@EK37 you're right! I guess this is why people chart for months to know what's "normal" for them. I need to stop trying to read into everything 😂 can you tell I'm a bit of an obsessor 😂 I've got my ovulation thermometer coming today so going forward I should have more precise readings too xx

Don’t worry so am I! But I am trying to take the more relaxed approach this month in the hope it will work, however I am not doing a very good job!!! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

My charts were all over the place when I got my bfp (I was camping but still think I was pretty accurate).

@thejollytrolleydolly you can get some variance between different thermometers, so it might be worth sticking with the old one for this cycle, or taking the temp with both of them for a week or so or something.

@ginny93 thank you for sharing your chart I do love seeing other people's! It's just weird that my temp has just started going down in a slope! I've tried to find a load of examples online and can't really find any more like mine 😅 ok I'll keep using the thermometer I have then switch when (or if) I come on AF. Thank you for your advice everyone I do enjoy being a part of this group xx

My BBT chart was a bit odd the month we got our bfp just in that it didn't rise anywhere near as quickly as it had in previous months! Normally my BBT skyrocketed and then stayed fairly high where as this was a much more gradual rise. Dunno if that had any indication or if it was just a coincidence but 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Hotmalibu94 that's interesting! I wonder if your body knew from the get go that you had conceived? I know my chart will be all over the place anyway because I don't have any set routine but I'm going to try my best! X

Hey all, does anyone know if sore armpits is a sign? They feel so heavy today and almost a bit burning? It’s so hard to decipher what is in your head or what is actually happening!

@thejollytrolleydolly I don't know! I guess I'll never know unless I try for another in the future and the same thing happens 😅 I just thought it was wild how different they were! Could have also been the supplements I started taking that month though for all I know!

@Hotmalibu94 i think after if I am late! It is due Thursday and I have never been later than that so if I haven’t come on by Friday it will be out of the ordinary although the wait is killing me!!

Good morning! So my temp is going back up today at 10dpo but I'm also having a bit of spotting and extreeeeemely gentle cramps. I did a test this morning and BFN. I'm guessing it's either implantation and I'm having a little bleed from that or my progesterone is dropping in time for AF. I don't know. Why can our bodies not just be straight forward 😅

I’ve still not had ovulation confirmed which I was hoping I would by now. I had all the signs at the weekend. EWCM, high sex drive, achey back.

@Ncl31 I'm no expert but I would say it was that big dip around day 21? Especially if you've had ewcm?

I think I'm out this month, I've had a couple of degrees temp drop today and all of the normal af symptoms 👎🏽 still above the cover line but I'm due af Saturday or Sunday so I fully expect it to keep going down. Booo! How is everyone else getting on? X

@thejollytrolleydolly oh no, there's still hope! I'm 11dpo today and my chart has been all over the place really all above coverline but had a few ups and downs and never had temps of 37C before this one but again lots of things can influence BBT. still no symptoms really, although right now on my lower tummy right side there's the slightest of cramps.

Don't think this is my month either but AF is not due till monday

@CatiaR I know, if I'm not out this month, it's a very misleading pregnancy because it feels very periody! I remember last time I was pregnant I knew because I didn't feel like my period was coming. I've had a bfn today, spotting yesterday and cramps, backache and achy boobs so I'm not holding onto much hope! I have to get my LH and FSH retested on Monday so at least one good thing will come out of AF showing her nasty face 😂 I have a transvaginal ultrasound on the 18th too so hopefully get some answers!! Xx

@thejollytrolleydolly indidnt have EWCM until day 28 - so who knows.
it would appear my BBT is still on an upward trend today so just have to wait and see. I’ve attached my chart.

for those that have been around for long enough to know my cycles are all over due to PCOS - I’ve finally got my BMI below 35 which means I can enrol in the loci trial which is to trial ovulation induction.
i have a formal weight check next week at the clinic then will have a telephone appointment to go through the basics before the formal face to face appointment for consent and to be given my prescription.

im feeling much more relaxed now knowing that I’m going in the right direction and hopefully my cycles will become more regular as I will be (hopefully) ovulating properly.

Omg! I’m freaking out! I said I wouldn’t test but literally right now decided to do a test at 12dpo and it’s positive!!!

@Myna13 thank you!! I have had no symptoms whatsoever and my temps have been a bit whack! I said I'd wait but just wanted to take a test now and definitely wasn't expecting that!
