Morning ladies.

AF showed up yesterday 16th Oct Booooo. This is my 9th cycle. Made an apt with GP as I am over 35 and we really tried everything so now need some tests and OH to.
TTC No.2. LO is 2 this month. Was hoping for 2 under 2. But ah well...... We plan but God is the best of planners.

Please join! And hopefully we see some BFPs this month.

I'm in a similar situation to yourself.

I'm new to all of them TTC forums and chats but I wanted to find some support whilst me and my husband start on this journey.

I'm 33 years old and I've never been pregnant before so I'm excited and a little nervous about it all right now.

I got a faint positive on LH test this morning. Tested against this evening and got a stronger positive. Expecting it will peak tomorrow. My apps indicate I'll ovulate Friday so seems to pretty aligned.

Exhausted from travel exploration, but will try and find energy to BD tonight, and over the coming days.

I didn't realise this thread was here! I've still been using the Oct one oops!

Hope everyone is getting on okay and holding up well if positive test hasn't happened yet.

I'm 10/11DPO today and I know it's still early but I caved and did a test this morning and it was a huge BFN unsurprisingly. I know you aren't out until AF comes but it's hard not to feel disheartened. My app says AF due next Thurs but judging by last few months, I predict it's due Tues. I guess time will tell.

Do you count DPO as from the day you get your strong ovulation test or the day after?

@TTCnewbies I predict mine roughly 48 hours after my peak. I am 5DPO today & had my peak at CD13, today I am CD19. You have a much longer LP than me, I ovulated a little later this month so I'll be lucky to get a 10 day LP this cycle 👎🏼

BFN here this morning, I am 9DPO so probably a little early.

I went to the loo and just checked the test again. Do you see what I see 😁The bottom one is what over time, the top one is just at 5 mins, I can sort of see a shadow IRL. The 'one step' test isn't showing anything. I don't know if I believe this!!

I’ve got a quick question if anyone can help. I’m only 10 DPO (I know far to early and still loads of time) but I took a test today the boots early detection. The only reason is cause we’re going to a wedding this weekend and I just want to know if I can drink or not. We’re 3 months in to trying I would love for it to be positive but not stressing (yet! 😂) if it’s not.
So took the test and to the eye there was no positive line there. I thought ok I’m either not pregnant or it’s too early. But I put it against the light and I could see a really really faint line but then when I went to get my phone to take a pic it had disappeared.
is this what is called indent line? Or do we think it could be positive but not enough HCG to detect?
I just wanna know if I can drink tonight or not 😂

I’ve got really sensitive boobs as well which I never get close to AF! Although now I’m just thinking maybe I’ve just never noticed?

Has anyone ever took a test early and the line disappeared but was pregnant later on with tests?

my AF is late and hoping this month is the one! I had two very faint lines at 6dpo - holding onto hope!

I hope it’s okay that I joined here! I have been searching for a place like this where people get me! I am currently 13 dpo and just got a BFN and was so upset. 3 month trying to conceive this round after a loss at 20 weeks. I know I am probably out! But sending baby dust to all of you who still have hope! :)

Out of interest (I am still very much learning!) I wonder how long is your cycle? So I actually got my peak on CD13 too. Last month I had a 28 day cycle so if I got my peak on CD13 and therefore probably ovulate CD14/15. Today would put me at 9 or 10 DPO. Does that sound about right? Perhaps I'm testing too early. I just thought if I'm pregnant there'd at least be a small squint of a line. This whole ttc is mind boggling..

@Mama09876 Hard one to call, loads of women drink before they know they are pregnant, and most women don't know until they've missed a period. I think I'd test again and if it's negative I'd probably have a few drinks tonight

@ceruleansky I did another test, when DH was home for lunch. It looked lighter but I don't think my pee was as concentrated. I'll be testing tomorrow morning again!!

Hiya! I'd love to join if that's alright. Currently cycle 11, CD8 of a 26 day cycle TTC #1 with one ovary and tube. FF currently has ovulation earmarked for Wednesday so I'll be breaking out the OPKs this weekend. On another thread I saw someone mention tracking and detecting ovulation using saliva - has anyone here tried it before?

@pontipinemum Thank you. It was the worst thing I’ve ever gone through but I am hanging in there and trying again and attempting to stay as positive as I can. Reading all of your stories good and bad makes me feel not so alone in all of this!

@Smile2134 I can't even imagine. I had 2 MCs but they were a lot earlier they were hard enough. I then had a 'vanishing twin' with DS but I got him so I feel really lucky

I think I'm only a couple days post ovulation (I didn't test for ov this cycle so going by CM changes and ovulation cramping I always get) but I'm definitely already out. Ovulation was a lot earlier than expected this cycle and we didn't feel like DTD due to catching the flu off my little one. Super annoying! Hoping for better luck next cycle.

CD14 I believe.

Had strong bodily indications that I may be ovulating soon. Also had a strong positive LH test this afternoon. My Apps also suggest ovulation is tomorrow, so guess everything's bang on time this month.

BD'd last night, may try again tonight or tomorrow AM, as we're flying back home tomorrow eve/ night. I guess from Saturday I'll start counting DPO and 2ww commences.
