Thought it was time we had a new home, seeing as we've almost outgrown the old one. So in honour to Scorpio, Sybil, BB and toomuch (hope I didn't forget anyone ) here we are - in the company of pregnant (and cheerful) ladies

are we about to have a huuuge TTCno.1 (and groupies) 2ww?

signing in.

PiggyPenguin · 01/06/2008 18:12

Sign me up for the two week wait - although its two weeks to delivery for me. At least this way we can all go through the agonies of waiting together.

Nomore, Sorry that you didn't get to freeze any other eggs, but getting two good eggs to implant is fantastic. Now you need to get plenty of rest. Oviously we are here to help with over-anaylsising every possible symptom if you want us to!

You as well Gilly, let us know how you are getting on so that we can live vicariously through you too.

nomoremagnolia · 01/06/2008 20:02

Bella you're not 2ww-ing are you?? Confused

Ok... just checking in before holiday tomorrow... we have to leave the house really early tomorrow, as we fly out early - so won't get another chance before we get back.

Hope everyone is good... will be back in a week. Sorry for the lack of personal messages... But I have to go eat.

Hello everyone - sorry I've been so bad at catching up - had a busy week.

Ready Sorry to have missed you - hope you have a fantastic holiday.

Nomore Great news that you've got two healthy embryos back in there. Sorry there weren't any left over the freeze

Gilly So glad you had a nice doctor today. Will be thinking of you tomorrow. (Good luck with the interview as well!) Thanks for the advice you gave me over a week ago (!) I did think about going to the clinic's monthly open evening at UCH ACU but it looks like it would have ended up being around the same day I ovulate (not sure yet though - my cycle seems to be getting longer!) and I decided it was better to be at home

Sybil Not long now.

Hello to everyone else.

toomuchtimeonline · 02/06/2008 16:24

You think you only want two Nomore/Gilly, until you get two and then you think, 'I can't believe I'll never have another baby', and its all a slippery slope from there! (Hence Sybil's imminent third arrival).

Gilly, I think you would be ok to drink a little wouldn't you? Think of all those babies conceived in drunken hazes(ie my ds!) Actually he was conceived on holiday and I didn't find out I was pg until I was 6 weeks so I definitely wasn't worried about alcohol with him.

scorpio1 · 03/06/2008 09:37

i think i will ttc again by xmas, hopefully. i want a shorter age gap this next time, and then i will prob get sterilised or dh is up for a vasectomy, so one or the other.

i know xmas is quite soon but each baby has weirdly taken me exactly 6 cycles so she will be 2 by the time baby is here, and i will be 25.

DH is an only child and has never had my wanting if you like for lots of children, but iam one of 3 and loved the relationships between us and there being more than one other of us iyswim.

i am loving being a mother of 3, and as we receive no benefits apart from CB and i look after them 24/7 (apart from school) then i think its up to us, if you see what im saying?

i started having children at 16 and dont want to be still doing it when im 30! though i have always thought about egg donation when im finished - i will still be young and why ever not anyway? seems silly to waste them when they could give someone the same as me. Im sure someone would love my genes, ha ha ha ha

Gilly ever such good luck for you today. you will be on my mind today

Bella how is his sleeping now? are you ok?

Ready did you not see my bugaboo buying message? 1 week and 3 days to go....

scorpio1 · 03/06/2008 09:39

Sybil i cried a few days after having millie screeching 'oh but ill never feel those little feet and feel that feeling when you get given your purple little baby...'

DH thought i was insane! (he is not as 'maternal' as me iyswim)i need a husband liek you see on those programmes 13 and wanting more

PiggyPenguin · 03/06/2008 09:56

Scorpio, while I totally agree that two seems not enough we are definitely not having more than three! Dh is going for the op asap after this one is born safely.
