7DPO symptoms - I’m going crazy, anyone else?

I think I’m going crazy. Last month I had a faint positive which led to a chemical pregnancy. I wasn’t necessarily TTC, but that line made my heart flutter and I felt devastated when AF arrived.

flash forward to now and I’m 7 DPO. Yesterday I had some cramping and some pink spotting. Today I’m still cramping, I also have lower back ache and I have some brown loss on wiping (sorry, I know TMI). This afternoon I felt a little bit nauseous and now I think I’m reading into every, tiny, little thing!

I know it’s too early to test, and also that the chances of this being down to the imminent arrival of AF are high, but I’m finding it hard not to read into things and get my hopes up. Anyone else in a similar boat? would love to chat.

I should probably add that AF is due 4th July my periods are usually on time (give or take a day).

@SophT27 Ah I hate the symptoms spotting it really messes with your head doesn't it. I get twinges all the time but try to ignore them all now as it makes seeing the bfn so much harder i find.

i had a vodka cranberry last weekend, I really didn’t want it and didn’t enjoy it at all. It did give me a tummy ache.

im not going to test tomorrow morning because I’m staying elsewhere tonight and didn’t bring it. I am starting to get concerned about where my AF is, I am starting to think I may have to contact my
GP as tomorrow will be day 36 of my cycle!

morning @Fabpinky I’m now day 31, AF is 4 days late and FMU test is BFN.

i’m 100% certain that I can’t be pregnant now, as surely there would be a faint line.

I know I still have 4 days of a possible regular cycle left, but like you I think I’m going to have to ring the GP if it doesn’t arrive in time. Especially as I have had some abdo pain over past couple of weeks that is now unexplained.

@SophT27 I'm so sorry to hear you got a BFN this morn 😔 I'm sure you are very confused wondering where AF is. Definitely ring your GP to see what has happened. Hope you are ok 🤗
@Fabpinky very strange we all had the same experience with alcohol isn't it! So sorry you are going through this. Similar to @SophT27 I definitely what contact your GP for advice. It's strange both your AFs haven't arrived yet. Hope you are doing ok too.
AF is due for me today so just a waiting game which I know you girls can completely relate to!

@SophT27 i have read women on here saying they didn’t test positive until they were weeks pregnant. I don’t know, I’m still not ruling us both out until we get our AF

@Dawnymillz my fingers are crossed for you to join the late AF club!!

@Dawnymillz i am keeping my fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed that AF doesn’t arrive and you get your BFP in the next week.

@Fabpinky its the weirdest thing isn’t it. Even though I’ve only tracked on Flo for 6 months I’ve had regular periods since coming off contraception, which makes this even more confusing.

I’ve read the same, I keep googling things. It’s harder that AF isn’t here as it feels like there are no answers.

I’m going to have to stock up on tests aren’t I 😕

@SophT27 it’s so strange that we are literally in the exact same position. I’ve also been using Flo and having regular (majority of the time anyway) periods since coming off contraception.

@SophT27 @Dawnymillz It’s just constantly a game of “is that my AF or am I just sweating” in this heat 😂😂😂😂

@carsty have you been trying to conceive long? Any sign of AF yet?

@Fabpinky I’m glad you’re on this rollercoaster with me though. Although it is weird that we are both in the same boat.

@Fabpinky for about 7/8 months or so...AF due this Thurs but I am cramping so its likely to show up as i tend to get pms symptoms a week or so before..How are yall doing today?

@SophT27 yeah I’m glad I’ve got you to tell my crazy thoughts to. I’ve not told anyone else that my period is even late.

@carsty fingers crossed for you. Your cramps could be anything but if they’re the same as your usual period ones then maybe you are out this month :( I’m alright, still no AF

@SophT27 @Fabpinky thanks girls 🤗 fingers crossed no AF today. I also have read on here of women not getting positives immediately so there is still hope. Hope yous girls get some clarity soon, the limbo land is very hard. Do you think yous will contact the GP or wait another while?
@carsty hope you are doing ok in your 2ww, I honestly wish there was an off switch to take your mind off it. I analyse everything! Why does everythint have to be so similar to AF, including the sweats debate 🤣

@Dawnymillz ill contact my GP if I get to like 2/2.5 weeks late. I don’t want to bother them for just an irregular period

@Dawnymillz i’ll probably do the same as @Fabpinky and wait a week or two.

I think I’m certain that AF is just unusually late and I’m not pregnant now. I just can’t keep with the “maybes” so I’ve just ordered some ovulation test strips ready for when AF does arrive (if it ever does).

however, I’ve also ordered some more cheapie pregnancy tests so I can keep testing until AF arrives. I read online that if you are testing before you are late for AF then you should leave it 48 hours between tests but if it’s after you are late you should leave it 72 hours (not sure why).

I am literally driving myself mad.

Yeah I understand that @Fabpinky @SophT27 I dont know what your GP is like but mine definitely would dismiss an irregular period for sure. I'm not even sure anxiety would contribute for such a delayed period. Ah girls I hope you get some answers soon one way or the other. Look after yourselves and be kind, this journey deffo impacts on your MH.

@SophT27 strange I’ve never heard that before. Im just so so confused it’s driving me mad

@Fabpinky I hadn’t either. I read it on the PT’s I got yesterday which I thought was weird. You would think it would be the other way around wouldn’t you.

Hey @SophT27 I've been very crampy today and just out of sorts, dizzy etc. Kept expecting to see AF everytime I went to the toilet but nothing yet. How are you?

@SophT27 i had a few cramps earlier, on both sides. I would usually assume that means AF is coming but I’ve had them for about 5 days now. I’m thinking about taking a FRER in the morning. How about you?

i’ve been cramping a bit, but I’ve had an ache in my tummy for 2 weeks. It still doesn’t feel fully like AF cramps but maybe a little bit more so than before. I’ve also felt really tired and a bit dizzy but I don’t think the heat is helping.

I’m only going to test it AF doesn’t arrive by day 35 of my cycle now I think.

I keep falling into the black hole that is google and searching on here. You see so many conflicting stories though don’t you.

The heat definitely isn't helping with the tiredness and dizziness.
Do your cramps feeling any way different to usual AF cramps? Mine feel similar to them today I must say although still feel dull and heavy but more areas across lower abdo rather than on one side like before.
Ah thanks @SophT27 feeling disheartened today with my symptoms but you never know. I told my OH over the weekend about my symptoms but he deffo didn't get the crazy that you girls are getting 😅
