Hi everyone, haven't posted for a while.
I have finally had tests done at the doctors and they said potentially PCOS, as my testosterone was slightly high, but in the same breath said that it could be a fluke as hormones fluctuate and that my body may still be trying to get normal cycles following the pill, and that the testosterone shouldn't effect my fertility and if the same results occur, while also needing other problems like weight gain, cysts etc along to confirm diagnosis if still the same.
I can get an ultrasound done to look at cysts, however, they have never found anything in previous ultrasounds (latest last year for urine infections, they still looked at ovaries etc), so I'm not really any closer to understanding, that spotting did turn into AF in the end, now waiting for the next one but now on day 32 so we will see.
They said I could also have Stage 2 Kidney Disease as the function appeared low for my age group, GP also said it could be potentially due to dehydration and need to test my urine for proteins.
She has said to get the abnormal test results done again in 3 months time, and in the meantime will test my urine for the kidney issues, and also said I may just need to "try harder" to get pregnant, whatever that means due to sparse ovulation.
Did another test a few days back and was negative but have had weird cramps and today a random speck of blood and nothing further, so all just another waiting game 😔
