Ovulation day & TWW

Anyone ovulating yesterday/today/tomorrow want to join! I haven’t had a period for 4 months and feel so glad that I can ‘try’ again! I’m driving myself mad and it’s not even ovulation day for me yet (I think it’s tomorrow) based on having a positive OPK yesterday evening and not in the morning! So if anyone who wants to join to get through the TWW ☺️

@Peonies94 I've heard cold symptoms are a sign as well but it seems everything is.

I've basically spent my weekend asleep! Felt run down and today I've got a smell aversion to dried basil it knocked me sick! I think I'm around 4dpo at this point but few things going on symptom wise so just praying!

@apwilso I feel like everything has been a symptom for someone! Not tooo long now and it’ll be out of my misery! I’m hoping to test Saturday at 11DPO so I’m just trying to tell myself that it isn’t too far away!

Evening ladies, I know it's a weird question but do you all test with your partners together or do you do it alone? I normally test alone but think it would be nice to have someone there to share either the joy or disappointment with. I didnt sleep well last night at all maybe just tiredness or hormones (hopefully) but not sure i'd want to his face looking so disappointed

@Bubs89 I normally do it alone because I want to surprise him but in my last pregnancy (ended In MMC) I'd test whilst he was away and found out and was going to surprise him but couldn't keep it in and said I think there's a line and he didn't react how I thought cos he was in utter shock. But then a couple of days later we did the test together and found out properly which was nice but he has requested a surprise next time 🤣

@Butterscotchbaby i did too at 7days. Obvs negative and I had no signs. I had to get it out of my system and i now have no urge to test and will wait til AF

@Bubs89 I do it alone, we’ve been ttc for a year and every month it’s been negative apart from one CP! I feel if we did it together he’d be even more disappointed (he doesn’t know I test about 10 times each month either😂) I’d surprise him then a few days after I’d found out, once my period has been missed! @RosyappleA that’s good! Once I test once, I turn into a right serial tester!! 😂

@RosyappleA that is really good! I read that implantation can happen between 6 and 9 dpo so until that has happened and then the hormones start to rise it wont show up on any test xx

7 DPO today and already tempted by tests. I think I'm going to pick up FRERs today to use at 9DPO. I've accepted patience is going out the window 😂

Used an Easy@home and wondfo 🙈 BUT I'm sure there vvfl on both and now I'm off to get a frer. I'm probably crazy.... 😂

@waffle222 ahh exciting! Keep us posted! I’m 6DPO today, I may test tomorrow 😂 no, I should really wait until atleast Wednesday, I’ve heard some get a positive at 8DPO, right? I’m not feeling pregnant at all, I think I’m out! I always spend first half of 2ww thinking I must be pregnant, second half I’m like, nah I can’t be AF on her way! I also am on antibiotics for a chest infection now, hope this doesn’t ruin my chances!!🤦🏻‍♀️ The antibiotics are fine, but the temp and being run down etc!!

Well I took a Frer and I swear there a faint line too. All 3 tests I think I can see something. I'll take a FRER in the morning then I'll have to buy more 🙈

It's so early, remember you'll unlikely have any symptoms. I just had some achey cramps yesterday so made me question implantation. Really hope I'm not just getting my hopes up

Hi how is everyone doing today? Totally relate to the early testing I did today, stupid I know as only 6/7dpo and was obv bfn! I bought a bulk of easy@home pg tests so I wish I could say I'll wait until Friday but I have no self control and will likely test every morning 🤣🙈. I hate the tww always start off feeling hopwful, excited and nervous then half way through feel so defeated like it's not gunna happen.

It is nice to have support and be able to speak to others going through the same, I feel like whenever I try to talk to anyone in life I'm just annoying them and going on and on lol. Yeah I'm the same I deffo find it a bit less devastating that just getting af! I was trying to hold out to test the end of this week but I broke and tested this morning and of course bfn 😕. But yes I'm always squinting trying to find the right light to be sure there isn't a second line lol! How are you today?

@waffle222 hope it gets darker for you!! @Arl93 oh that’s exactly how I feel!! Start feeling really positive, by 7DPO I’m like ‘I’m out, will this ever happen for me’ etc!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Don’t know what’s wrong with me!!

I also have loads of IC here! I have decided I will not test until atleast 9DPO! I know that’s still early, but it is possible?!

Can I join? I'm 4 dpo... I think. Have pcos so irregular long cycles but have managed to conceive DC 1and2 quite quickly. TTC no. 3 now. Stopped using contraception in Dec but this is my first proper cycle trying. Been super dizzy today though I don't know if that's a thing. Trying not to symptom spot too much!

@Dontbeaneejit welcome! I’m 7DPO today so not too far behind me! Ahh that’s amazing news! I’m currently having investigations done! Do you manage to use OPKs with irregular cycles? I have been ttc for a year (only had 5cycles in that time) really hoping it happens soon! My cycles can be 33 days or sometimes 90 days! It’s so hard having such irregular cycles! Good luck!

BFN today. Not surprised as so early but yesterday's test had me hopeful. But when I looked at todays FRER before using it, there was a clear indent line so I'm guess the other one from the pack had that too.

Definite shadow line again on Wondfo but I haven't used these before to know if they always look like that or not.

Feel deflated.

@waffle222 aww no ! How many DPO are you? It’s so disheartening when you want slime thing so badly isn’t it! I’ve been trying to prepare myself for af, I have lunch with a friend I haven’t seen in a long time, and will probably involve a bottle of wine! Do something that makes you happy!
