Hello 🙋🏽‍♀️I was looking for any recent 1dpo threads and couldn't find any so here we are 😊.

I am 1dpo today and although i'm planning on "trying" to stay relaxed, I usually end up obsessing close to test date so any fellow obsessives are welcome to join

Hi guys I am now 13dpo been having the slightest bit of pink/brown spotting since 9po so for 5 days now! Still negative on cheap tests. Boobs sore, a little nausea.

Please help! Should I just treat this as my period?

Hey how many days did you have the small about of brown before AF started fully.. I’m day 5 now off minimal brown when I wipe or TMI place something inside!

@elle18310 what is seed cycling? I'll join the new thread. Started bleeding this morning and had my bloods done, hcg is back to negative so had an early miscarriage. Onto the new cycle now though so hoping for abit of luck now. Has anyone tried SMEP? we tried it this cycle just gone after reading good things about it and it worked for us (although ended in a loss) xx

@Harriet0511 have you tried any sensitive tests? Like a frer? I haven't always heard the best of things about Internet cheapies showing very clearly early on but ive not tried them myself. It may be af as you've had the spotting for 4 days now but don't count yourself out just yet as it's only pink/ brown spotting. Xx

@Naomi2023 thank you, I think it’s going to end up being AF! The tests are 10mIU and work to an accuracy level of 99% so it’s probably accurate which is crap but here we go again month 13 of TTC

@Naomi2023 I'm so sorry to hear that lovely 😔 keeping my fingers crossed for you this time around!
Still no sign of AF. Scared to test tomorrow in case AF is just playing silly buggers 😭

@Hotmalibu94 thankyou, trying to be as positive as I can really. Had a little cry today but trying not to dwell to much so onwards and upwards i suppose but that's positive then for you! Will this be the latest you have been for af? If so then I'd definitely test if you haven't started tomorrow xx

@Naomi2023 yeah pretty much, from withdrawal bleed to first proper period was 26 days, period 1 to period 2 was 26 days and period 3 to period 4 was 24 days. So not many cycles to be fair to judge it properly but hopefully it's a good sign x
Definitely need to stay positive! Sending you all the baby dust for this cycle ✨

I hope your doing well in yourself aswell as i know how much the worry can consume you, you will get through though ❤️ I'm eating chocolate cake as we speak 😅 going to have a chilled weekend. we're going to try smep again and hope to get that sticky bean this cycle 🥰 xx

@Harriet0511 thankyou, it is hard but I'm trying to see the silver lining in it that it wasn't an ectopic again and I did get pregnant again without to much of a wait after my ectopic. All you can be is positive really otherwise it can take you down a dark path. New cycle now and good things to come for us all 💗 xx

@Harriet0511 sometimes if you get spotting from early until AF it can signal a problem with luteal phase / progesterone. However, only if it was every month which it doesn’t sound like?? If it continues for a few months then would be worth seeing GP (but 🙏🏽 you have your BFP by then!!!).
or if AF doesn’t turn up go and see them too.

Well BFN so I'm guessing AF is just later than previously 😭
At least I've got a long list of symptoms to not get too excited by next month!

@Ladyinpink1 thanks lovely. I'm actually ok, I think I just already kind of expected it so it wasn't a shock. I just want to get on with AF now and the next cycle! It's DH's birthday so I am just about to bake a cake and then wait for him to come home 😁 he's already looking forward to trying again next month 😂

@Naomi2023 It's having different seeds for the first half of your cycle and then others for the second. There's loads on google about it all so I thought, well it's not going to do any harm! So flax seeds and pumpkin seeds for day 1 until ovulationa nd sesame and sunflower from day O until 28..... (ish) Anything is worth a go xx
I'm also starting fertility smoothies every morning! Again, what harm can it do, filling your body with loads of goodness! xx

Hi all!

I’m on 14DPO, and had negative results up till now. I didn’t track my ovulation so just going off Flo app (aware this could be wrong) but I feel it in my gut that I am pregnant! I’ve been preg twice before, both ended in medical intervention, but I feel the same heavy nauseous feeling in my lower abdomen, the same tiredness and my nipples are super sensitive. I’ve also been getting a really scratchy and sore throat, stuffy nose, and been piling up a bit (sorry for TMI).

AF is due tomorrow, so I’m praying she doesn’t show up, but what do you guys think? I’m losing hope slowly, but I know it’s just too early to be testing according to good ole google! I’ve been using ICs, and took a clear and simple last night - both BFN. I’m hoping to order some FRER tonight so I can take them tomorrow - what’s your thoughts everyone?!
