God it is annoying when you know something but can't remember it, I could see her face, and see her in other films, just couldn't remember her damn name! LOL

I have been known to ring my sister because DH and I can't remember something that is blindingly obvious!

Heron23 · 28/03/2008 10:05

how r u today NJ? i am on dy2 of new cycle now, it will be awhile before i start thinking i can test

how's your tum?

kayzisbroody · 28/03/2008 10:07

I had no symptoms with ds so it could just be that I'm lucky a 2nd time and Im not getting any morning sickness.

But I agree I do think its because I dont think I can be pg so its not bothering me.

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 10:10

I am OK thanks, just trying to take my mind off of it a bit, still so long to go, or at least it seems it!

Tummy is still getting bigger and harder, not sure if that is good or bad!

How are you? Got anything planned for the weekend?

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 10:14

Some people (like me) just don't get morning sickness Kay, and even those that get it quite bad, it is more normal for the sickness to start around the 6 week mark than for it to start before the period is even due.

Having said that, with DS2 I did get a few waves of nausea when I'd have been about 3-4 weeks, but no actual sickness.

kayzisbroody · 28/03/2008 10:17

Nat are you going to go to the gp if you get bfn or your af to see what's happening?

We might be going to Farndale to see the daffodils on Sunday. Its meant to be an amazing sight.

How about you?

Heron23 · 28/03/2008 10:21

dont have much planned for the weekend - might take DS to natural history museum. i am still a bit down cos i really want to be preg! ok calm down

i think i need to get a new hairstyle to get over this

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 10:21

Yep, will book GP appointment as soon as period comes, I am switching between convincing myself I am pregnant, to convincing myself I'm not, but then worrying about what else is going on! But I figure given my history of showing early, I have to give it at least till my period comes else end up looking silly at the GP IYKWIM?

This weekend, DH is working tomorrow morning, then he has some stuff to take to the tip/recycling banks, then he is going to attempt to fill in the big holes in the bathroom walls, trying to avoid re-plastering it all! Depending on how the filling in goes, we'll be painting Sunday. And I expect a visit to the dreaded MIL's will be on the cards at some point.....

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 10:24

Just wondered if the fact that I am eating all of DS2's easter eggs isn't helping my belly!!! I can't help it, they are all stacked up on the table, right next to the PC....

kayzisbroody · 28/03/2008 10:29

LOL, ds is eating my easter egg as I'm on a diet.

I am soooooo happpyyyy!!!!

I had to take my belly bar out when I was pg and was really sad about it. I was going to get it re pierced but I thought I'd see if it was like your ears and stayed open and it has!!!! So I save money and having to get it re done!!!

I just need to get rid of the podgey belly now!!!

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 10:32

LOL I took mine out when I was pregnant with DS1, I could still get it back in now no problem, I can actually see through the hole it's left! Also have a third set of holes in my ears, haven't actually worn earrings in them for about 10 years, but I can still get an earring through them!

kayzisbroody · 28/03/2008 10:35

I was told that it healed up within a few weeks. It means I can buy some new ones.

Im so happy about it.

tinkerbell2 · 28/03/2008 11:19

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 11:30

It is awful weather here as well Tink! I am not braving it, well not till I have to go and pick DS1 up anyway! Must admit though, although it is still windy, the gales have died down a bit which is at least something!

If I did trip, I probably would pee myself laughing! Nothing at all to do with my lack of pelvic floor, think it moved out while I was pregnant with DS1!

kayzisbroody · 28/03/2008 12:10

Just been out and its horrible, blooming freezing, windy and chucking it down.

Im so tempted to start doing online Tesco shops again so I dont have to struggle with the pram and shopping.

kayzisbroody · 28/03/2008 14:42

Its still raining.

I really should do some exercise but I feel really tired so I'll do some tomorrow.

I had a parcel delivered while I was out and instead of taking it to my local post office they took it to one in a village about 3 miles away. So I'll have to walk and pick it up tomorrow.

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 14:50

Kay ring the post office, they will arrange for the postman to re-deliver for 50p.

Rain has stopped here for now, good bloody job as well, got to go and get DS1 in oooooh, 2 minutes ago!! LOL

kayzisbroody · 28/03/2008 14:54

They cant re-deliver until Tuesday and the suspense of what it is will kill me by then.

Its just stopped raining here. I might go and get it today but I cant go until 4 it says.

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 15:26

You are going to walk 3 miles each way to get a parcel, when you said you were too tired for exercise? Jeez, just what type of exercise were you thinking of doing? Pulling a train or something?!!

Christobel79 · 28/03/2008 15:38

Hi all, I am still here by the way - just been a bit annoyed this week as not done any BDing over days 14, 15, 16 etc. Now on day 25 and will probably BD over the weekend but it must be too late now?? Problem was DH was ill last weekend combined with working loads of nights but I am annoyed with our lack of effort!
NJ - sounds hopeful, do you think you are?

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 15:43

Christobel, how long are your cycles normally? (Sorry I know you have probably said before, but I can't keep up)

Do I think I am? Hmmmmmmm hard question, when I have been pregnant, but before I've found out for sure, I don't really get a 'oh yes I am pregnant' feeling, it is only after I find out for sure, and then I look back and think, 'of course, how could I not have known....?!'

I hope I am, and not just for the obvious reason, but if I'm not, I know I will suddenly start getting all worried about the belly!

Christobel79 · 28/03/2008 15:50

how exciting - hope we get a BFP on this thread really soon!

I am worried about my belly too but that's because of all the Easter choclate (and I don't even have the excuse of kids in the house!)

My cycles have been all over the place since I came off the pill but last cycle was 30 days.

NatalieJane · 28/03/2008 15:57

Well if your cycles are calming down towards a 30(ish) day cycle then yes CD 25+ would normally be too late, all is not lost though, you could have OV'ed anywhere between CD13-18, maybe even a wider window

It is about bloody time we had a BFP, and hopefully with all of the testing that is going to be going on over the weekend and into next week, there will be one loads

Christobel79 · 28/03/2008 16:03

Didn't know OVing was between CD13-18 - thought it was a narrower window than that - interesting! Don't really know much about any of this to be honest - you can be my expert NJ!

OOh - time to go home from work, might be back on later bye!

BeMyLilBaby · 28/03/2008 16:45

hi all!

All went well at wrk so relieved!

Am gonna test tonight just to be sure but expecting BFN xx
