@etaketak1991 it was good thank you! Blood test, urine test and flu jab done 😅 have to wait for a letter for the scan date so hopefully that comes soon!

I’ve been a bit MIA but have been following in the background!

I think I ovulated yesterday as I had a few cramps and my temp has increased above my cover line, although this seems to be quite high and I think that’s because of me being ill at the start of the month.

Do you think I’ve ovulated yesterday or will it be today as the app thinks? I had a positive clear blue OPK Tuesday morning

@etaketak1991 I'm doing well thank you! I've been feeling a little better the last few days which is nice! But it tends to come in waves! Fingers crossed for you this month!!!

@Hotmalibu94 Yeah it went well thank you! She took my bloods but no urine until 16 weeks 🤔 and she told me that she wouldn't advise the flu jab until after 12 weeks! How strange that it's so different in different areas!! Do you have the badger app? All of my appointments etc are all through there rather than letters - I got my scan appointment through an hour after booking, fingers crossed yours comes through soon!!

@Roseberry22 I think it's likely you ovulated on Wednesday! I'd go by the ovulation test here ☺️

@etaketak1991 thank you ☺️ it's the 8th December! So not long to wait now - providing everything is well we are hoping to maybe tell family on Christmas Day as we are hosting this year, but torn on how to break the news! How are you feeling?

@Roseberry22 Keep taking your temps, my natural cycles moved my 'estimated' ovulation once it had confirmed it with temps 😊

@Hollie1802 Aw that's a lovely idea! With my DD I cracked immediately and told family via facetime within like 30 mins of the positive test 😂

I'm doing alright, thanks! 5dpo so still not much to report 😂 Temps are looking fine, so just hanging in there!

Sorry I didn't reply to say thank you before and just kind of disappeared - I think it's because I'm still nervous about it not being quite real and that I might wake up one morning to find I'm no longer pregnant. I'm around six weeks now. My previous MMC was at 10 weeks. So still a while until I can relax and start thinking I'm really pregnant.

I've been reading the updates on this thread and wishing you all luck and baby dust and smooth predictable BBT curves.

@cunningplan101 dont worry about not replying or being present on here. As long as you’re okay that’s the main thing.

@Hotmalibu94 inthoufht I posted my tests..... Sorry. I got some great teats recebtly. I am 15/16DPO and just registered with the Midwives. My midwife has left and I am so sad and actually worried who I will get now.

Can anyone tell me why the Boots strips are now Pink? When I used them in 2021 they were Red exactly like the internet cheapies. I still have the photos to confirm this.

@MixedCouple your tests are looking great! Not saying you'll need to, but you can always ask to change midwife. Hope it isn't needed though and you get someone lovely ☺️

@etaketak1991 how are you?
I hope so to! While I was there last time there was one midwife I had to see had no choice and she was so rude and when I called for a follow up apt (blood results) the receptionist actually told me so and so doesn't want to see any of (my midwives) patients. Despite the results being urgent. And she is still there!!! I wish she had left. It is a very small department 8 Midwives 2 HCA and 2 Receptionists. They only have 1 birthing room which I was lucky to get to use with my son as 2 hours after my arrival someone else turned up and was sent away. They had to go to the consultant hospital. 1hour away!

Anyway we shall see who calls me next week.

How is everyone doing?
im currently on CD16, felt rather turned on the last few days and quite possible more “wet” than normal, wondering wether it is my fertile window. I haven’t bothered with OPKs this cycle again but hopeful that my cycle is going to be more normal, just going to watch and wait to see if I get a temp rise the next few days….

I'm doing okay, a bit of a dip in temp today but nothing I'm worried about. Feeling nauseous and very crampy but I know it's probably my estrogen kicking in at this point 😂 We're going to put up our Christmas tree next weekend so I'll have something nice to do, even if AF turns up.

@etaketak1991 your chart looks great so far. Ah yeah that’ll be lovely to do either way. We’re going out next Saturday with some friends for an afternoon of bowling and then a curry - so I’ll have to wait until the weekend after to put my tree up.

@etaketak1991 eek exciting. Next weekend sounds lovely too, I can't wait to put our tree up 💕 we get a personalised ornament every year that sums up what's happened that year e.g. new house so I know what this year's is going to be 🥲

@MixedCouple hopefully you get a nice midwife but if not just change! No point spending the whole pregnancy with someone you're not going to get on with.

Have my scan date through now 💕 11th December. Can't bloody wait!

I have a question! I took my temp twice this morning. First one a little after wake-up and then next one after I dozed and went back to sleep for about 30 mins. I took the second temp after readng my first temp which was really high (36.78), second temp was in line with previous days (36.63). Which one would you all log? 🤔

Lots of nausea, cramping and headaches today. Par for the course, but I swear I didn't have these symptoms before TTC 😂

@etaketak1991 I'd go with the original if that was after a good amount of sleep as you're not meant to snooze! Hopefully it's a good sign 🤞

@etaketak1991 Sorry I missed your reply! We haven't told a soul yet! 🤐 I had a MMC a couple of years ago and we had told my partners mum and when I miscarried she was absolutely devastated as she had struggled with recurrent MC and so it hit her really hard - so lesson was learnt and I decided that it would be better for us to wait until at least 12 weeks to let it slip!!

My symptoms have really calmed down now..I'm trying not to worry but I am 10 weeks this week so wonder if they are naturally fading away 🤔

Your temps are looking great! How many DPO are you now?

@Hollie1802 Aw yeah, fair enough. Sorry to hear about your MMC ❤️ I remember symptoms start easing up once you hit/get close.to 2nd trimester, so I imagine it's that ☺️ Enjoy it before the 3rd trimester hits 😂

I'm 8dpo today. Temp didn't stay up but still looking fine. Nausea is still here, but I'm taking iron tablets which I'm sure is what's causing it. We'll see how things go. I'm feeling more pressure this time round as I got my BFP with my daughter 4 years ago at the end of November, so I associate this time with those memories. However if this cycle isn't the one, it means I get to drink alcohol at Christmas, which isn't a bad consolation prize ☺️

@etaketak1991 I spoke to soon, feeling a little nauseous again today 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am looking forward to that 2nd trimester, 🤞🏼 everything is all progressing well!

Aw yeah, I bet you have such lovely memories from your previous BFP! Your chart is still looking good, everything is crossed for you! However like you say, worst case, you get to drink at Christmas! Silver linings! 🎄 I will miss my Buck's Fizz this year, it's such a tradition!
