Period due today, still testing negative..

Hi everyone, I'm new here but just thought I'd post a quick message for some advice really! (I've never been pregnant or never actively tried to conceive either) but me and my OH had unprotected you know what on 24th Sep (according to my app it was 1 day after my ovulation cycle, but still medium change of getting pregnant) The first week went by and no symptoms, but this week I've had on and off dull cramping, headaches, feeling nauseous on occasion but not actually being sick, being tired or struggling to sleep at all! I just needed to write this as I feel like I'm going mad and I'm eventually going to stress myself out lol. I've done a couple of tests but all negative, I'm due on my AF today but nothing has come so far so I did a test earlier and was negative also! Has anyone been through this? or can shed some light? Maybe my AF will eventually turn up late, but I just have a strange gut feeling something is happening😆Thanks in advance x

I didn't test positive in any of my pregnancies until a day or so after my period was due. Best of luck, OP

I’m in the same boat. Period was due today and didn’t show up and tests are negative. I’m never late and I definitely didn’t mix up my ovulation dates. Also I have lots of symptoms but then again af symptoms are identical.

Might jump on here as I'm in the same boat. AF is 2 days late according to my app but I've a very short LP so only i'm only 11DPO, all tests negative (apart from a few indents at 8dpo) so just waiting now 🙈

@BuffyMac sorry I forgot to ask, I know you're not actively ttc but how would you feel if you did get a positive test?

@Sez281 Still no sign of AF this evening either, will definitely take another FR test tomorrow morning 😆And honestly I would feel so happy! as I've never even been pregnant before, not sure about my OH as he still feels we're not ready. But everything is different once you know the result 100% isn't it, so he would probably be over the moon I think lol x

Thought id jump on this too, im 5 days past my expected period but negative test, i have a really short cycle so not sure if this affects anything?

2 days late now, tested again this morning but looks like a BFN. Still having period/pregnancy symptoms, struggling to fall asleep, dull cramping in lower back, bloating!😅

Would like to also jump on this thread.

Symptoms of nausea, diarrhoea, strong sense of smell which is making me feel a bit sick with certain things, going of foods I like etc...

AF due 3 days ago but Flo app changed this morning to say 1 day late so not sure what's going on there!

2 tests which I could have sworn had a VVFL but also an array of what appear to be negatives (bar perhaps line eye here and there!).

Feeling utterly frustrated and just want to know.

Really hope you get the answer you want OP 🤞

@humanwinginglife I agree with a lot of your symptoms too! I've had such a dull headache this past week on and off (which is normally a sign of my AF coming but nothing yet!?) I haven't had any spotting or implantation bleeding etc though, so thats messing with my head massively 🙄Been getting a lot of acid reflux too, not sure if thats linked to nausea? Going to try test maybe next week I'm not really sure what to do! 😆Hope everything goes ok for you too lovely 🤞🤞

I'm the exact same! especially as I've never been pregnant before so have nothing to compare symptoms too! 🙄I want to test again as well but I'm sure it'll be negative, I'm not even getting faint lines! are you?? and no AF for me either 😆🤞

I'm the same! 2 days late! I'm pretty clueless with ovulation as I don't track it (can only go by flo) but I'm assuming I may have ovulated late too? Keeping my fingers crossed for you! 🤞 x

And I literally had the same on Tuesday! CB test faint positive but probably was evap 🙄and I've been BFN ever since! x

@BuffyMac a slight shadow/squinter and nothing more. Nowhere near enough to even consider and could well be line eye. I should have known better!

I have some FRER coming tomorrow, hopefully they can shed some light... if AF hasn't come by then.

Ugh, isn't it so frustrating! I got pretty excited after my CB 😢 feel for you. Your not alone ♥️

Oh my goodness! That is so, so strange. I came on here to ask for advice and saw your recent post! I was just in the kitchen and felt like a (TMI WARNING, proceed if you wish), small gush and I thought "ahh here AF is, about time, now I don't have to second guess anymore". So I got hubby to pause the tv expecting AF in the bathroom and had the exact same thing! Like clear liquid/discharge but quite a bit of it, so much so it filled the equivalent of a £2 coin in my underwear 👀 double checked up there and no blood just this stuff?! What on earth is going on?!

@BuffyMac it's stressing me out too 😢 still no AF but had similar again about 15 mins before heading to bed. Work tomorrow so shall have to wait 😭
