Hey peeps ovulated today - anyone in the same boat and hoping for a BFP in mid May? Thought we could do the 2ww together x

Thank you for responding. I feel the same as you do. I've just ordered a FRER, it'll arrive tomorrow. The pictures I've uploaded are of 1 test.

I have no choice but to wait and see. I may still get my period and it's all much ado about nothing.

@Chlo1995 I feel you. I hate this will it won't it - I've even tested after AF because AF seemed much lighter than I'm used to. It's mostly the possible hope maybe it still is even though kind of thinking - drives you totally mad. The spotting and stopping though sounds very irregular.
@S0220 - I'm sorry, I thought you were on track for BFP too :(

@41andtryingforfirst Everyone a bit different! First pregnancy I had few symptoms, just a bit bloaty, until week 6 and then I felt gross, tired and hungover until 2nd trimester started. Apart from resolving thrush I feel otherwise no different currently so kinda hopeful I miss the first trimester sicky symptoms (🤞given everything runs smooth) and enjoying this symptom free time (but certainly makes it seem less real)

For those who have congratulated me - thank you so much. I'm freaking out as I have super PMS symptoms and AF not due until Friday but at the same time I cant keep my eyes open, am very hungry And super dizzy. I dunno if it's pregnancy symptoms or PMS. We'll see.

For those of you that thought you were then you weren't - I'm so sorry. I get how hard that is and how disappointing it must be. Thinking of you and I have my FX for next month.

For those with BFPs I hope that they all are sticky ones and that you're all feeling ok!

I’ve done a frer this morning and it’s definitely negative! I’m surprisingly okay about it tho, at least I know now x

Went to test this morning at 12DPO, used a cheapie, did not read the instructions, and got an invalid result 🤦‍♀️ and had already thrown away the sample. That’ll be the universe telling me to hang on a bit longer I guess…

Morning ladies! Total stark white neg with a Superdrug test FMU 9dpo. FRERs arriving later but I don’t think this is my month. Just want my period to arrive & crack on with cycle 2! Perhaps more than 1 shag the day after my peak might do it 😂

off! Although I had brown discharge this morning, yesterday I burst out crying at work (thankfully WFH!) and my boobs are killing!

I’ll be happy if it’s just my period as this will be my shortest cycle since august last year! And it’s still been 65 days 🥴

Hold off aside from the sneaky one I did yesterday but that doesn’t count…😅

My test this morning has the same vvf line so I'm veering towards indent. Stupid frer. Last time I was ttc you'd never get the sniff of an evap or indent. Still only 9dpo though 🤞

Haha yep, before that it was 83 days….I’ve been taking inositol for my pcos so hoping it’s having some effect at shortening my cycles so we can properly get down to trying once a month!

About 10 DPO I think, but can never be sure 🤦‍♀️
I’ve been burnt so much with tests recently I’m just going to ignore it and test again in a couple
of days, I’ve got cramps atm and feel like she’s on her way! Xx

It's definitely one you can't look at too long. Plus I shone a torch in my eye earlier and still have little bursts of light in my vision 🙈

Oh Lemon that’s exactly the kind of thing that would happen to me! I had my eyes lasered a few years back and my very near vision is blurry - not at all helpful when examining early tests!

jane, I know what you mean, although I’m cycle 1 9dpo I’ve taken 5 already 🤦🏼‍♀️ I mean my brain needs a reboot… I’m determined to hang on til at least 12dpo next cycle because all the stressing (and expense!) isn’t good.

This afternoons test. I've also wiped some old blood when I've gone to the bathroom.

Period isn't due until Friday so I'm keeping a very open mind.

@JaneGnR88 I was adamant I wasn't going to test until Fri but saw everyone's bfps yesterday and I just caved 😫 utterly ridiculous as I'm only 10dpo today and it wasn't even an hours hold of pee so of course was a bfn. I keep getting really bad evaps every month and I just can't bring myself to throw tests away and just as expected there was such a clear line there when I looked at it later which just fed the POAS monster in me. Tested this morning and bfn. Ugh why does ttc seem to take away every ounce of rationality in us? Can't help but feel disappointed. Are your cycles always so long? I've had irregular ones since Oct and this cycle will only be my second normal length one since and so far the only one I haven't got random spotting throughout the whole cycle, so if nothing else I'm trying to hold on to the positivity of that. It's hard though.
