@ChloeN I think even the early digitals aren’t super sensitive, but I could be wrong

Report
HJA87 · 25/09/2022 18:32

@ChloeN last month (when I had the early MC) my digital was only positive on 11dpo but I had faint lines like yours on easy@home and free from PM on 8 DPO so it took a few days to show up on the clear blue digital.

Report
ChloeN · 25/09/2022 18:34

@LuckyMoonstone @HJA87 I think it was a 10ml one so assume it should be showing up by now, I’m at the very latest 11dpo but probably more like 12… it’s only my first proper cycle since mc so would be very lucky to fall pregnant first cycle again!

ChloeN · 25/09/2022 18:34

Very earliest that was meant to say🤦🏻‍♀️

HJA87 · 25/09/2022 18:44

@ChloeN you might have implanted late though which would explain slow progression

Report
ChloeN · 25/09/2022 18:54

@HJA87 I suppose I’ve just got to wait and see haven’t I🤣🤣 I never tested early last time so I have nothing to compare too which is annoying…

@ChloeN hmm hard to tell. Those digitals are great once you know you've got decent HCG in them but because they are not v sensitive, it may not have registered. Do you think you could wait a few days and then test again?

@LuckyMoonstone awh hun, it defo looks darker to me I'm afraid. Are you sure this can't be a viable pregnancy? I always thought at 5weeks, nothing shows on scans anyway so I'm a bit lost as to how they could give you such conclusive results from scan alone, especially when so early.

@calimc83 still slightly spotting, nothing major - just very very light brown. I am certain it's AF though as it got a bit darker today. It's just a bit annoying that this happened so early in my cycle! Due in 2 days so I'll update then but I'm convinced it's just my screwy body!

Report
ChloeN · 25/09/2022 19:14

@bunnykins123 I think I’m just going to have wait, I did a frer at the same time and the line was just the same as yesterday which is irritating! No wonder people complain about frer🙄 AF should be here by weds/thurs so it is only a few more days xx

Damn it! I couldn't help myself and ordered early pregnancy tests from Amazon. Shoot me now. I blame Amazon and their offers 😂

Saw my friend today with her 3 month old baby. DH went all gooey over the baby.

@bunnykins123 I really don’t think so, hearing that my uterine lining was only 7.3mm kinda killed any hope for me. Plus if I was actually pregnant I’d have had a very strong FRER line at least a week ago if not before. Really worried it’s stuck in there somewhere, the idea of ectopic pregnancy really scares me

Report
ChloeN · 25/09/2022 19:22

@MrsCristianoX dont do it lol🤣

@LuckyMoonstone have you got any other symptoms of ectopic? If you were bleeding before surely it wouldn’t just stop if ectopic? X

Report
MrsCristianoX · 25/09/2022 19:27

@ChloeN I know. I'll try not to. This will end in hours of hopeless staring 😂

Report
MrsCristianoX · 25/09/2022 19:28

@ChloeN I had those tests ordered in 2 minutes. Amazon are too easy 😂

Report
LuckyMoonstone · 25/09/2022 19:32

@ChloeN exactly what I thought. Surely I’d still be bleeding. Today I’ve had a pain in my side like a stitch, but it seems too high up to be related to an ectopic. It’s not in my lower abdomen. It’s like in the bit where your waist dips in. But I am starting to feel anxious about it 😕

Report
Mariabombia · 25/09/2022 19:35

@LuckyMoonstone I was told by a fertility specialist & a sonographer that you can still conceive with a thinner uterine lining & that a lot of info online says it needs to be a certain mm but that info is primarily with an ivf focus. He said it's not the same for a natural conception & it can entirely happen with a thinner one.
Not sure if that info is helpful or not but just wanted to relay the info I was told. ♥️

@MrsCristianoX amazon selling pregnancy tests should be absolutely illegal 🤣 unlimited tests on prime ☺️

@LuckyMoonstone I totally understand I would feel anxious too, but I would imagine if you start bleeding early that would mean the pain would start too… And wouldn’t it surely be excruciating not a stitch? X

Report
Indianna2006 · 25/09/2022 19:36

@LuckyMoonstone yeh I don’t know either. I think perhaps you get a usual period bleed if there is no pregnancy actually attached to the uterine lining. Ectopic doesn’t always neccesarily means it’s in the tubes though. Sometimes they can’t see anything and pregnancy tests are still positive so like it goes awol but is somewhere. It’s bizarre isn’t it how bodies work.
only way you will know is hcg blood tests to see if it’s still slowly rising or if it’s stagnant and not going down.

@ChloeN those frer lines do looks like something but a digital sensitive of 10mul is quite low. Although those lines are very faint so could be isn’t even 10mul yet 🤷🏻‍♀️

@MrsCristianoX oh no 🙈🙈😂 can never help ourselves. Least try hold out until 12dpo. I feel like that’s a good day. More definitive.

@ChloeN yeah I bled for a week with no pain. It’s all going in a very weird order 😆 I am gonna keep an eye on this pain Thoth because it is concerning me a bit. I keep reading that ectopic pain is in the lower abdomen and this feels higher than where you’d normally get period cramps. It’s more like my kidneys! Or literally when you get a stitch in your side.
@Mariabombia thank you, it is still possible but I don’t think I’m lucky enough to be that person that has a successful pregnancy even with a thin lining, especially given everything else I’ve been through!

Ladies what are the best/most accurate cheap prego tests??

Easy@home?

I'm just going to test in a few days but not going to pay for the good ones unless there's a squinter lol xx

@LuckyMoonstone your certain on your ovulation arent you cos you did opks? Not like that really early test you did which was very faint could of been more like 7/8dpo and so therefore you’re not as far as you think?

@Mariabombia I would now say not easy@home after the few I’ve had the last couple of days, could just be my bad luck🤣🤣

@LuckyMoonstone I suppose if you have pain and darkening test you have a good chance of being helped further with GP/epu? X

@LuckyMoonstone ♥️ sending you a big cuddle. I just wanted to say incase you didn't know if it was possible. When we started getting fertility tests, I had my lining measured at like 6.5 on week 2.5 of my cycle and I got v v stressed thinking It would be impossible for us xx

@Indianna2006 arent frers 10 too? I was guessing the lines must defo be indents to show anything but the digital be showing not pregnant? I should of probs used fmu for the digital to be 100% but I’m not bloody wasting another one🤣

Report
Mariabombia · 25/09/2022 19:48

I just want to get some cheapo ones to have in! Not sure which ones are sensitive enough to test pre period though. Frers and clear blue are just ridiculously expensive 😬

Report
LuckyMoonstone · 25/09/2022 19:50

@Indianna2006 very certain, if I am out it’ll only be a day or two. There’s no way I’ve ovulated and gotten pregnant since I had that ‘period’, we haven’t even had sex since the initial ovulation
