Anyone tried Aspirin after miscarriage?

Ive had 3 miscarriages now and been told ive got factor 5 leiden heterozygous blood clotting mutation. Ive not had a lot of help so far except been told to start taking aspirin and heparin injections from 6 weeks pregnancy however i cannot even make it to 6 weeks! Ive done my own research and seen a lot of people who've had multiple mc have taken low dose aspirin from 1dpo or BFP. Just wanted to hear from anyone who did this and was successful and what dosage 75 or 150? Or any other advise?

@Flowerlover010 ah I see, congratulations on your 20 weeks, that's amazing news. My loss is as it stands unexplained although I'm waiting to retest for APS as my levels were slightly high at the time of miscarriage. Either way it looks as though I will be taking aspirin so will at least feel like I'm taking some action. Wishing you a stress free and happy rest of pregnancy :)

@PurpleOrchid42 thanks, hopefully my tests also come back fine but it's good to know aspirin seems to help in a huge number of cases!

Like many others on this post had two mmcs (between the ages of 40 and 42) then became pregnant with dd2 and took low dose aspirin. She was born when I was 43 and is 7 now

I’ve had two back to back MC this year, both at 7 weeks along. I’ve been told to take 175mg aspirin every evening from the day I get a positive test (when that time comes again!), alongside side progesterone supplements. I did take the progesterone before second MC but not the aspirin as I wasn’t told about it at that point.
