomorrow and will test if not. Quite relieved I don’t have any tests in the house!

I fully expected it, relived AF has arrived ready for this month means we won’t have a baby so close to Christmas again! just wait for my period to end and get back to trying!

I caved and did a test at 11dpo today and not even a hint of a line, so I'm guessing that's probably me out too :(

@purplecolouroffunk if you are out (you might not be never know) there’s a fair few of us going into next month so I’m sure we will all still keep updating and chatting on here!

I'm 10dpo and I'm not sure if my mind is playing tricks with me but I took a test at around 11am today and thought I could see the faintest of a line. Took another and thought I could see it again but honestly it likely my mind playing tricks! I'll no doubt test again today, probably this evening but my gosh it's just torture isn't it. Please send me all the luck 🤞🏼

Thank you!! It's so hard to not get the hopes up. I had a faulty clearblue digital last month that said pregnant with an error message so I know what it's like for false hope! I used the easy@home ones! Have a first response arriving sometime today so will use that tomorrow morning. Are you still in for this month?

@CSmith1 those false positives are an emotional rollercoaster right! I had one with a sainsburys test last month.

i am still in this month, AF is due in 6 days. I’m trying not to get my hopes up though, we’ve been trying for a year now so it’s getting tough every month AF arrives.

Trying to not test so early too as I get a little obsessive with it 😅. I think I will take one Friday morning!

I said to myself this month I wouldn't test early but here we are again, I've been testing since 8dpo (way too early I know!!)
This is our second round of clomid after trying for 4 years so I doubt it is positive but maybe .. just maybe!
I'll keep you posted and please keep me posted with how you get on, too 😊

2nd cycle trying to conceive, fell pregnant last December but we sadly lost our baby boy in March this year at 17 weeks.

Im currently 1DPO (cycle day 14), managed to DTD cycle day 11, 12 and 14. Missed actual ovulation day as my partner was ill so not sure how successful we will be but we’ll see 😬

I wasn’t going to post because I feel like I’m a good couple of weeks behind everyone else cycle wise but it looks like there’s maybe a couple of us now so I thought I’d say hello!

I’m TTC #1, second cycle (but I only came off the pill at the start of April so last month doesn’t really count because I was just kind of figuring everything out) and 3dpo today (I think!). Only dtd twice this cycle though because DH was away for work through most of my fertile window 😅

@jt130593 Welcome! I’m so sorry to hear about your baby. I also got pregnant last December but lost it a bit earlier at 10 weeks. It was already hard for me, I can’t imagine what you’re going through now.

1dpo here as well. Cd16 today and we dtd cd 11, 13, 15. The month I conceived we actually only dtd 3-4 days before and the day of ov.

it’s been absolutely horrendous, the only thing I feel like will make me feel even slightly better is falling pregnant again which I know a lot of people won’t agree with!

@jt130593 Totally understand as I feel the same. Absolutely desperate to be pregnant again.
