10dpo today for me. I had what I thought was some cramping yesterday and thought maybe that's a sign. Turns out think it was start of stomach bug, I was up being sick in the night and still in bed with DP looking after DS downstairs. Decided not to test as I've missed fmu. I've got some random test called early bird swift I picked up at a pharmacy ages ago so don't think it's as sensitive as a frer. Not sure how it's process a bfn or bfp feeling so rough. Maybe tomorrow ;)

We're TTC baby 1, I know I have a blocked tube so could be harder for us!
I am 5DPO on month 2 of TTC confirmed by ovulation tests 😀
Really trying to hold out and not early test and wait for a missed period!
What's the earliest anyone has felt any symptoms?

🤣 the temptation is always so strong. TWW seems the longest period ever

Has anyone else tested at 9/10 DPO with standard test and got negative but positive with a FRER?

I had my first smear today and the nurse said my cervix is very far back and had to get a longer speculum, so I am hoping that it is a good sign at 5dpo 🤷🏻‍♀️

@AnonyHB Yes when I've had early positives on frer with two pregnancies, cheap tests have come up negative at 9 dpo or 10 dpo

Yeah Femometer has changed my ovulation date on other cycles for no reason so is unreliable, I just use it to log the pictures of my OPKs 😅 I can't bbt this time around as my daughter wakes me up in the mornings and by the time I've remembered the thermometer it's too late for an accurate reading.

I've been having so many sharp twinges today that I don't think I've had before in previous cycles I hope it's a good sign 🥹

I think I’m out this month. Only DTD twice during fertile window and bookended it on day 9 and 14 so not too disappointed but equally have had some unusual things happening - loads of pulling type cramps and back ache, sore boobs etc since ovulation. Also had some brown discharge when wiping on approx CD 19 which I thought may have been implantation as that literally never happens to me mid cycle. But I’m due AF on Saturday and have done a couple of early tests and standard tests yesterday and today and they’re very negative! Hope everyone else has more success and will unfortunately see some of you in the July TTC club :) x

@AnonyHB At 11dpo last pregnancy. Then they progressed but were noticeably lighter than the early response tests. I'm 15dpo pregnant now but haven't been consistently using the cheap tests, I did get a negative at 9dpo when I got my frer bfp but haven't done another cheap one since then, just frer and boots early.

And @AnonyHB remember you're not out til AF arrives! I'm someone who seems to get early positives and I know it seems there are a lot on mumsnet but that doesn't mean it's the same for everyone.

1DPO here and I think I'm out this cycle. Ovulated on CD14 and DTD on CD 7,8,9,11,12... then had an argument with DH so didn't DTD on 13 or 14 😂 so annoyed at myself!

@naggy095 I know that feeling... I'm attempting to chart BBT but I'm +/- an hour and have occasionally forgotten... it's all a bit haphazard!

I wasn’t due to ovulate til CD 16 and only DTD once on cd12. BFP albeit faint CD 27/ 28 and CD 29 digi BFP.
You’re by bo means out.
if it helps anyone, I had literally had cramps from when I ovulated right up to my BFP and every day since. I knew before I ever tested but this is my third in 3 years

That’s really good in terms of DTD, you’ve done it loads in run up to ovulation. On day of ovulation it can be too late as the window is short once you ovulate, so best to do it in the days running up. That’s my problem this month, I didn’t do anything day 10-13. I think I ovulated on day 14 when DTD but that’s only based on symptoms (increased discharge, boobs sore etc). I am going to use OPK from next month (assuming not pregnant now which don’t think I am despite some symptoms).

I did but had the faintest line on an FRER but didn’t trust it because I’ve been burned so much with evaps. Turned out it was positive so that would’ve been 10DPO.

I think that’s the difference as I’ve tested at 10/11 DPO and it’s an absolute negative, not even a smudge of doubt! I’ve been trying to remember when I conceived my little girl but it happened first month of trying and I wasn’t really paying much attention at the time. I think I did a test about a 6 days to a week before my period was due last time and was negative so didn’t bother testing again until day before or day period was due and got an immediate positive on the cheap stick. Anyway all of the symptoms I’ve been having (cramps etc) have calmed down lots today so I really don’t think I’m in with a shot this month.

Is anyone else experiencing sharp twinges? They’re short bursts of pain in my lower stomach and then they go away again? I probably get these every month but I’m hyper focussed now and every single twinge sets my mind racing!

BFN at 11dpo on a frer this morning. Only first month TTC DC2 and surprising how deflating it is! Oh well. Lots of luck to those still due to test and baby dust to all!

@Laura7899 yes I've been getting sharp twinges past couple days! I'm 6dpo though so still very early 😅

Very TMI - but I had diarrhea yesterday and it's even worse today (even more tmi but I sharted at work!? Luckily at the end of the shift, I've NEVER done that before and I'm 6dpo today. Luckily I don't think anyone noticed, is this a potential symptom? 😳😳
