Ha ha well I've got DP on the case, I have given him my CBD and told him to hide it from me, he's done a pathetic job of hiding it from me so far but he's working away from Tues-Fri and I've told him to take it with him so the earliest I could use it is on Saturday (when AF is due). What I haven't told him is that I still have a cheapie strip hidden in my drawer so if I do crack at least I'll only be using the cheapie test and not a £10 stick!

well girls it looks as though I will have to wait until next sunday to see if any of you have BFP's, really hope theres a few more when I come back.
I am feeling really scared about scan tommorow, just want it to be over and done with. I am going on my own, as DH has taken the day off work to look after the children, mum and sister haven't offered to come with me this time, think they are not very optimistic about this pregnancy, especially after the last two m/c's so will have to face the music on my tod! well girls, I will post again when Im back from the hospital to tell you the news, appt is for 1.30pm so god knows what time I'll be back, wish me luck X

have just updated my temp on chart forgot that i have to add 0.5 onto temp if doing underarm ( thats what instructions said )

Ha ha that made me laugh when huuny told Ei she'd wait until 3 days after AF due to test - my immediate thought was "Ei will never wait that long !! and surprsie surprise she won't !
Ei your temp looks really exciting (sorry am trying not to raise hopes but... a dip then a sharp rise..) Anyway, glad you didn't test today as it'd be too soon if dip is imp dip. I tested the day temp rose after dip and got BFN then again 2 days after that and got my very faint line so I reckon Tue is the very earliest you should test... Step away from the HPT tomorrow missus ! And yes please a rice crispie cake over here !
Emmsy all the best for the scan tomorrow. That is really sad that you have to go alone, esp as you are so worried. Hopefully you can meet Ei. I'll be thinking of you hun xx oh and I sent you an email a few days ago, did you recieve it ?
tinker why are you doing temps underarm and not orally, do you sleep with your mouth open ? It's lovely here now too and still daylight !

If I was PG it'd be too early for sickness wouldn't it? Felt a bit 'off' this afternoon but thought that I was just imagining syptoms but then I bent down before and I was a little bit sick

mibbes I really doubt that I will actually manage to wait 3 or 4 days after AF is due, I usually start testing at about 9dpo so it's very VERY doubtful. I'll be needing moral support from you lovely ladies to keep me away from the HPTs next week x

Well last cycle I made Ei behave and not test, she was very good ! So I'll be watching you too hunny . No point in testing too early and you'll just upset yourself with BFN and then think it was too early anyway ! as for sickness...could be a symptom. I had a real sicky feeling 2 days after BFP then have only had mild waves of nausea since then so I guess it is possible. good luck xx and step away from the HPT

Ha ha listen to me ! I have just re-read previous post to Ei where I admit that I tested way too early myself ! It was 11dpo so I thought there was a chance but as had imp dip on 10dpo it turned out to be too early

Thanks mibbes. Well last time I was PG (wasn't planned) all I remember is very strong cramps about 8dpo, I only remember cos I said to BF at the time 'ouch...god I feel like I'm about to get my period but it's not due for another week' and then around the time AF was due I was really thirsty (I remember that cos I asked my mum to test me for diabetes!) and then when AF was about 4 days late I started feeling nauseous and then I got a chinese and a glass of wine but I gagged on the food and the wine tasted like poison, it was the wine which was the final straw! The next day I did a test and had a BFP. I'd prefer to just find out like that again rather than all the hassle and stress of TTC and sympton spotting.
But so far I've not even had any implantation cramps so I really don't think this month is going to be the month, I suppose if I tell myself that I'm not PG and then it turns out that I am I'll be even more over joyed

mibbes i knew you were as bad as me if i am up the spout what should i expect from my temps tomorrow?? will they go up further?? i have felt very hot today and i dont feel as if i am ill so i am hoping for a higher temp tomorrow would that be a good sign or is it impossible to tell?? i might have a little peek at your chart mibbes for a little bit of an idea of preggy temps

Ei That is so kind of you hun XX I am booked in at Arrowe Park Hospital its only a 5 min drive from where I live, so hopefully in and out quickly! good luck with your testing! Hope doc doesn't ask me to take my bra off, it took me by surprise last time and I had one of my grey/white ones on I have brought a new black one this time just in case! (They didn't ask me to take it off with the previous 2 preg's?)

hunny IKWYM about trying not to get hopes up, have my fingers crossed for you. Like Emmsy says no 2 PGs are identical.
never it still seems surreal. Did another HPT this afternoon 'just to check' ! Not really had more symtpoms, just hunger but maybe I'm imagining that one !

Back from my hospital appt, hcg levels have dropped from 22000 to 17000 so they are reducing slowly, finally. They have given me the choice of an erpc or waiting for it to happen naturally. I've decided to wait this week to see what happens, and will go back for another blood test on Thurs and another gynae appt on Fri, and I'll decide what to do based on those blood results, if nothing has happened in the meantime. Dr said if my levels had reduced by around half, then nature is taking it's course, if hcg has only reduced by 1000 or so, then it might have plateaued and I should think about an erpc.
Next time the list is updated, could someone takeme off the bfp list, thx
Actually don't feel too bad, nice to have some answers and see my results doing something they should be, for the first time in 3wks. Once I have m/c, dh and I are keen to try again, I don't feel the emotional need to wait 3-4mths like I did last time.

Ei This asking to take your bra off thingy has happened to me in 2 of my pregnancies, wondering why it's not been consistent. I am now thinking that at the time this happened, I had been asked about previous ops and had mentioned that I had,had a breast reduction, do you think that the specialist just wanted to see what the result of my reduction looked like? If I am asked today, I may ask them why do they need to see my boobs! (and why in other pregnancies they don't) XX

feel bad as when i took temp this morning instead of sitting in bed i was moving around and am worried that this has affected results as quite different from yesterday!!
would this have mattered if i wasnt siting still in bed?
