Hello ladies I'm officially on my two week wait 🙌 it's my first time tracking this month so I'm all new to this ..... Me and my partner have been trying now for about 2 years on and off , but this month we've decided to track and jist go for it ... I'm more positive this time around so if you would like to keep me company your welcome x

Oh I'm sorry 😔 Unfortunately my toddler decided to throw a tantrum at 2.30am (which lasted 3 hours), just as I could feel the pressure of my period! It was awful so I think the stress stopped it 🙄 so now I'll be at least a day behind. Hoping it comes tonight! At least we're all in it together in June. 💪🏻

@Annapolis35 I'm half Indian too haha. I had no idea about pcos being more prevalent in Indian women, but that's another reason to add to my list of why I must have it 🤣

Yeah I think for men when they know it's a fertile day it's an instant turn off.. it is for us too if we're being honest with ourselves but easier for us to get on with it regardless lol. Hopefully we have some positive news soon.
It's the not knowing for sure if it will ever happen that ruins my mental health. If I knew that in X amount of months or years we'd be pregnant I could just get on with it.

Morning @dabs9 @Annapolis35 hey! Hope you’re having a nice Sunday morning. I don’t want to jump on the fertility bandwagon but as @dabs9 knows I’m going through FT atm and have polycystic ovaries (but don’t have the syndrome bit) which I didn’t know you could have! So it may be similar for you? The ‘syndrome’ element is the increase hormones that cause hair growth on the body, insulin resistance, struggle with weight etc which I don’t have, but I have the polycystic ovaries. Might be worth looking into that if your amh bloods were okay? I’ll try find me bloods report if it would be helpful? I’ve been officially diagnosed now so might help. Let me know and sorry to but in! Xx

what dates would you girls be ovulating if you came on this weekend?
@dabs9 I know that the prices nhs charge for ivf if you self fund Vs. Clinic is cheaper! From memory, at my clinic it’s £7500 all in (that includes drugs - a lot miss our the actual drugs in the pricing which is naughty!) but nhs self fund I think it’s £5,500 ish? I have the nhs price list if you want it.

@GeoSmed It's OK, I will be ovulating somewhere between 17-21 June, and we will be on holiday in Rhodes, Greece. So looking forward to some relaxed, slightly tipsy TTC in a beautiful location 😀 😊 😄

@GeoSmed Hahhaha no, last night I had some weird pain and I was like, OMG WAIT... and the boom, regular dull period pain resumed. And then bang on 2.30am I felt a gush coming and then Adolf throws a wobbler and it disappears. I wish I was pregnant but I definitely remember feeling zero dull aches and it being completely different 😭 this is textbook PMS for me. I just want to get this show in the road like @dabs9 !@dabs9 I was due to ovulate 20th June but maybe 21st now!

What is everyone up to today? I've had 4 hours sleep so my big plans have morphed into just making it through the day 😅😴

lush weather here today. doing house admin then playing golf later on. I’ve got nails, lashes and spray tan this coming week for a wedding Saturday so I’m enjoying a day of people not poking me and seeing me naked!

Also isn't it crazy how you become okay with being poked, prodded and naked? 🤣 I was so prude before Adolf but had a traumatic birth and tons of tests afterwards and now I'm like, whatever? 😅

@dabs9 wow so similar haha. The uncertainty part is definitely the worst, I’m trying to just roll with it and accept this is the process but it’s so annoying! My husband isn’t stupid, he knows basically when fertile time is, we just don’t talk about it anymore and that seems to work 😂

@GeoSmed no probs at all! Thank you, that’s helpful to know. I have a feeling that’s what I have too but I’ll see what the day 3 bloods say and a scan sometime down the road—this was just based on a high amh test but it could just mean I have a good ovarian reserve! I think whatever is going on is essentially fine as I ovulate every month and have pretty regular cycles and had very good progesterone tests, just that it may be impacting on egg quality? So loads of eggs but they’re just a bit shit and don’t mature quite enough. So just hoping eventually there’s a good one. Do you not ovulate by yourself? That must be incredibly irritating and frustrating.

if it doesn’t happen mind you, it’ll be incredibly disappointing 😂yeah he’s 2 right? My best friend has a 2 year old and she’s started regressing a little but apparently that’s usual and what happens. Who knew! So hopefully he’ll phase out of it as fast as he phased in!

I know right!! Funnily enough on Friday at my scan I said to my husband it’s funny how I’ve become so okay with people shoving a camera dildo up me every 4 days 😂 add to that I had my smear last week - I have lost all dignity!

Yeah that’s my issue. Loads of really small 5/6mm follicles and nothing 13mm+ which is when you’d release. So yeah I’m with you there! No I don’t ovulate as nothing is mature enough to pop out so I have to inject to grow them then do a trigger shot to release.
It’s good your cycles are normal tho. That’s amazing. Can’t get pregnant if you don’t ovulate so that’s amazing you do! Hopefully they’ll find something on the bloods. X

@GeoSmed That’s such a pain you’re having to go through that, I’ve heard of other women who were successful with that or letrozole so I have my fingers crossed for you. Yeah I’m lucky with the cycles but I’ll see what the bloods say… I’m totally exhausted from it all really and have v little left to give for trying. We keep on going and hope it’ll eventually work out. Anyway it’s beautiful weather here in Scotland! Gotta get out in the garden X

@Annapolis35 Thank you darling. Yeah they were going to put me on letrozole but my body wasn’t reacting normally. The first month they over stimmed me with the injections and we had to abandon and I was really really ill with OHS. So they changed the injection to something more tweakable so we can up / down it. Letrozole unfortunately you haven’t got much control over and could put me into OHS again so they’ve ruled that out. But thank you! You’re so kind. And back at you. I hope the tests help get you what you need. It’s beautiful here too! Just having a a pit stop between going out again! Bet it’s beaut in Scotland when the suns out.

Was due on Saturday, not arrived yet. No twinges… just waiting. Have no tests so can’t. Will buy another test on Tuesday still no AF, as all says to wait till then to test! If I am late everyday is pushing my ovulation to the week I’m off an annual leave so don’t mind too much! Haha

Hahhaha! I remember being anxious about my first transvaginal scan!

I had an A, B, C and D plan thankfully! I loved hypnobirthing and the power of positive thoughts, so emotionally wasn't traumatic, just physically unfortunately 😬 he came out at a funny angle and I had lots of tearing. Forceps and episiotomy! Episiotomy alone would've been fine I think, if I hadn't torn further.

I naively thought because the chances were so low it wouldn't happen to me! Do your research 🤓 next birth needs to be a c-section really. Say the professionals (they can't tell you what to do but lots of hinting).

Possibly, but I tested on Friday and it was BFN! Someone (can’t remember who) said it could be because I didn’t implant until
later. I just don’t know 😂😂

How many DPO were you on Friday? It's very true! Someone on another thread had a BFN at 12DPO and then BFP at 13DPO 😊🙏🏻

@GeoSmed Oh god! I hear OHS is horrible and can be really dangerous right?! Makes sense about not risking it with letrozole, at least there is some control with the hormone injections. What a palaver going through that every month though.

Yep it’s absolutely beaut here, there are a lot of very very bright red people and bald men with tops off (Taps off as is said up here) which always amuses me, it’s like a wildlife show to spot the reddest person.

So I wasn’t really tracking ovulation using an OPK as it was only our first cycle I’m trying to be easy breezy about it. According to my Flo app I would have ovulated on 19th - which would have made made Friday DPO 14? My app is still saying I need to wait until 6th although I’m starting to feel twinges so bet it comes tonight. In time for Monday. Glorious. I’m having a glass of wine 😂😂

At this point I have convinced myself I’m not 🤷🏻‍♀️
