Positive test, am I pregnant?

Hi all, me and partner had sex 11 days ago. This week I’ve been feeling extremely nauseous, headaches and had bleeding/spotting that’s brown/pink and at times red, but not a period. My period is due next Friday. I bought two pregnancy tests and we think we can see a faint line. Both of these were morning wee. Can you see anything? Thanks!

I have, my period isn’t due until Friday/saturday. I’m not sure what to think of this!?

I’ve had brown blood/then bright pink all this week and terrible sickness and bright blue veins in my boobs and my stomach.

i can defo see a shadow on that test! Maybe get some other brands of tests?

I’ve used 3 different brands! I am so unsure. My period isn’t due for 3/4 days so when would you retest?

Personally I’d retest 4 times a day 😂😂😂 but what I should say is wait 48 hours cause the HCG only doubles every 48 hours!

I would take it that those tests are negative and try again in a few days. I can't see any positive lines on them.

Re-test after your period is late not before or you’ll just drive yourself mad squinting at lines.

I would say two of those tests look positive to me, including your most recent picture, although the second line does look a bit blurry.

I'd wait and re test on Saturday

I say that... but probably would keep testing every day same as most people 🤣 however, Saturday you'll probably get a more clear line I would think

That's a positive. It's faint because you're so early. Congratulations!

But this is the thing, I’ve had light brown bleeding if you can even call it that and then VERY pink light bleeding. (Tmi pic) I’ve never, ever had brown blood etc so I’m not sure if this was a period before my period was due? But then it means my ‘period’ was 2 weeks early and it was SO light it was nothing like an actual period and started 5 days after unprotected sex x

Brown blood is typically old blood, maybe implantation bleeding? Unfortunately only time will tell! I know how incredibly difficult it is to be patient at a time like this! You’ll drive yourself mad

It doesn’t sound like your period was early, it could possibly be implantation bleeding but my point is there’s no way to tell at the moment and for your own sanity it might be best to wait until your period is late and take a digital so it tells you in black and white.

I mean it kindly, believe me I know how hard it is (5 positive tests but two DC). Im actually due AF the same day as you and know we DTD around ovulation but I won’t do a test unless AF doesn’t show this weekend. Sending you lots of luck for a clear positive in a few days!

Did you do another?

I haven’t, my period still hasn’t arrived. I have had cramps all day and now I have this brown discharge (which started 10 days ago and lasted for a day or two) before I had a vv faint positive. Any ideas what this could be? It is 100% not my period x

Well that sounds promising! It is probably just a bit of old blood (totally normal for some women in early pregnancy). I’d do a test if I were you!

I always had cramping around the time of testing it was always milder than period pains. Good luck OP are you planning to test again soon?

I have cramps but definitely milder than period pain! And this brown discharge but no period. Do you think it’s worth me calling my GP tomorrow and explaining to see if I need a blood test? I’ve never, ever had brown discharge. I’m also peeing a LOT x
