@alwaysseeingstars morning! how was night shift?
I'm not too clued up on the temps either but I know it has to go above what it is to confirm ovulation, just away to do an OPK soon so will let you know.
Yeah just because it's my 2nd cycle using it it'll just relate back to last month until it learns my cycle... strange I know!

also yay glad I'm not the only one with invisible cm 😂 x

@RMS0209 exhausting, but as you say - a good distraction in the TWW! until now when I can't sleep 😆
Hopefully this OPK will give you some promise, how was the one last night? x

RMS0209 · 24/05/2022 11:14

@alwaysseeingstars that's the downside of night shift, hopefully you get some soon.
Last nights OPK was a 0.50 before bed and I've done one just now and it's lighter than yesterdays 🤔☹️ 0.42 x

alwaysseeingstars · 24/05/2022 11:42

@RMS0209 oh, how irritating! so sorry I don't have any advice, feel awful for you that you're going through uncertainty 2 months in a row 😔x

RosyappleA · 24/05/2022 21:17

@RMS0209 Sorry your cycles aren’t behaving hopefully you will ovulate soon, did you manage to do the afternoon OPK? Also with the little CM have you tried evening primrose oil? I found that helped me but of course it could just be coincidence.

On a side note I was reading up about vitamin b12 levels and vitamin D and this aiding conception. As it so happens the last time I conceived I was getting vitamin b12 shots and a high dose of vitamin d once a week. Who knows but it sure got me thinking (I will try this again and if I am lucky I will update).

RMS0209 · 24/05/2022 21:56

@alwaysseeingstars @RosyappleA thanks both!
this afternoons OPK was 0.42 and tonight's (just 5 mins ago) was... 0.48, looking like it'll be another cycle day 25 OV for me 🤔😢
I have heard that about EPO but I'm scared to take anything to lengthen it anymore
I bought the robittusin cough mixture but I took it for 1 day then forgot oopsie x

Ah how frustrating @RMS0209 - hope you get your peak soon / maintain stamina with SMEP (are you still doing it?)
I'm just CD4 here waiting for at to move on so we can start up again
@Catred4 my DH also struggles with performance / not wanting to DTD when he knows it's "time" - last month we didn't do it peak opk or ovulation day because of him being too in his head about it

Chellooo · 25/05/2022 10:22

Hi Ladies, I've been a lurker for a while but tentatively hoping to join after finally getting a negative test 3.5 weeks after surgical management of miscarriage at 10 weeks... emotions and hormones have been all over the place, and I'm struggling to see how I'm going to ttc when even my husbands breathing is making me want to divorce him (I'm joking obv but christ these hormones are crazy), but hoping the rage is either a sign af is about to appear or its everything settling down...

Phew sorry that was a lot of info... I've just started with the opk so hopefully will see a peak soon x

Chellooo · 25/05/2022 11:03

Also sorry if this is a really stupid question but how are you tracking temperature? Do you just wait for a spike? My fitbit tells me skin temp overnight, is this the same thing?

RMS0209 · 25/05/2022 12:08

Hi @Chellooo
Welcome to the gang! so sorry to hear of your miscarriage and surgical management Sad
If it makes you feel better i'm the exact same with my partner.. ha ha
Thanks for sharing your story - this group is good, you'll see I spend most of my days moaning on this thread Grin
I track my temp by using an Ovusense core (which i am enjoying!) but some others use the thermometer in the morning.. I don't sleep long enough without waking to take accurate temps
not sure about the fitbit tems - let me have a look online for you Smile x

Hey Ladies

Decided not to test yesterday as it was my birthday so today is 10 DPO and I think I may have a got an absolute squinter this morning on FRER 🙊. Could be an evap but I will say I think I see pink in it (always so difficult to photograph and send on here isn’t it!) but the fact it’s so hard to photograph makes it question it tbh. Please let me know what you think!?

@Tropicana1 @alwaysseeingstars @RosyappleA another 0.50 OPK - 4 hr hold aaaaah Sad what is going on with my body! cycle day 20 x

MrsGrealish · 25/05/2022 12:35

@Hjudge56 I see pink! I have everything crossed for you ❤️

Tropicana1 · 25/05/2022 13:28

@RMS0209 Ahhh how frustrating!!

@Hjudge56 I thiiink I can see a hint of pink?!

@Chellooo welcome! Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I temp in the morning with a BBT thermometer from Amazon (more accurate then just a normal illness thermometer). I'm a bad sleeper with a wakeful toddler but still manage to get meaningful enough charts - my Fitbit night time temp is not at all accurate enough for accurate temping so I wouldn't rely on it personally!

RMS0209 · 25/05/2022 13:33

@Tropicana1 It cant be good for my body to be ovulating this late surly?

@Hjudge56 so sorry I missed your message, I think I can see a hint of pink too???? x

To be honest ladies I feel like it’s SO faint and could be an indent. And I’ve been having period like cramps today.. AF due 4/5 days so im not holding out a huge amount of hope!

PeanuttyButter · 25/05/2022 14:23

@MrsGrealish just catching up on the thread now. So sorry for your loss, please take some time to take care of yourself xx

alwaysseeingstars · 25/05/2022 14:54

@RMS0209 argh, so annoying! keeping everything crossed for you that you get your peak soon lovely!
@Hjudge56 I think I see some pink - fingers crossed for you, really hope this one sticks 😊(by the way, i LOVE your nails!!)
@Chellooo so sorry to hear about your miscarriage, look after yourself - TTC is important but at the same time so is your MH!
@MrsGrealish how are you doing lovely?? hope you're taking some time to process and look after yourself..
@Tropicana1 hope AF buggers off soon!

Hjudge56 · 25/05/2022 15:22

How are you feeling @MrsGrealish ? ❤️

Hjudge56 · 25/05/2022 15:24

@alwaysseeingstars thank you 💅🏽😁!!

I’ve convinced myself there’s nothing there now 🤣 so will test again in the morning with FRER probably!

MrsGrealish · 25/05/2022 15:29

@alwaysseeingstars I'm ok. Took a couple of days off work, still bleeding quite heavily. Pregnancy tests are still super dark but I think that's the problem with sensitive ones 😕 I think they might take 2 weeks to turn negative. DH is being super supportive ❤️ thanks for thinking of me lovely 😘

@PeanuttyButter @QueenBee22 thanks for your messages xx

Im still excited for all of you to get your positives! This has been a lovely thread to be part of xx

QueenBee22 · 25/05/2022 20:39

@MrsGrealish I am glad to hear that you have great support from your DH. Remember we are all thinking of you xx

alwaysseeingstars · 26/05/2022 08:20

@MrsGrealish I'm glad DH is being supportive, it's a very hard time. Hope the bleeding stops and the tests turn negative very soon, that's the last thing you need when you want to be past this horrible time xx

Hjudge56 · 26/05/2022 09:38

BFN for me this morning on FRER ladies following a Vvvv faint line yesterday morning

alwaysseeingstars · 26/05/2022 10:36

@Hjudge56 sorry to hear about the BFN but you're definitely not out yet - it's still very early!
