7DPO symptoms - I’m going crazy, anyone else?

I think I’m going crazy. Last month I had a faint positive which led to a chemical pregnancy. I wasn’t necessarily TTC, but that line made my heart flutter and I felt devastated when AF arrived.

flash forward to now and I’m 7 DPO. Yesterday I had some cramping and some pink spotting. Today I’m still cramping, I also have lower back ache and I have some brown loss on wiping (sorry, I know TMI). This afternoon I felt a little bit nauseous and now I think I’m reading into every, tiny, little thing!

I know it’s too early to test, and also that the chances of this being down to the imminent arrival of AF are high, but I’m finding it hard not to read into things and get my hopes up. Anyone else in a similar boat? would love to chat.

I should probably add that AF is due 4th July my periods are usually on time (give or take a day).

AF was due today, nothing as of yet but this is day 25 of a cycle. Mine usually range from 21-24 days but I can usually set my clock by Flo.

I’m still pretty sure that AF is going to arrive, albeit a bit later than I thought, and that my symptom spotting has been just that.

Aw I have all crossed for you!! When do you think you will test? Flo is pretty accurate for me too actually.
It's a lovely wee community here, nice to have people to talk to. I'm doing ok, nearly have myself convinced I'm not pregnant since my symptoms are different to how I was last time but you still have that small hope. Hoping I wont be too disappointed when AF arrives. How are you doing?

@Dawnymillz if I was at home, I probably would have tested today 🫣 but because we are away (although in the U.K.) it’s harder to sneak away from my husband.

Not that I don’t want him to know, but just because I don’t want to put the “I could be” idea out there verbally if AF is just going to arrive.

I did test Thursday or Friday and it was negative so I’m pretty sure that AF is just a bit delayed and I’m not pregnant. But my god, it really is all I can think about.

I don’t even know what could and couldn’t be a symptom anymore. I had some bleeding from 6DPO to 10DP0 - nothing like a period. I’m just going out of my mind.

they say PT’s are accurate from 1 day after a missed period, but is that only for a 28 day cycle.

i’m physically losing the will to live over here.

its such a long waiting game isn’t it.

what sort of symptoms have you been having?

@SophT27 I totally understand the 'not wanting to verbally put it out there' to your partner. Especially if you think AF is on route (I hope not). The light bleeding is odd isn't it, nearly would think its implantation bleeding. Honestly it's so hard not to think of it and the more you think, the more delayed AF will be if it is going to come (our bodies are good craic arent they haha). I have had cramps on/off since ovulation and at times a sharp stab on right side. Dizziness and waves of nausea (although nearly thinking I'm overthinking it now). I have had white, thick discharge too (sorry TMI). Have you symptoms now?

I’ve got an ache in my lower abdo, I keep thinking it’s period cramps and the start of AF but nothing has happened. It feels slightly different too. I’ve had bouts of nausea and I’ve been quite tired.

I just don’t know. I keep kidding myself that I won’t think about it tomorrow/today, and then I think about it and start symptom spotting. I’ve had a little bit more CM that usual for this time or the month i’d say. Every day that there is still no AF gets my hopes up, but like you said, our bodies are the worst and are probably doing that to keep us on our toes.

how are you all feeling today? Any updates. Still no AF for me this morning. I’m currently cycle day 26 and Flo is telling me it can normal for a period to be up to 7 days late, which is unhelpful 😂🫣

Morning @SophT27 feeling ok today. Was very crampy last night in bed, felt odd lying on my stomach. How are you feeling? Very helpful Flo 🤣

@SophT27 yeah Flo is so annoying! Although it’s telling me I’m 1 day late now. Still no AF. Had a few twinges last night so am fully expecting it today or tomorrow.

@SophT27 aw I hope not 😔 such a rollercoaster! Dont think I've ever read my body as much haha.

Well, today is only 1 day late according to Flo so AF could still arrive. I had horrible lower back ache last night that seems to have settled now.

I so want to test (but would need to go and buy one, which would mean telling hubby) but I don’t want to see that BFN which I am so sure will be there.

@Dawnymillz I know right, I’m literally reading every little thing. It’s the most frustrating thing ever.

@Fabpinky I think it’s recognising I’m late, but it telling me its normal to be up to 7 days late 🙄

nothing yet, but I’ve started having quite bad stomach cramps so sadly, I think today is the day. Hopefully there will another toilet stop soon as I think I may have started bleeding.

Still no af for me either! Negative FRER this morning but just had a tiny bit of spotting a few mins ago 🤔

How's everyone feeling?

Well, still no AF although I was convinced earlier that when I came to a toilet it would have arrived.

I’ve had quite a bit of lower abdo / lower back pain today. Almost like a dull ache. Then tonight I had a really horrible episode of nausea just before we ate dinner.

I really don’t feel right, but I think a lot of it is anxiety related.

@pcosandme.x how many DPO are you now?

I haven’t tested with a FRER but all of the usual ones were negative for me last week.

could the spotting be an implantation bleed?

@SophT27 I'm 12dpo :) not very hopeful but I guess you never know! I've had sore boobs but it's disappearing now, could I get implantation spotting on 12dpo!?

@pcosandme.x i’m probably not the best person to ask, but I’ve been Googling every little thing and it seems that you can. I’m sure it said 10-12 days was the most common time for implantation. There is still
hope for you. Have you had any more
bleeding?

I can’t get over the fact my stomach feels almost like I could have the arrival of AF at any minute. And I’m not sure that the nausea isn’t maybe caused by a bit of anxiety. I wish I was home so I could do a sneaky test without anyone needing to know, but no such luck this week. Xx

@SophT27 no change here. I feel nauseous right but I had a massive dinner 😂 so blaming that and anxiety like you say. When are you home?

I've never got to 13dpo before so it'll be nerve wrecking to see what my body does tomorrow! Ive got no cramps or anything 👀
I dunno how you're not losing your mind not being able to test🙈 when can you??
