Bleeding 5days past ovulation

Hi any one who can give me some advice please ? it says my ovulation days was the 22nd of August and the main day of ovulation was the 25th of August on my fertility app. My period started on the 14th to the 17th of August but the 17th was just light spotting. I have now started with period pain cramping sensation and bleeding red blood but I’m not due on my period till the 9th of September and I also have like period pain. I also took an ovulation last Thursday and it was positive. What could this be?

@Tarn85 we’ve been trying since October 2021. How about you?

@Ncl31 have you had to go through fertility or any thing to help you conceive? Been trying with my current partner for the last 6 months. But had fertility issues since having my ectopic in 2013.

We have been to our local fertility centre yes.
All tests come back normal, we’re at a stage now that they won’t offer us anymore until
my BMI is below 30…. It’s currently 37.
with PCOS I’m not ovulating regularly, I’ve started taking some supplements which are hopefully starting to work.

@Ncl31 will they put you on clomid or letrozole? I’m going to ask them to put me on it to help me ovulate on my left side with it been the only side I can conceive on. Also my sisters friend had pcos and she swears by a supplement called my ova it helps with pcos. Might be worth a try for you.

That’s what I’m taking, with folic acid and magnesium too.

they would put me on clomid once my BMI is low enough yes.

@Ncl31 Hopefully they will get you sorted soon to help you. Have you had any more symptoms that your period is coming?

@Tarn85 no other symptoms. My back has been very achey the last 5 days or so. But my skin is clear.
I went to the toilet earlier because I thought AF had arrived but it was just CM. So I have no idea.

@Ncl31 That sounds like a good sign! I really hope you get your bfp. I started with some light brown spotting today so think my af is deffo on its way. 😩

@Ncl31 have you come on your period? I was due on today not come on and I always come on the day I’m supposed to I’m never late. Had some light brown spotting and some sharp pains in my cervix, but it could just be late. Hope you have some luck.

No nothing yet, not unusual though as with PCOS I can be all over the place.
I thought earlier I had, so went to the toilet but nothing.
I go on holiday tomorrow so will take a test with me for a few days time.

@Ncl31 Couldn’t wait so just took a test and it was negative. 😩am I about 14dpo when would it normally detect pregnancy or am I ruled out. I really do hope you get a bfp that would be such nice news for you to go on holiday with.

I'm still spotting and the odd bleed so I went to the gp today getting a full mot and a ultra sound so hopefully that gives me som insight what's going on xx

Hi @Jadeypie so glad you got checked out and you get some answers! I was thinking about you and hoping you was okay. With me taking that test today and it been negative doubt that I am pregnant. With all this spotting and bleeding this month I think it’s something else going on . X

@Tarn85 maybe we are in the same boat. I feel relieved that I'm getting checked out be good to check everything is right if I'm going to be growing a baby again. Keep me updated how things are with you xx

@Jadeypie That time will come again for you hun💕and yes you will deffo get that reassurance that every thing is okay and then you can relax. It’s like we know our own body’s don’t we and we know when something isn’t right! I feel exactly the same as you with all this spotting and stuff that’s been going on. I’m still waiting for my fertility appointment to come and I’m going to ask then to give me some scans and check me over too xx

@Jadeypie@Ncl31 Hi, I have some news! I tested today and I’m pregnant! Can’t actually believe it! 😲I’m scared and super happy all at the same time! So when I had that bleed it must have been when I conceived. I took a clear blue and it’s says I’m 1-2 weeks. Those cheep ones I used kept saying negative so took the clear blue one this afternoon and it came up straight away. I’m actually in shock! I just hope every thing is okay. X

@Tarn85 omgggg congratulations I'm so so happy for you!! I bet that was a complete shock if you've been getting negatives? What dpo are you? That bleed must of been implantation!! Did u not even have squinters on the cheap testes either? Delighted for you xxx

@Jadeypie Thank you 💕 I’m not sure I think you said I was 5dpo on the 30th of August so am I about 16dpo??? I was asking what dpo when I first put the post because I couldn’t get my head around it all 🤣. I was due on my at Friday but never came on and I just had brown spotting, took x2 cheap tests one said it was an early response one as well like 6 days early test and both said negative! So I Splashed out on those expensive clear blue ones cos it’s not like me to not come on my period and I kept feeling a bit sicky. And it came up straight away snd said pregnant! I have literally took another test this morning because I still can’t believe it! Just a bit worried about the brown spotting 😓when I had my ectopic I didn’t feel sick and have cramping like I have this time, I do feel different this time so I really hope I’m okay this time xx

@Jadeypie also I had like a sharp pain in my uturus and period cramping, when I had the ectopic I never had like feelings of period cramps it was all one sided pain. So I really hope and pray this baby is in the right place and will be okay. Just so scared 😱 xx

@Tarn85 ah congratulations! so happy for you. I was negative on Friday before I left for holiday. Fully expected my period to arrive over the weekend but it hasn’t. My BBT has also remained high. No symptoms though, I have no idea what is going on.

@Jadeypie @Ncl31 Hi, it’s not looking good for me I started bleeding bad last night so I have had to go the doctors and they think I’m misscarrying, I’m waiting to hear back from the doctors to see if I need to go to gyneacholgy to be checked over. 😩xx

@Jadeypie They have told me to ring EPU and see what they say, but they aren’t answering when I ring. I know it’s so awful isn’t when we have to go through stuff like this 😩xx

Hi @Jadeypie I’m booked in at 9 this morning the cramping pain and bleeding is awful! and I feel so poorly I’m deffo loosing this one. 😩😓I just want it all over with now xx
