1dpo, anyone else? 😊

Hi guys, just looking for some cycle buddies. This will be our 3rd cycle hoping for that BFP 🤞. I think I'm either ovulating today or 1dpo... I got my darkest opk yesterday morning (CD13) but we had my sons birthday trip away camping so I wasn't able to repeat the test to see if I got my peak in the evening. I'm presuming I would have. I haven't had a temp rise yet, so I think I'll get one tomorrow if I ovulated today. It's all a bit confusing 😅. Anyway, it'd be cool to have someone to wait with!

I just hope it's a sticky bean and I don't have to go through another chemical like last cycle!

we are just starting to try for our second and I’m basically just reading all of the threads in this forum to try and pass the time until ovulation 🫣 loving seeing people get their BFPs though!

if anyone has any tips for not getting OBSESSED over this stuff then please throw them my way. I’m only CD8 and I tend to ovulate around 12-14.

unfortunately there's no stopping the crazy. Though by not having any tests in the house i was able to to wait and test at 10dpo rather than 7dpo. My crazy will continue checking the progression. Good luck fingers crossed for your bfp this cycle!

So this morning FMU with first response I've gotten a vvvfl line... I'm 12dpo. I've never had a 2nd line on these without having to squint and hold it up to the light. This one is super faint but less of q squinter for sure. It's not coming up on camera really but I've attached a photo anyway. I'm petrified it's an indent, I think 12dpo is quite late for such a faint line? What dya think guys??

@Pinkmoon23 I can't see it but I know it's difficult to get the vvfls to show. Is it pink?Fingers crossed it darkens!
Apparently if you invert the picture if it's a line it will glow, if it's grey or dull it's a indent.

It's hard to tell if it's pink as its so faint, but it's definitely different to the indents I've had before. Eek I guess time will tell!

OK mumsnet is making me look mad, it's decreased the quality of all the photos and you can't see much at all 😭😂

I can see something here I think, but the main thing is that you can see it! Faint lines don't show very well on photos at all.
How exciting!! I wouldn't say 12pm is late for a faint line at all. I'd probably test again tomorrow but tentative congratulations!! ❤️

@MrsLully thank you - I've read so much about frer indents I'm trying not to get my hopes up. If this is an indent it is a very cruel one ☹️ I have one frer left so I may use it tonight or tomorrow morning if I can wait. My temp is still up so that's a good sign. 🤞

Here's a photo of my test now it's dried. I've never had a line dry like this before so really hoping it's something. But also I'm aware it's past the time... Not sure what to think...

This is how my tests looked when I tested positive with my second, there's colour to it, I can see it. Take your other frer tomorrow morning and the line will be darker, but I take that as a positive for sure.

@Pinkmoon23 I can 100% see the line, they just become more obvious when dry. I'd Test again In the morning ( ideally 48hrs but i dont preach what i cant do myself lol) and hope to see a darker line! Tentative congratulations 😁

Eek thank you guys 😍 I'm so scared it's an evap or indent or whatever else other than a positive. I will take my other frer tomorrow morning and I'm so hoping it'll be positive. What's confusing me more is that my boobs aren't really hurting as much, which suggests to me my pregesterone is lessoning instead of raising? Otherwise I'm feeling typically pmsy but way more tearful and very tired.

@Pinkmoon23 I honestly think it's impossible to know based on early symptoms. One cycle my boobs were aching until after af started and bfns the entire cycle. This cycle I have 0 symptoms but got a bfp. I'm just so worried about line progression now, I wish I could just relax but it's impossible.

@Pinkmoon23 I can defo see a line. That's how mine started with my first, it's also possible you ovd a tiny bit later than you thought so you could be only 10/11dpo or something.

I'm 8dpo today, gonna test tonight which is stupid but can't help myself!

Very true, symptoms are just too all over the place to mean anything and too similar to pms! So excited for you, sending over all the hope for a nice dark line progression - I think it'll happen, your tests look great. But I understand the worry too, maybe take a couple days off testing? (wayyyy easier said than done I can imagine!) fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

Thank you, that's true I was thinking I may have o'd later. Not sure how accurate temp rise is! Really hoping for a darker test tomorrow. I can't stop thinking about it and I'm so worried my hopes will be dashed.

My test was VERY negative but I'm hoping that's ok at 8dpo. Might try a FRER tomorrow or defo on 10dpo. I'm not really feeling anything tho so trying to not get my hopes up!
