Hoping for a BFP in July

So thought I'd start a new thread for anyone who's hoping for a July BFP. My AF showed up today a week early after getting loads of pregnancy symptoms 🥲 think my body is still out of sync after my miscarriage in April.

So let's stay positive for a July BFP 🥰

@My2boysaremyworld she's a labrador and has unfortunately been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia which has been utterly heartbreaking. She's had to have surgery this week on both elbows and she's been in the vets since Monday. I miss her incredibly and would give anything to have her back here now. She's unfortunately in a lot of pain and we have a long recovery with her.

It's a bit gross but use your middle finger (make sure you wash your hands etc first? And put your finger inside like you would do a tampon, and you can feel your cervix. Took me a few times to get the hang of what I was feeling but you will be able to touch it very easily if it's low with minimal reach, you know if it's hard as it feels like the end of your nose. If it's high your middle finger will barely touch it and you will know if it's soft as it feels a bit spongy. It's the biggest give away for me. It should move down a few days before AF comes. Last month mine never did. Xx

@Angie2018 I know how you feel. I can't be bothered either and in this heat I don't feel like doing anything. I need a plan for tww to make it go quicker.

@BellaTheDarkOverlord I've just checked out for today tbh... Googling 2dpo symptoms 🤣 I am mental... what can we do to make this time feel easier??? X

Hate to say it but probably working and house tidying. I have a list but I don't want to 😅I just want to sit doing nothing and Google early symptoms.

@BellaTheDarkOverlord phaha me too!! It's funny isn't it, we want to forget to let time pass yet we want to sit on Google trying to find out if there is just one small symptom we may notice at 2dpo that no one else knows that indicates pregnancy 🤣 or sitting on Mumsnet chatting to everyone!! I may cook a nice dinner.... or do something to take my mind off it x

@Angie2018 I have an assignment due at midday tomorrow. I'm only halfway through it. Washing needs putting away. I need to shower. Bathroom needs tidying. Yet I'm laid on my bed, watching The Office US and contemplating dinner 😁

@BellaTheDarkOverlord haha I don't blame you!! I have work to do, need a shower, but can't be bothered. Cooking a nice healthy dinner to support implantation instead 🤣

@Angie2018 I had a frozen pizza in the end. I don't think that'll help me implant 😂Good news is I'm halfway through my assignment now.

I've eaten and cleared dinner now. Going to shower and then that's me for the evening! Parking bum on sofa with some chocolate 🍫

Haha enjoy. Nearly done this assignment then might have a bath after DD. With chocolate and coffee.

Hey all, can I join? Ttc no.3 first cycle! Got a positive opk today, AF due 7th of July so let's see what happens! I found mumsnet so useful when ttc for no.1 and 2!

@JB2021 i ignore the cheapies instructions and use fmu always and when they start to darken do morning and evening and sometimes have only caught my peak on the morning one!

@Tropicana1 think that must be why I missed it last time. It was positive with FMU and again at 5pm this evening. SMEP for us this month and then keeping fingers crossed....

Finally AF has shown up 3 day's late and so painful which is strange for me but at least can just start again now! Now we are TTC it's made me realise just how much I want to be a mum and us a family! Onto month 2 of trying!

Oh wow Iv not been on for a few days and Iv missed a lot 😅. Any one else on cycle day 6?

@Angie2018 thank you for the info, I love the way you look at it positively. Iv been trying f to change my mind set over the last couple of days from your advice so thank you for that 🙂.
I'm using ovulation sticks. The clear blue one, the pink ones. I was using the purple ones but I didn't get on with them because they give you a peak a few more days before ovulation then the pink ones do.
Have tried SMEP but it's a lot 😅.
I'm booked in for acupuncture next week just before my suspected ovulation date.

Acupuncture is great so good for you 😍

It's good you have now found OPKs that work for you. I think everyone is different and not one person gets on with the same ones in the same way!

@Angie2018 yes there are so many different ones out there. I don't like the non digital ones either 🙈. How do you track? Do you do BBT and OPKs or just one?

@My2boysaremyworld oh really? Hopefully these are all signs of early implantation. When do you plan on testing? Or do you wait until AF arrives / hopefully doesn't?
