@Stickly sorry to hear of your BFN, it’s so frustrating isn’t it when AF doesn’t come either. You just want to know where you are with it all. Hoping you get either a BFP or AF soon!

@Ncl31 I'm 5dpo today ☺️ I've had the last two weeks off work, and now I've got half term (I'm a teacher!) to hopefully see off the last of this infection. Trying to get back in the best shape ahead of next cycle in case this isn't the one. Thinking of getting some vitamin C tablets for next time!

@etaketak1991 oh yes sorry I do remember reading that you’d been poorly. Sorry about that.
here’s hoping you’re feeling fighting fit soon, I was poorly during my fertile week also so not really hoping for much. Although we did manage to DTD a little bit but not as much as I would have liked. I know it only takes one go though so fingers crossed

CD27/28, with AF due tomorrow and I got my BFP this morning!

Was so shocked as I’ve been having period-like ache for the last few days, was very emotional last night expecting my period this weekend. Did a test this morning so I could have a glass of wine while we’re out for dinner and was totally taken off-guard when a clear blue line came up straight away! Had said I’d test with DH but as I was up much earlier than him I just wanted to get it over with, so had to wait until he woke up and it was a surprise for both of us.

This month was the first we’ve used OPKs, but we only managed to BD on O-4 and O-2, the second of which was a hurried job before my sister came to visit so I wasn’t overly optimistic, but just goes to show that you just have to hit one of the right days in the FW. I stopped BBTing after O+2 once I’d confirmed temp rise, so that I wasn’t stressing myself out every morning and reading into every variation in temperature.

Still reeling, but delighted. Doesn’t feel real yet, but just enjoying this time and really really hoping it sticks. Also hoping that when the pregnancy symptoms start they’re not too cruel! All the best to everyone in the thread ☘️

@MorningsideMaisie congratulations! We dtd on O-5, -4 and -2 so kinda the same as you 😂 just goes to show! I've had cramps that feel like period pains this whole week but it's very normal (apparently 😂)

My period came AT LAST. Don't think my DH could suffer another day of my PMT which seems to be subsided now that I've finally started...I have the weirdest body!

FW is soon so starting my opks to see when I’ll ovulate as my apps are in disagreement at the minute and say 2 very different days 4 days apart 😂 premom has been more accurate so far so expecting to ovulate about the 30th of October just before my birthday so would be a lovely adding if we got lucky this month 😊 but we can only try as I’ve clearly seen with all you ladies getting their bfps in various conditions it really only takes one lucky day 🤞

@CatiaR Yup, 6dpo today! I'm much improved, thanks. Still ill, but the worst has gone. Feeling hopeful this month now, looking at how many BFPs we've got! Good luck for your fertile week 🤞

Morning ladies! Hoping someone can help. Ive been using BBT for years to prevent pregnancy used it with my first and trying for 2nd.
had a positive OPK yesterday was expecting my BBT to keep going up today but it’s gone slightly down? Wasn’t any changes to sleep, took before got up etc. is this right? Should I expect it to increase tomorrow and next day?

ive been a bit relaxed with taking it the past year and only past couple of months I’ve been taking it every morning. I’ve forgot what it’s meant to do at ovulation 😂 any help would be great!
ignore the fact I haven’t actually had sex! due to floods and illness fertility week is not what I planned! 😂 hoping I might still have time to catch it tonight?

@Mama09876 It's not unusual to see a dip in BBT before a big spike after ovulation ☺️ Good luck!! 🤞

@Mama09876 yeah it’s normal to happen a dip before ovulation and the spike. Fingers crossed you catch it tonight!

@Mama09876 I’ve only been doing BBT the last 2 cycles but the day before my rise I’ve had a dip. So maybe it is normal.

currently 10DPO here, my temp is the highest it’s been since ov today. I’m so tempted to do a test but trying to resist

@etaketak1991 I’ve just had months of disappointment and it feels awful. I’ve found that I cope better if AF just arrives. Plus, I spent a fortune on tests over the last 12 months

@CatiaR I’m convinced that my boobs have changed to but I don’t know if that’s just me imagining things

@Ncl31 yeah I get you, I’ve also just been waiting for AF last cycle (even tho I did end up testing once when I was a day late which I don’t want to do again)

can be difficult to wait but I hate seeing those bfns and would much rather wait for AF.

we can really convince ourselves things are happening whilst ttc its insane but hoping for a good outcome for you 😊 sounds positive so far! Not long to go assuming AF is due soon?

Morning all ☺️ My BBT is still up! Normally by now it's started plateauing/ trending downwards, although I did have a few beers last night so not getting my hopes too high yet. Thursday is going to be the real test to see if there's a drop 🤞
