So yesterday I was 5-6dpo and I went to the toilet and wiped before I weed for a change and had just a little bit of what looked like brownish blood on the paper only a little bit not enough to be wet or anything. Same this morning I’ve attached a picture. What does it look like to you guys does it look like blood? Something else? I had quite a bit of cm 3-4 dpo but seem to be drying up now.

@worrywilma popcorn? Lol is that cause of the ongoing fued 🤦‍♀️

Yep!! I've been waiting for it to kick off 😂

Unfortunately I can't comment on the implantation bleeding as I've never had it myself but wishing you lots of luck!

CaribouCarafe · 10/01/2024 16:17

Mine was a bit redder and came around my expected period date, but I can see a pinkish tinge in your CM so it's possible it's just diluted.

Fingers crossed you get that BFP next week!

MUM2Beautifulgirl28 · 10/01/2024 17:42

So anxious hoping it’s something this time but don’t want to get my hopes up because it’s so deflating trying to stop yourself symptom spotting finding symptoms and then getting AF X

🤞🏻 op it’s hard to say I have only experienced implantation bleeding with 1 out of 3 pregnancies and it was at 5/6 weeks

@Outliers genuine question, why are you so interested in the ttc board if you are pregnant?
I can’t wait to (hopefully this year) move to the pregnancy boards and forget all about this ttc stuff

@MrBigsCat I studied human physiology and disease; my advanced physiology module touched heavily the menstrual cycle and conception. So I suppose you could say based on my academia I find the subject quite interesting. I can appreciate I probably lack tact at times, though not that a rational perspective comes from malice /negativity.

There are probably quite a few MN boards I find engaging ahead of the pregnancy one. I find that board to be a tad self-absorbed. Often posters just venting and sharing nub images. That's just me though, and I can accept I'm a bit weird.

In any case, I genuinely hope you don't have to wait much longer for your BFP and get a long 9month+ break from all this.

@MUM2Beautifulgirl28 For me it was more nipple sensitivity rather than breast pain.

I've only really been on this forum consistently for a week. And one thing that has stood out to me is that I see a lot of the same people posting and every single one of them is supportive, kind, considerate in what they write except you @Outliers.
I'm not arguing that what you write is incorrect factually, you obviously know your stuff. But you do come across as rude and patronising and comment on a lot of posts.
You almost seem annoyed at some people's posts. May I ask why you continue to open these threads multiple times in a day if that's how they make you feel? If it doesn't annoy you please could you maybe consider not commenting if it's something you've seen a million times and is likely to cause offence to the OP. You're obviously an intelligent person I don't believe you don't know when something may cause upset.

@MUM2Beautifulgirl28 Girl nobody is going to be able to tell you really what that actually means. I have had all kinds of cm during the many tww’s I’ve had to endure and they’ve meant nothing at all unfortunately 😩

The 3 times I’ve been pregnant I will say I’ve had increased amounts of ewcm, but not really a lot that would make me think ‘Hmm am I pregnant?’ If you know what I mean?

I’ve got my fingers crossed for you, maybe take a test in a couple of days? ☺️

MrBigsCat · 12/01/2024 21:24

@MUM2Beautifulgirl28 that looks similar to what I get before af unfortunately. Any time I’ve been pregnant it’s been watery and lots of it,
everyone is different though so there’s no way to know just have to wait it out it’s so hard though, I understand

Karinx · 13/01/2024 06:36

This looks similar to the implantation bleeding I had, plus more creamy discharge than normal. I got my bfp on 9dpo. Everyone is different though, only way to know is to wait and do a test. Good luck!

MUM2Beautifulgirl28 · 13/01/2024 10:17

@Karinx i am having the same dryish creamy discharge now that i get before af but possibly just a little bit more than normal? I just have no hope as I get these symptoms and af always arrives. I’ve had niggly twinges sing 5-6dpo but again my heads just telling me it’s just PMS symptoms as usual although they have been more and more noticeable this month/week. Probably my body just tricking me as usual xx

tomatoontoast · 13/01/2024 10:28

Take a test when your period is due and stop putting yourself through this every month. I know it's hard but you're going to be so disappointed if this isn't the month. Symptom spotting will drive anyone crazy.

The month I got pregnant my one and only symptom was a missed period the day I was due. Every other month I had lots of 'symptoms'.

Be patient!!

MUM2Beautifulgirl28 · 14/01/2024 22:52

Just to let you all know….I got my BFP.
Thanks everyone ❤️

Ooh congratulations! No idea whether that discharge was an early sign or not but I do love a happy ending 🥰

CaribouCarafe · 15/01/2024 09:41

Amazing news! So happy for you!

MrBigsCat · 16/01/2024 07:13

congrats that’s amazing!

4LeafCloverBaby · 16/01/2024 15:38

Omg!!! Yay!! I’m so bloody happy for you!! Congratulations hunny. I wish you the smoothest & happiest pregnancy 🍀😊x

AngieBear41 · 16/01/2024 18:21

It could be. Implantation is usually lighter than a typical period and also does not USUALLY change shades pretty much stays the same color and does not taper off just stops abruptly
