Hi,

Currently trying for DC 2, already have a 2 year old DS.

I should have ovulated today 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Anyone else entering the TWW? Due AF 7th Jan but will probably end up testing a couple days before 😄

My app said I was going to ovulate on CD12 (or 11… can’t remember - I posted about it on here) but I’ve had low levels until today which is CD14 so ovulating quite a bit later than expected!

Happy to post screenshot of my opks if useful - I’ve been doing two a day since I expected my levels to rise. I should have just paid more attention to my ewcm as that was the first indicator my levels were rising.

@SimplyChic that definitely looks low still. Here are mine from the day I was meant to be ovulating until today when I finally got my peak. As you can see, I’m an obsessive tester…

@Downtherabbithole83 thank you, do I have no chance for at least a few days then? Very disappointed as I've already missed one AF!

@Downtherabbithole83 I also did not hold any urine, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to or not? I just did it when I needed to go

Well I went from 0.25 at 7pm last night to being at the beginning of my surge at 7am this morning… just keep testing! My first indicator was ewcm last night even though my levels were still low. Remember that your app can only ever estimate based on the information you have given it and even then bodies fluctuate month to month.

@Downtherabbithole83 can urine be too diluted for OPK's? As mine was very pale?

@LotzW it’s the Premom app. I love it because it’s free, means I can throw all the sticks away AND it does graphs (I’m a maths nerd).

@SimplyChic I really don’t know - you’d need to check the instructions on yours as I wouldn’t want to give you false information. But as it’s a comparison between the two lines I don’t think it would stop you identifying a peak. I usually try to make sure I’ve not been for a couple of hours but that’s more because I just tend to do it in a similar way to when I’ve taken pregnancy tests in the past 🤷‍♀️

@Downtherabbithole83 I’m only on cd9 so still a while before I ovulate I should think!

@SimplyChic was the opk positive then? I just go by whatever the test says 😂

@SimplyChic I got a dark (not positive) opk the day before my surge and my urine was very diluted, so I don't know if it makes a difference x

@SimplyChic just seen your test! Yeah not near ovulation yet I don’t think but it can change every day! Mine is never dark and then randomly it’s positive 😂

@MrsSprouse @Mrsrobinsonx thank you both, I'll do another in the early afternoon and see if I can make my urine a bit more potent.

@Mrsrobinsonx so can the LH surge happen quite suddenly? I'm hoping if so, I still have a chance over the next few days, unless I just ovulate late in my cycle 🤷‍♀️

Hi ladies, I’m cd16 today and am using cb ov tests for the first time. Days 9-14 I got empty circle and then yesterday it went to solid smiley. Did I jump straight to peak? I’ve added photos of todays tests, I took the cb stick out to look at the line and compared it to a cheapy ov test.
Dtd yesterday morning and this morning (happy it was a weekend!) would you go again tomorrow to be sure?

I’d keep monitoring with the cheapies just to see if the line gets darker or lighter to check if the peak has happened or not yet… I guess dtd again couldn’t hurt, right? 😉

I can’t help but feel like I’m missing out this month not doing OPKs 🙈 currently CD15 and so far dtd CD8, 12 and 13. Will go again tonight and hopefully every other for another week or so. I have a 30-33 day cycle so usually ovulate around CD16-18 🤞🏼 less thought and pressure this month helps our chances 🙈

@MrsL22 I conceived my two children without the use of opks - trying the moment I spotted ewcm was the way that worked for me. I use them now because I like the sense of control they give me and I’d heard that cycles were sometimes a bit unpredictable after tfmr.

I'm cd16 and still haven't noticed any ewcm... I usually get it from cd14-18 so this is strange for me. Haven't dtd for 3 days as well. I'm not helping myself! Going to jump on DH tonight and hope for the best.

I'd kind of written off this month anyway, but in my head I just thought this isn't the month for me to get pregnant. I didn't expect my body to follow suit and go yeah, if we're not getting pregnant I just won't bother making ewcm or ovulating! Haha

I’ve not really been checking for CM. Maybe I’ve taken too much pressure off and I’ve got no hope 🙈 it’ll be a miracle if I fall pregnant this month

@MrsL22 sometimes trying without keeping track of things is the best way to stay sane. Years ago my gynecologist said the best way to try is yo not track anything and just dtd every other day. Good luck x

About 5dpo here and having really bad cramps. Trying not to read too much into it as I do have endometriosis so often get cramps out of nowhere, plus I don't remember when my pre-BFP cramps started with my DC1. Staying hopeful

@Pitstop1986 and @MrsL22 I think it’s pretty clear from speaking to people on here that tracking often doesn’t seem to help either so an stress-free month sounds like a great idea! Hopefully this month is the month for all of us, however it’s achieved!

@MrsSprouse hope the cramps aren’t too uncomfortable and that it’s a good sign!

I still didn't get at that was due on 7th Jan.

I've had pulling/stabbing pains for 2 days and some spotting yesterday.

Just done a IC an can see a faint line I think 🤞🏻🤞🏻

My wee was near enough as clear as water so can't wait to do another test in the morning!
