I want to be pregnant so much :( Why does it take so bloody long? Why does my body mess me about? (Want to moan with me?!)

I've just been reading a pregnancy thread and its hit me so hard, I so want to be pregnant

We havent been trying long, only 2 or 3 months but it seems so long when you want something so bad.

When AF arrives even though its only a month till the round of pregnancy testing starts it feels like years.

And this months just gone off the rails for me, when I was supposed to be Oving my AF started instead, Its stopped about 4 days ago but now I have AF cramps again !!

Im just fed up (PS theres no way Im pregnant, someone suggested I might be - but its only 16 days since last AF and haven't done the deed since!)

Argggghhhh!! Im so frustrated!

Hi Disenchanted- hope you are feeling better today. Just a thought about your sore boobs and cramps... since my miscarriage I get really sore boobs from middle of cycle until AF starts. Never, ever had this before, but I understand it is hormone sensitive tissue reacting to changes in hormones. I have taken it that they must get sore right around OV time. Could this be possible? Could cramping be OV too?

As for me- feel better today. Did an OPK this morning and am sure the lines were the same... DH has just left for work and will be gone until Monday, but I hope the past couple day of DH might give us a shot... but after 16 months don't know why I still have hope!!!

You should have hope! It happens to people everyday - whos to say today isnt the day it will happen to you?!

Its a brilliant sign getting a + OPK!

I was thinking I might be OVing but I have completly negative OPKs, today was the same.

Im just waiting for AF to coem now to start the next cycle!

Fingers crossed for you too. Wierd about getting negative OPKs- but they are not infallible- no? As I said I have never used them before yesterday as I thought it would make me more obsessed (as if!) and because we have sex every other day anyway. Also DH is away a fair amount, so I didn't want to stress myself out even more.

Get him to post you a sample

feel like i need to get in on this ive been trying for 4 years suffer with PCOS and not ovulating am on my first month of clomid and seems obsessed with getting pregnant just sick of feeling let down just starting getting usual pre mentral cramps 6 days past 1st ovulation

Sorry to hear you are having such a bad time. 4 years is such a long time.

Its really good that you are on clomid though now, and try and stay positive (easier said than done I know!)

Premenstrual type cramps can be a sign of pregnancy you know.
